Drive belt broke on recently purchased used SUV, as I was about to turn in and grab a delicious coffee from Brooks & Terry's. Fortunately I limped into adjacent AutoZone parking lot and went in to ask for help. Tony immediately went out to look under the hood and confirmed what parts were needing replacement. Team inside found the parts in stock and with Hayden's assist, Tony replaced the belt and tensioner and had me back on the road within 30 minutes of breaking down! Amazing service. THANK YOU!

I want to take a moment to say thank you. Last week, I was in the store because I needed to replace my headlamp on my Chevy Cruz. I believe the sales reps name was Kyle and he helped me locate the exact part I needed. I went out to the parking lot to try and install it and I had a bit of a difficult time. Suddenly, he was right beside me and we were able to get it taken care of in nothing flat. Thank you very much!

Magic touch in Salem OR, messed up and stained my upholstery car seats and refused to fix them unless i paid another $100 (mad), but this $6 fabric stain from Auto Zone removed WHAT Magic touch business f-up!! Don't go there if your "white" they thought I was white and didn't understand the bad things they were saying about me haha funny part is I'm Latina and understood all the bad things they were saying about me.....not good or nice people owner does not keep his word either!

Average customer service skills wanting for additional knowledge to make an informed and helpful parts store. They are not quite there in being able to get troubleshooting, parts location and sales accomplished more efficiently and with only a single trip to be ready to complete your project and repairs. Also has a variety of accessories and tools to get the job done and personalize your cars,trucks, boats, etc.

Everything you need for your hoopti. Just know what you need before you go because this place is NOT an automotive advice center. Do your own research, and you'll love this place. Expect them to give all the answers and you'll be disappointed. That ain't their job. They sell parts, not $85 an hour automotive repair advice.

Had a great experience with Aldo. He was polite and there when I wanted help, respected my request to figure it out for myself, and then when I ran into a small snag he was immediately available to help me see where I went wrong. Aldo saved this store's review.Nick, however, was not as courteous. Nick shouted at me from across the store and when I asked Aldo to his face for help Nick started shouting about how it's an easy find from behind me.When I first arrived in the store Nick was loudly complaining about other employees and insinuated they were dumb. Be more like Aldo.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. My dad was beyond angry at the treatment he received today. He had purchased a part earlier in the day and had some follow-up questions. When he arrived back in the store Donny asked him what he needed. My dad let him know what he needed and Donny rudely asked question after question, without giving my dad any direct attention or inputting the answers to his questions into the system. He was barley listening and once he asked my dad a question about the my dad's truck, that my dad didn't know the answer, he aggressively told my dad he should know about his car, if he was going to try and buy parts for it. After that my dad had had enough, and gathered his things to leave. On his way out he told Sydney, that Donny was not a good employee. Donny then went out of his way to run out to my dad's truck and throw a piece of paper at my dad through his car door, without any explanation. After reviewing the paper, it was a now hiring flyer. Not sure what Donny was going for but my dad felt completely disrespect and has never been treated so poorly by anyone is customer service before.

David was very helpful and professional. I was very stressed out about my car not working and had to take multiple phone calls while talking with him, making me not an ideal customer. However, he was able to remain patient and explain everything to me with detail and in ways that were understandable. He also answered all of my questions and gave me his recommendations. He truly went out of his way to make sure I got the correct deal and had a good experience. I will hopefully not be returning, but if I do...he s the one to talk to. (:

Great customer service and they read check engine lights, so your not guessing. They eagerly help you find the part/product you need. Not like NAPA Davidson in Monmouth. It takes one guy behind counter to ruin an experience and I will never recommend NAPA again. Auto zone in Independence is better.

Excellent customer service. Employees are courteous and helpful.Christian was very kind and removed the old windshield wiper blades and installed the new ones that I purchased there. He has a great attitude and is truly a great asset to the customers and to the company.

I went in needing windshield wipers before I took off to Grants Pass. I have never bought them or put them on before. My husband was at work but we were afraid it might rain. Donny was great! Didn t even hesitate to help me put them on my Jeep! Hands down great customer service. Thank you Donny!!

