White s did an amazing job fixing my 2019 VW Jetta. The car looks how it did the day I drove it off the lot (brand new). The hospitality I received from the staff was unmatched. They made the process so easy and even allowed me to return my rental car to them directly instead of me having to figure out how I was going to return it to Salem after getting my car back. The staff were also so kind and communicative throughout the whole process and even had my car finished almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. If I could give White s a higher rating I would. Thank you so so much for all of your hard work in getting my car fixed for me. Going forward I will be recommending White s to my friends and family for all of their collision repair needs. These guys are AWESOME! My car was pretty messed up from an accident. It was literally like new when they were done. They do EXCELLENT work and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need. I was really nervous to get my car back, I didn't know what to expect. But they did amazing. They got the terrible airbag smell out and did quite a bit of detailing and cleaning, which was awesome. I wasn't even a half mile away before all of my fears were quelled. Great people. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, whites!!

It's great to have a local repair shop that takes care of there customers. I have taken my car here a few times. They do outstanding work and keep you informed throughout the process. I a glad to support a local business that does such great work and cares about the community.

Everyone at White s have been wonderful to our family. They have completed all our repairs from windshield replacement, front bumper damage (due to a squirrel with antlers) to the entire side of the car replacement (trucks don t steer well on ice downhill, thanks to a neighbor s friend). They have taken care of all of us, professionally, timely and always so friendly! Won t go anywhere else!!

I took my almost new Kia EV6 in to get some bumper, trim and quarter panel damage repaired. I got my car back in good as new condition with a fresh wash. In addition, Whites coordinated my rental car so it was a seamless effort to drop off and pick-up my car.

Honestly, I dropped the car off, and got updates from Liz as things progressed. It was completely painless, my car looks new again, and they did an awesome job! Highly recommend. Oh, and it was done earlier than expected, by a week and a half! Thanks guys!

I recently had to have my vehicle repaired after a collision with a deer. White's was able to fit me in much sooner than any other repair shop, like months before anyone else. Their communication with my insurance company made the process extremely smooth for me. They even helped me with processing the paperwork through my insurance company so I could get a rental car. White's kept me updated on vehicle repair progress and even finished a week earlier than expected. I highly recommend using White's for your repair needs, they do not disappoint.

Amazing work!!! They used all Ford parts on my 15 Mustang GT, I hit a critter and damaged my front bumper! My car looks great, was very clean when I picked her up and the office staff was awesome!! A beautiful experience . Very courteous and professional from day 1. When I first call, I was impressed with the care and gentle way all the ladies on the phone treated me. They actually treated me like a person who they cared about. Wow that is great. Also my date of completion for the repair was shortened from the 13th to the 6th. That saved me on fees for the rental I had from Hertz. Melanie is beautiful . She even stayed late on a Friday night so that I could pick up my car and save even more money . because I would have had to rent the car for 3 more days because of the weekend. Yes I definitely recommend white collision to anyone who wants to be treated like a human being and not just a number. I will use them again.

I was in a car accident and needed the front end of my car fixed. I was able to pick up my rental at White's when I dropped off my car to get fixed. I got texts through the process and brought back the rental when my car was ready to pick up. Everyone I talked to, was very friendly. My car was cleaner than when I dropped it off.

I would recommend Whites to everyone. My car was repaired quickly and looks brand new! My car was finished several days prior to the estimated completion date. This was the easiest experience I have had dealing with an auto body shop. Their text updates were very helpful and the staff are ON THE BALL. They were so polite and kind, treating me like my car was their top priority and explaining the whole process to me. Also, they had my rental car waiting to be swapped out at the time of my drop-off, which is wonderful. When I returned the rental car, I left my garage door opener inside. I realized it at 4:57pm and the manager reopened the shop just to give me my garage door opener. I am so grateful for this small-town business that made all the difference in my stress levels when getting repairs done!

We have always relied on White's Collision Service. We've lived in the area for 43 years and been hit by other drivers three times. Whites always did a great job repairing our cars. They even dealt with the insurance companies for us. We highly recommend them.

Was helping my mom get her car repaired. She scheduled it 2 months in advance while she was out of town. It was just a debrief front fender and said it would be done when she came back a week later. It was not done. It took another 3 weeks to finish. They promised to have all parts on site when the repair started but then it was one thing after another that they couldn't get and had to wait to wait for. Always waiting.......

Nicest people! Very helpful!I think everyone who works there has a natural vibe of just being helpful and kind. My car ended up being totaled, but they still treated me like a valued customer that paid thousands.Upon leaving their shop, I was retrieving my belongings and could not reach everything in the trunk from the inside back seats (trunk was crunched and could not open). Someone asked if I needed help and they crawled through the tiny space to retrieve my last items. i then mentioned that i'd be walking back from a nearby tire shop after moving my car... he then offered to back my car out of the lot, then offered to drive a separate vehicle to give me a ride back rather than letting me walk a mile in heavy rain. This was pure kindness and after the shop had officially closed for the day.And I felt the same level heart centered response from everyone there. Not just the one person (wish I'd caught his name).I've heard great things about this shop from others as well. If there's a need in the future, or a friend needs collision repair, this will be my first choice.THANK YOU!

Got into a really horrible accident, and felt very taken care of by Whites Collision Service. Kurt through the whole process asked how I was doing after the accident, and made a point to make sure everything was done correctly and better than before. He even called my concerned parents in Nevada, and reassured them that my car would be taken care of and safe again. I am not used to that kind of service with an auto body shop, and am so beyond happy that I went with Whites. They definitely go the extra mile.
