The old, balding guy rudely told me he couldn't process my return from another ace hardware because they're not corporate. Past experiences haven't been great either. Won't be coming back and don't recommend anyone else does.

I bought a mis tint for 1/2 off that i actually liked. Tried to go down and get a bit more to finish my project and they wanted $27 for a qt. They cant color match using their house brand apperantly. No thanks! Guess i paint the whole wall over.

Ashland Hardware is an Ace establishment which means having many different brands under one roof. Though a relatively small location, you can find what you need from among the densely populated shelves. I like having a local hardware location so when you need something, it's right there. Check-it out.

They are open long hours which is great for projects. Selection isn't bad. Service is hit or miss. Glad to have a hardware store in town!

I have been here a few times... but now I work in Jacksonville pretty regularly and would like to be able to shop here.. the last time I was there the employee didn't look at me or speak to me and I bought items from him... today I stopped in and was treated terrible for not having my own mask and they would not provide one.. I hope you guys have the extra cash flow to turn away paying customers. I will continue to go out of my way to shop elsewhere where I will be treated with atleast some respect.

Much needed in Jacksonville and I'm very impressed with what they have there I've been going there every sense they opened and as handyman only 2 times they didn't have what I needed they did there home work for locally needed supply's to keep in stock great addition to Jacksonville

Great experience here today. Employees friendly and helpful. Had the item I needed that did not find elsewhere. Store is well organized, clean and in a convenient location.