So about a week ago I was in desperate need of some help and knowledge with my truck so I stopped by the store because I've always had good service from Autozone. This time was no different except in my opinion the service I received from Christian was above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. Not only did he figure out the problem but he recommended some products to help and my truck was back up and running like nothing happened. Again I can't thank Christian enough he is great.

Friendly employees, clean store, had what I needed. All make for a solid rating. Having a store that makes sure that I feel comfortable walking into an auto parts store as a female (not always the most welcoming environment and often a bit creepy) bumps it to a great rating.

Miguel helped a ton tonight when the battery on the truck died! He not only got it replaced but cleaned up the corroded cables that also had some connection issue!The store is also very neat and clean with very helpful employees. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone in Independence. Technician James Richards not only sold me a quality battery, at a decent price, but he came out to my car and installed it. And he didn't make me feel like I was imposing on him. I will definitely recommend AutoZone and James Richards.

I was 55 miles from home and in a serious pickle with my car engine when I pulled into the AutoZone parking lot in Independence, Oregon, yesterday. Christian helped me immediately and did so with calmness, knowledge, and kindness........and an idea for a solution. I am grateful to him and the other two AutoZone staff at work that evening for taking care of me and my car and for doing so with a sincere concern and a dash of humor.

My car broke down in the Roth's parking lot and luckily Autozone was right there. Carlos tested the battery and had a replacement battery installed in 10 minutes! Had my car running in no time and Carlos did all the work in the pouring rain and had a great attitude the whole time. I highly recommend this place!

Carlos, the manager is the best you will find. He cares about his customers and it shows. This store is always clean and well stocked. Most times if a part is not in stock you can get it same or next day. The crew is great and it is a pleasure shopping here.

The best Autozone I ever been to. Customer service is lit and very friendly. Sometimes there is a long line and a bit of waiting time for your turn to be helped but in the end you leave with a big smile. The store manager Carlos is an amazing manager always had an excellent experience with.

I called ahead the night before to check and see if they had the gaskets j needed in stock. I was told that they were Iin stock. The next day, i went to get them and was told that "we dont have those.there's nothing on the computer for those"they couldn't even pull them up on the computer, the next day after I had just called about them. Would recommend paying extra and saving the trouble of dealing with incompetent people.

I called and was having battery issues, I told them that I would be walking but be in there soon. They told me that it was a far walk and they d meet me by my home to check out what was going on. I had corrosion on my battery so he cleaned it up and got my car starting again for me. I ve never heard of any auto company going out of their way like that to help them. Definitely not in their job description. It was the nicest thing. My family and I would of had a way worst morning without the help for the nice gentleman at autozone. I will be a long term customer at this store.

Very helpful employees!! Everytime I go inside they are so helpful with everything. They are polite and respectful I love autozone. They not only have what I need for my cars but also people that help with everything about the cars. It's a win win, especially since I'm not a mechanic it is very useful to have knowledgeable people where I get my parts.

I will only go to Autozone!!! Went there today 11/25/20 to have my alternator checked and one of your employees by the name of Miguel waited on me he came out to run a ch e ck of my alternator and other parts and found out what my problem was!! It was my negative battery cable that was extremely loose so he tighten it. Couldn't have asked for a better employee!! Miguel was such a great help!! Jan

Is absolutely fantastic with customer service always friendly Chris and Miguel go out of there way to provide the tools Necessary to get the job done fast and easy and they communicate to even help you trouble shoot problems you might be haveing I shop here quite Frequently. That they even greet me by first name I will continue to shop at Autozone because there awesome at wat they do witch is provide us with what we need

The service was quick and efficient, but they didn't have anything we needed for either of our 2 vehicles on eof which is not an uncommon car. They were helpful, but we had to go to another AutoZone to get what we needed which just felt like a waste.

If you have a lot of time to waste and enjoy a rude thankless wait staff, this is the place to go. Lack of stock on hand, games over check-out (only one cash register accepts cash) and rude beyond belief employees make this place a real showstopper. Fortunately, I can vote with my wallet and take my business elsewhere.
