An absolutely joke of a business, run by slumlords. Called ahead to verify they had parts, was quoted a reasonable price. Drove 1.5 hours and the parts were completely disassembled, 90% was missing, and what was present was damaged. They didn t care, argued, and weren t willing to negotiate or be reasonable at all. Massive waste of time and money

The worst front disk staff. Unfriendly and over priced parts. If you ask any question they answer from their nose. Very bad service and ugly behavior. I rather drive to Albany or dallas than shop at this location.

The gentleman was surly at best. He did tell me what to do, but grudgingly. He gave me a ridiculously low offer for my vehicle. I understand the game, but he didn't have to be rude. Will not sell them my vehicles or recommend them to anyone.

Not very friendly. Guy who was at the front when walking in acted as if he didn't want to answer my questions nor was very attentive when I was asking them. I always call before hand and ask if they have the part and or vehicle on the lot and 9/10 they say they do but it never is right.

Called about a part they said was in stock, asked if they could physically check as I was over 2 hours drive one way. They said they checked and had it. I arrived and they not only didn't have it but they also tried to get me to buy the wrong part from them! They checked and told me they would get one from a California store and ship it to Oregon. They told they would make it right for the waste of my 5 hours time and fuel by selling me the part for 75 dollars cheaper. It was time for me to pick the part up at a closer store and 3 phone calls later they said sorry California has the wrong part too. And they are unable to get me one. What a huge waste of time and money they are to deal with. Do yourself a gian favor and just go to b&r auto wreckers. They will treat you right.

Got a replacement door window & door motor and was really glad I didn't have to take the parts off myself! Paid a few bucks more than other quotes but was worth it having the parts ready at the counter when I arrived.

I didnt want to put a start but you have to to post. I went in to purchase an interior for a car seats front and back carpet door panels etc...the guy who quoted me the day before was not there there was an older guy with gray hair, balding no doubt from the hate he has flowing through his entire body, talking away with his friend who was clearly not buying anything. I went into the yard and saw that the car was gone so I found sub speakers because I had got a pair of the day before and the guy said if they did not work to bring back and exchange it so I brought the speakers and exchange them with the rude very unprofessional old man. I explain to him the situation and he said" well I dont see any other speakers" explain to them they're in my car and I go get them I came back in. He then ordered me to put the other speakers on the shelf with the rudest attitude and went back to talking to his buddy. I still had items to purchase and when I mentioned them he said" Just go! Get out of here! You got you speakers exchanged happy day!!" This guy clearly shouldn't be in sales,customer service or anyother jobs dealing with people. I don't why he is so angry. Maybe he can't get it up anymore I don't know but leave that attitude at home. I'm never going there again either my friends or family.

This place is awful! I called to get a quote on selling my car and never got a response from the buyer. The second time I called the man who answered the phone irately yelled at me before hanging up. I called a third time and asked to speak to a manager and they immediately hung up on me again. If you have people working your counter who cannot effectively deal with customers maybe they shouldn't be in a customer service industry. I will not deal with this place again, what a joke!

Still open through covid stuff and I was able to get what I needed for a good price. Only suggestion would be getting rid of cars that have little to nothing left but that's the life of pickapart I guess. Just seems like the scrap would be worth more

Loved the help this place had. Gave me some pointers on how not to screw up the seatbelt I had them pull out. 5 stars is not enough.

Helpful over the phone about what they had in Stock. Once there very helpful staff. Gave good advice and fair prices. Will definitely go back

He didn t seem to happy with me even showing up. I asked him about the part, he shook his head, shrugged his shoulders, and said if you find it, it s $10. Cheap, but couldn t find what I needed.

When I called this place to find a part for my truck that was broken by Jakes garage, the man that answered the phone asked if i worked with Jakes I said no i was the owner of the truck that needed the part that got broken and was trying to find the part so I could get my truck back. He rudely told me not to worry about it and hung up.

Disappointed paid for a part supposed to be ready next day it wasn't and they not only gave me the wrong part they broke it which caused my tire rod to come off while driving.
