What struck me about Atlas truck parts is the organization in the store. Tells me his yard is organized also. I drove down from Vancouver to get a starter and AC compressor. Best price. Tom had my parts ready and was very personal. I like that place! Ken

I called near closing time trying to locate a front axle for my 20 year old truck. His system said he had one and he would call me back once he verified it was actually available. He called me back after a while saying he had it and what price it was. I drove over three hours the next morning to pick it up. He had it out and ready for me to inspect when I arrived. Everything looked to be as stated so I paid and he loaded it up. All said and done I was in and out in probably less than 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend doing business here.

I do not recommend that business that hurts, they are somewhat rude. we notice a difference in race if you are of color you are mistreated and mistreated they use a sharp word with you and those of your color are treated it is not fair we are in the years 2023 and they continue with the same system avoid being discriminated against by that business grow elsewhere Leave that business behind, God bless you all, brothers.

If you want to go somewhere where you leave feeling like you want to hit the dude upside the head with a 2x4 this is the place! He wasn't quite as friendly as a scalped gorilla. Better off finding truck parts in monkey cage at the zoo! Acted like we were out to steal but only stole from him was his 24hr nap time. Acted as polite as a constipated cave man. Would not recommend!

Bang up place, straight shooters. Honest fair prices, plus a clean environment( for a wrecking yard). The 2 brothers are very knowledgeable. and professional.

The man we spoke to was the rudest, most condescending person ever. Completely unhelpful and a total waste of time and gas driving there. He accused us of stealing before we even walked in the door. If you want to meet a psycho, rude and mean grumpy guy, this is the place to go.

Buyer beware: great price but very rude.I read through the comments and see so many sharing stories of great service. My experience was nothing like that. I arrived and wasn't sure how the process worked. The entire time the person who helped me (I believe the owner) had an attitude that suggested my presence inconvenienced him. His answers were short, felt incomplete leading me to ask multiple follow up questions, and all his answers suggested to me that I was an idiot and should already know the answers. A great example was when at one point he responded to me without stopping and while walking and facing away towards a busy road. I didn't hear a word he said over the noise of passing cars. I felt unwelcome and fought back the urge to leave the whole time. Once I walked out into the lot and found the muffler I came for, laid down on the ground and measured it to ensure proper dimensions, he went out and cut it (about a 10 minute wait, which wasn't bad) and then he was a bit less rude. And the price of $35 was excellent.If you'd like a great deal on used vehicle parts, this is a place to consider, but be prepared to possible be treated terrible the whole time. I'm unsure if I would go back. I saw more parts I was interested in, but didn't want to ask one more unwelcome question than I had to.

Would not recommend going here. The guy said that the part I wanted was too much work for him and I ask if I could get the part and he just said no you can tell the guy is just lazy just don t waste your time trying to coming here

This Guy TOM has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and doesn't know how to communicate, Calling for the tracking number but his excuse is he already cleared the screen and then raise his voice and said he gotta go.. No Manners at all. Poor Customer Service

Very rude stuff at the counter, i tryed to buy some parts that i need for my pick up truck axle and a bed box and guy wanted me to buy an axle that is not for my truck because he didnt want to get me an axle that he had in the truck that was out of the way, i want to show him the picture of the axle of the axle that was pulled out of my truck so he understan that it doesnt even look that same as the one he was trying to sell to me. He didnt want to listen to me or look at the picture of the parts that i need, very bad customer service. Not suggesting this place to any one. I drove all the way from Vancouver just to get this kind of attitude ??? Didnt not expected this. I asked the guy about the owner and he said its too many questions.

Unfortunately google won't let me put negative stars. Very argumentive with the costumer claimed he has 40 years of experience as an excuse to say you are wrong but he was in fact he will be wrong. Prices wildly vary and his private review is filtered and very bias. If you ever find yourself despite enough to step foot in the store best not interrupt his nap time too. Overall worst experience ever!!!!

Mechanic did a great job at taking engine out in order to save all the parts needed for my LS Swap. Engine was priced fairly. As for the service, it is apparant that guys at the counter have been in this industry a long time and their customer service skills are "old school" but overall they were very helpful and made sure the order was complete and done early.

These guys need to learn some manners and customer service. Every time I call them I get treated like they re doing me the biggest favor for even picking up the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE!!!! Very helpful, made sure the part fit. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for parts for your truck or suv to go here first. I was treated with the best customer I have received in years! NICE TO DEAL WITH A LOCAL COMPANY ! THANKS AGAIN ! THEY GET 10 STARS BY ME!

We ordered a part to be shipped to Alaska, Philip was quick to respond pulled the part on Friday shipped the same day. We received the part on Monday. Part was in excellent shape packaged well. I will definitely use them in the future.

What great service! I swung on by today with a truck I was considering buying for my son. The fellow there was very informative and helpful and very certainly saved me from a bad purchase. AND refused my tip. Absolute kudos to them!

Great price but very rude.I'm always looking for fair pricing on used parts for my customers, this is my go to place to call for domestic parts but i'm ALWAYS hesitant to call because of how rude and short they are with me when I'm asked a question and i dont have a proper answer for them.

Atlas truck parts is the only place I go for my second hand parts , the owners are very friendly and know their stuff ..... the brothers are old school and have opinions that rival none, I have never seen such organization at a dismantlers yard .I was there today and was treated with respect and Courtesy and even a few jokes !Hats off to you Tom and Phil .... thanks for the window fix !

Definitely have a good stock of parts but workers are extremely rude in person. Had encounter with 3 different employees and all three had disrespectful attitude

I don't hardly leave feedback but what a rude bunch of individuals. The guy was talking to me and he walks away shutting the door, saying it'll be a while before they can get to me. huhNo thank you. I'll spend my money else where!

The guy treats you like crap, accused me of stealing and charged me way more than his phone quote. I didn't notice till I got home and saw the receipt, I felt like something was stuck on me after I left... like stench from something bad. Don't go there if you don't have to.

I've known Philip and Tom for more than 5 years, and they are always eager to find the parts nesseccary to finsh my projects. I would highly recommend going to atlas truck parts. They are nice and ready to help me with a smile on their faces.........
