While I had no issues with the service itself, Jefferson Towne Pump fraudulently charged my credit card 3x what I had actually spent. This had never happened to me before. When I spoke to the location manager they said "oh yeah, this has happened to other customers before. But it's your bank's fault, not ours" and refused to refund. I had to report the transaction with my credit card company because taking more than was agreed, is fraud. I can see that most reviews are positive reviews so I wonder, where are the reviews from any other customer who has experienced the same overcharge issue? Very disappointing to have this happen from a small town gas station.

Great service and competitive prices. It is a small station that can get crowded at times. The staff does an excellent job of keeping things moving. In addition to gas and diesel, propane is also available.

Place had horrible customer service. Stopped in a few minutes before closing to be told to leave. Not to mention attendant wasn t even ensuring the vehicles filling at the moment we re doing so in a safe manner. I should have contacted the Fire Marshall. As someone who has worked a Gas Station in my earlier years you do not turn away customers a few minutes before closing and you certainly don t leave filling vehicles unattended out on the fueling pad. Major disappointment, lack of concern for the safety of others, and will not be going back.

Friendly attendants and quick service. Was in and out as fast as I pulled in. Staff gave me good recommendations on driving in the current conditions as it started storming. Made it home safe. Much appreciated gents

Nice small town service. All grades of unleaded gasoline sold here. They sell diesel, and you can get leaded premium gasoline for those tractors and yard equipment that requires the leaded gasoline for their engines.You can have your propane tanks refilled as well, a very convenient one stop place for your liquid power needs. And the prices are very reasonable as well, saves the trip into the bigger cities.I've always been happy with the service here. :D

I love, doing and shopping locally. I always get my gas here. Pro's....very attentive employees always friendly. Con's: Place is often full, people have no sense of flow. No matter what time a day, cars are parked every which way, to where I just drive past, until a slower time. I find myself stalking the gas station, in hopes I can get in line. haha. But overall, a great place.

I was just passing through, getting gas, and one of the men working chastised two women for smoking. They weren't even on his lot. Some people need to mind their own business. Needless to say I won't be buying gas there again.

Only went to this gas station because my gas light turned on. After an attendant finally came to pump my gas, I asked for 20$ regular. Check my account the NEXT day and a 45$ hold was still on my account by the gas station. I have plenty of money in my account and it's not a big deal at the end of the day. But why in the hell would they need to place a 45$ hold when I specifically only asked for 20? This gas station is just as ratchet as the theft and property crime in Jefferson.

Great prices and service plus they have a pump that provides gas with no alcohol in it which I use in my lawn mower.
