I had a really great experience buying a used car. I have terrible credit and not a lot to buy something. I asked for reliable, and they found me something that is really nice, and runs great. I think the honesty and them being upfront is respectable because most car salesmen are sleezy, these guys are the opposite. If they can help you they will. They also offer half off all mechanical work that may need to be done for however long you own your car. I have never needed it and I have had my car for over a year. Very much recommend.

TLDR: bought 2 cars from, would buy a 3rd! Good communication and works with you to get you in the car you want! Don't expect perfect for under $2000!This is my 2nd time buying a car from here. I bought a well used "issues" car about a year and a half ago. It's been my daily driver since, it has taken me anywhere I've needed to go since I got it. YES, it DID need a few normal maintenance issues that an 18 year old car has that had to be fix (nothing big or super costly), I fixed them and I'm still driving the car! David has been nothing but a good communicator, very professional, and willing to work on prices and payments. I 100% do NOT expect a perfect issue from car that is 20 years old and under $2,000! I am happy so far with my business here and so unless this Volvo blows up in the next week or so I'll be very happy!

Our son bought an inexpensive car from them and didn t have much luck with the first one but David and company took very good care of us and we left very pleased with the outcome. Very respectful and friendly. Thank you, again, Seth, Bob and Tammy.

We had a bad first experience but the owner reached out and made it right. He was professional with his approach and that was appreciated. He heard us out and wasn t at all defensive. We are excited for the great deal!

Tried to sell me a car with 2 dashboard warning lights on after my test drive...Salesman did a diagnostic test and said one was "insignificant failed air bag" and the other was just an "Inexpensive" and "Easy to fix" Brake Sensor...I thought if it's so easy to fix and inexpensive why haven't you done it yet? Then came the "Reconstructed Title" after the vehicle had been totaled...I called my insurance company and they said my insurance would go up significantly, to which I was countered with "I've never heard of this, I have reconstructed title vehicles and my insurance actually went down..." contradicting what my insurance rep had just told me. She warned me that a salesperson might try to say this and that it was a lie...I'd avoid this "Fly by Night" operation like the plague!

Lost a sale due to walking away mid conversation. All I pointed out was the huge crack in the windshield and mold growing in the trunk. Guy responded with "if you're gonna nitpick, this probably isn't the car for you."... Taking my $7,500 elsewhere.Response to reply. No curse words were said. I asked if the $600 was going to inflate the sticker price or if that was factored in, to which you didn't respond and walked off. Sounds like you didn't hear me correctly but instead of asking to clarify you walked away. There was also no mention of detailing the car, only your "nitpicking" comment, which I asked you to repeat when I didn't think I heard you correctly with the semi drove past. Sounds like this may have been a misunderstanding on both our ends but at least I asked you to repeat yourself when I thought I misheard you... Also I got out of the car saying it was a smooth ride and I liked it. Then covered the three things I noticed. In no manner was I "attacking". I will not respond further.

Do not buy a car here these people sell garbage and then harass you when you try to get it fixed. Then he plays the victim. Messaging harassing and crying

Had a great experience with Billy onsight as well as with Davis over the phone. Got myself a voltswagen golf the day before I needed to start work for the week. Car runs great with only a few minor issues I'd expect from a used car with 214k miles. I mostly like to do my own car work but when it comes time to replace the clutch I'm glad they have a 50% off labor cost warranty.

Bought a vehicle drove 20 miles basically from the lot to my house and then it broke down. It will start but it won't drive at all. Also ironically when it raining out side it is raining inside as well. Had it towed for a diagnosis.... With everything wrong with it they suggested to scrap it and buy a different vehicle.. I will never recommend anyone to this place. Granted I expect a few hick ups with a used vehicle, but when you make $14 an hour and buy a car for 4,00 it should at least last longer than 20 miles

I bought a vehicle 4-5 months ago. I have had zero issues with it. Jake the salesman was super Friendly, suggest a car I might want instead of the one I was looking at because the one I wanted might not fit what I needed. Prices are very affordable. Definitely recommend them for affordable a car purchase

honestly very disappointed, went to look at a bmw 323i and we showed up and had to call for them to come outside which was no issue. but when we saw the car it was completely different from the pictures! so many messed up things on the car, and the salesman new barely anything about the car. he didn t introduce himself and was just quiet. we popped the hood and there was loose bolts on the hood, and the salesman was unphased. very disappointed.

Great customer service did not know the car I was buying had a salvage title though until I signed the paperwork. I wish they would have disclosed that but also I should have asked.

