Predatory, they won t let you get very important items out of your vehicle without paying $800. I didn t even request the tow. We have AAA. We were in a car accident and had to go to the hospital in an ambulance and vehicle was towed. We need to lobby for more control over what these predatory tow truck drivers do. The laws need to change, and soon before more vulnerable people are taken advantage of. What a racket they have going on. Any good reviews are from family and friends, the local community know how they manipulate the laws to scam people.

Predatory and illegal. Driver put his forks under my van while it was parked in front of my house, and threatened to tow it if I didn t move it, although he refused to move his forks or his vehicle. I had to back off of the forks in order to move. It is illegal for a tow truck driver to hook up to or tow a vehicle if the owner of the vehicle is present and does not consent.I called the office. Office personnel sided with the driver. Oregon DOJ complaint filed. Confirmation # 476595

Kyle showed up way sooner than expected and was very quick to have us hooked up and headed home. The prices are very good I would highly recommend them!

This address of 960 N Main Street and the phone number shown in this Google listing are for Johnny's 24-hour Towing. The wrecking yard was separated from the towing business a number of years ago, and is now part of Pick-A-Part. Johnny's provides a full array of towing services throughout the Monmouth-Independence area and most of Polk County and surrounding vicinity with 24-7 response for light to medium-duty towing & recovery for crashes, breakdowns, abandoned or illegally parked vehicles, and stuck vehicles, as well as jump-starts, tire changes, and unlocking vehicles.

I was calling to see if they have an engine in stock. The guy was speaking very low so I said that I was having a hard time hearing him and he hung up on me!

Wrecker operators very friendly and excellent job done. Billing and office, poor customer service and over charges for services.
