I just really love Hubbard, you feel like family when you go there. This was my first car buying experience with them, but my dad has purchased many vehicles from them. I have used their service department and trust they will always look out for me and be honest. These are just some of the best people you will ever find. Been going to Hubbard Chevrolet for years, the sales staff are great friendly, and very considerate. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy like others can. Hubbard Chevrolet is a great place to buy a new or used vehicle from, keep up the good work.

Their service department took really good care of me and fixed my 2005 Blazer. Diego was pleasant and professional on the phone. He quoted me an estimate and that's what I paid....no hidden charges!I'd definately refer folks to Hubbard Chevrolet's service dept!!

Tracey. Ask for Tracey. Hands down the best experience I have had buying a new truck. Tracey is old school and didn t bother us with a million phone calls or text messages. Leo and the service crew have taken great care of me. In one experience, I was crunched for time prior to leaving for a trip, and the crew squeezed me in on short notice for an oil change and tire rotation. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere in the service shop is friendly! They've earned my business moving forward.

GM should send send all of its service managers to Hubbard Chevrolet to learn how to treat customers.I have experience with two other Chevy dealership service centers with which to compare Hubbard Chevrolet, both located in the Portland metroplex. Hubbard Chevrolet renewed my faith in the Chevy dealer service center; friendly, personable, professional, thorough, affordable, fast. The list of positives goes on. No negatives. I was running slightly behind schedule so I called Hubbard Chevrolet and spoke with Andrew. He politely informed me that it wasn t a major inconvenience.The purpose of my visit was the diagnosis of a few malfunctioning components in my vehicle that were of concern.Upon arrival, I identified myself and the purpose of my visit. I wasn t greeted in return and was immediately ushered outside, to my vehicle, in order to plug in an OBD2 code reader.I may be a little old fashioned but greeting a customer, at a place of business, is customary, professional and respectful.I had to ask the service technician his name. He identified himself, as Diego, with a slight glance in my direction, clearly preoccupied plugging the device into my truck.As a business owner, I ve always considered the customer to be more important than the job at hand. Maybe my ideals are outdated and sentimental or maybe Hubbard Chevrolet needs to be more selective as far as who they hire in customer service positions. First impressions are important.

I came to Hubbard Chevrolet on a whim, as I was looking around the Willamette Valley for a newer vehicle after someone totaled my Ford Edge in Albany. After a day down in Eugene and having bad experience after bad experience with the lots down there, I came up to Hubbard Chevrolet after work on a Monday to look at a 2020 Chevrolet Impala (Last of their kind!) Silver and Black (my Raiders colors!) Premiere.From pulling into the parking lot and seeing the vehicle under the awning and Mr. Frank wiping it down to picking up the vehicle after completing the sale, the whole experience reaffirmed my faith in "The Car Sale".Frank was awesome! He took me around for a test drive, informing me about the Impala (I had one before, but someone ...again in Albany...totaled my 2014 Impala), so I knew if he was bulls#!ting, me I'd see through it) and everything he said rang true.After talking with the wife, it came down to the deal. He listened to what I wanted and he told me what he could do. After some back and forth (the way a car buying experience should be), I walked out with a new(er) car and a car dealership I'll probably be heading to the next time I need a vehicle!Thank you Frank for your time and energy in getting me the vehicle I wanted. We'll see you again soon!

The guys (Leo and Loyd) at the service desk are courteous and very prompt in getting your vehicle checked in. The Technician (Diego) went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in top condition. I will always choose Hubbard Chevrolet for my Vehicles service.

If you re looking to buy a car, ask for Frank! He was amazing to work with and made the process as simple as possible. He was very kind and made what could have been a stressful ordeal stress free. 10/10 recommend working with Frank!

This was my 3rd time coming to Hubbard Chevrolet since I bought my car in May. This was my 2nd service for my car. Everyone is always so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable! This time around I had a squeaky door and asked the tech if he could look at it and possibly lube it. I had laughing mentioned please don t pay attention to the inside back because I have kids and we have been rushing all week so it s messy. He not only lubed all the doors and they all open with ease and no more squeak, he also cleaned out and vacuumed the inside of my car!!!! I did not notice until the next morning because it was so dark that previous evening. I would like to thank the tech. It truly made me feel so special that he just took a few extra minutes and did that as I would never ever expect this service at a regular oil change appointment. My husband and I tell everyone in the market for a new car to go to Hubbard Chevrolet! Thanks for being so wonderful!!

I always have a wonderful experience with the service department. They took great care of me and got my Tahoe towed there, a loaner for the week and fixed my Tahoe issues. All the employees from service, to gals at front desk were amazing, friendly.

Service department doesn t take responsibility for their faults and doesn t accept any recommendations requested from owner of vehicle brought in for a service actually told me to go to another dealership to finish a work order which they started and which I have addressed several times and told me that there were no appointments tell mid October. Leo also is very condescending and in the beginning told me that a lot of their customers transfer to them from Newberg and Wilsonvile because of the better service Hubbard offers verse other dealerships. Should be getting complimentary oil changes on a new Suburban but am charged full price . Also had a 3 year ceramic application applied they had the car for 5 days without completing and in frigid cold weather. After having it for a routine service I had to get the lifters replaced and when I called them to schedule a diagnostic that I had had a preliminary one done by OnStar that most likely was also sent to Hubbard they were Not able to take vehicle for weeks to look at it. Ended up at another dealership which had never seen the vehicle. I mentioned to Leo that they were not being very helpful , frustrated I said I guess I should take it to another dealership shop and very quickly Leo says OK do that I was done with his condescending remarks and he made me feel any time there was a problem that he didn t want to fix it if it, unless it was just a routine service and that there was never a an appointment for a actual fix for weeks)