We ended up have a great experience with Car Safari. We loved the van we got and were excited to drive it home to the coast. On the way home there was a mechanical issue. We called them and they came out to where were, took the vehicle back, made the necessary repairs, and then delivered it to us on the coast. I'm not sure they made any money off this vehicle, but they showed their integrity to their business and what they stand for. Dave was a responsible owner and we appreciate all he did for us. Colten was an excellent sales person and was honest and open about everything from beginning to end. Allen was a great mechanic, knew what he was talking about (my husband is a mechanic so he knows BS when he hears it), and did excellent and professional work. It's a used car lot. You aren't going to get a new, trouble-free vehicle. But they will be up-front, open, and honest with you about what you Are getting. Thanks Car Safari!!

Always friendly and willing to help out! Used cars tend to have some minor issues, at least, but the guys at the shop have always managed to figure it out and not break the bank. If your walking in trying to pay a couple grand for a perfect car, let the rest of us know where you end up but thats just not realistic. These guys worked with my crappy credit and helped in every way they could. Id buy from them again and reccomend them to anyone looking for decent used car for a decent price!

Great customer service. Tells you what they know about cars. I see these upset reviews and think those are just buyer remorse. It's not the dealerships fault when something happens after a purchase of a USED car! And if something does happen, call them and see if there's anything they can do for you. Communication goes a LONG way!

Came here in good faith that Jake was honest. The moment I got the car into my driveway. Steering wheel locked up and engine shut off. I thought no big deal turned it back on to park and noticed the check engine light came on so I took it to O reilly to have them computer scan the code said it was the coil pack. So I drive back home and immediately my low oil pressure and oil light come on (oil still being in the reservoir meaning this is a much larger issue) with less then 50 miles driven figured I could call back to return this lemon. There is no refunds and no way to safely get my vehicle to them Jake then said he wasn't going to keep repeating himself so he clearly doesn't care. For only having this car for a week and only driving it home this place is a big scam. Big waste of cash leaving my 2 daughters and I struggling far more then we where.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I bought my 94 Mazda sight unseen, from nearly 400 miles away via paypal. I arrived 2 days later to find my car there exactly as described. For me it was exactly what I was looking for; a rarish fun car to go with my other matching fun car. It was a good experience for me, they were polite, both on the phone and in person. And helped me load my car for our long trip home.

Car Safari really helped us out by working to get us financed even though we have terrible credit right now. The car we purchased ended up having some minor issues... but David, the owner, is more than willing to go above and beyond to resolve any problems. I don t expect a 20+ year old car to be perfect by any means and knew what I was getting into with buying an older car. But we got a good deal on a very reliable car (even with its minor issues). The purchase includes a warranty. Also, their prices are super reasonable better than most Craigslist ads out there. We came with $300 and left with a clean Subaru. Thank you for hooking up a family of 5 with a reliable car!EDIT: this car had a wobble as soon as we got it on the freeway. The tires on it were obviously bad, so we thought (wishful thinking) that replacing them would fix the issue. We replaced the front tires to no avail. Took the car into a legit shop and they recommended trading the car back for another one since the cost of fixing the driveline, a tie rod end, and full set of new tires with alignment will cost around $1600. I don t trust any other cars on this lot so I m going to take this loss and put more money into this car. I m paying the same amount of money to fix it as I did to purchase from the lot. The mechanic at car safari either missed these issues or completely ignored them.I give two stars because the owner of the lot will work with you for minor issues, but we are pretty much SOL for the entire drive line.I do not recommend this place because I don t trust the safety of the cars or the mechanics. They sold this car to a family with three small children and I haven t felt safe driving in it since we bought it.

Best experience I have ever encountered buying a car. The staff was kind and courteous and didn't try to screw me around. I've recommended them to multiple friend and all have had similar experiences. It was a breath of fresh air not being hassled and taken adantage of while buying a car. Thanks to all the staff at Car Safari!!!!

Over charged for a car that already was not in the best of shape. And the fact that it had a reconstructed/totaled title was hidden from me until the day I paid it off. Was it cool that I was given the ability to make payments yes. But I don't think this place deserves a good review from me based on the fact that I was way overcharged, at least for a car that is basically worthless because of its title status. Ask to see the title before you commit to buying.

Yes they have great prices but that comes at a higher cost, I bought a car after hours from this dealership and drove it to a mechanic. He later explains to me that the transmission needed to be replaced. The car was purchased in December 2018 and died on me may 2019, it s worth the money to buy elsewhere unless your looking for a project!!

David is the most up front, honest, non pushy car salesman I know. He is particular about the vehicles be brings in to clean up and sell. If it isn't safe or worth being on the road, he won't sell it. Just remember, this is a used car lot. You're getting what you can afford!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt they had my best interest in mind when selecting the right vehicle for my family. The prices are super reasonable and the selection was broad. If you're shopping for a vehicle on a budget, I highly recommend Car Safari!
