Wasn't planning on spending a bunch there today, but the gentleman working was calm cool and collected with a line in the store and seemingly working by himself. Was happy to get everything I needed there instead of shopping around.

Never had a bad experience with these guys. Always superb and friendly. Above and beyond for problem solving and pricing. Even had them working together to help me solve some engine troubles. Teamwork at its finest. I literally don t find this ANYWHERE else. Thanks!!

Went by to buy a set of jumper cables to help out my son who s car wasn t starting. Robert at the O Reilly store offered to let us borrow his own personal batter charger unit to take home, use and return next week! I was totally blown away!! So wonderful to know that true customer service is still alive and well!! Thanks Robert.

Robert the assistant manager was a lifesaver! I would recommend Hood River O'Reilly's to anybody knowledgeable or unknowledgeable of Auto parts as myself is very unknowledgeable and Robert was very helpful and price matched super easy no hassle no fuss and took no time at all! 10 out of 5 stars. I rolled in 30 minutes to close, desperate for a patch job. The heavy rain and standing water burned out a poorly-repaired 2-wire connector I didn't know about, leaving me without tail lights 300 miles from home.They got me a few loaner tools and some light, so I could crimp a new connector on, and stayed a little over to help me reset the antitheft that decided to trip when I reconnected the battery. All of this during heavy rain. It's not perfect, but it got us home, which was more than I and my family were expecting at that point.I was so stressed I forgot to get their names... but they went above and beyond and really bailed us out of an awful situation. I hope oreilly's appreciates them as much as we do!

Called the store to ask a few questions and Adam tirelessly tried looking up my account, couldn t find it but still worked hard to help. Went in later Adam again nailed it by testing the battery, alternator, and starter. Then set me up with another alternator. The assistant manager Christian was very personable and accommodating. Both going above and beyond to help me out. Never go to the store down the road that rhymes with MAPA auto parts. O reillys is always the store to go to! Hands down, give those dudes a raise.

I had a horrible experience last Saturday when I went to try to pick up parts there was only one person working. The store was extremely busy the phone was ringing off the hook and the gentleman behind the counter kept making excuses. Then when I paid with cash he didn't even have a register and it till ready to go. And he couldn't even find the keys for the cash till and he was running around trying to find the keys customers are there. I was extremely disappointed beyond words at their customer service. On a Saturday they should never have only one person working. Management definitely needs a wake-up call on how many staff members they should have working.

My Heros! My windshield wiper went flying off on the freeway when driving from Salt Lake to Olympia. After a terrifying drive through town and a walk to your store the staff was awesome. Thanks for making me feel better after that ordeal.

Very helpful staff! I needed a panel clip for my truck. Even though I didn't know exactly what it was called, the gentleman came out from behind the counter and helped me find the correct piece. Thank you O'Reilly staff. I'll be back.

The employees here are great. The prices are pretty good. The location is good. Just be aware that, due to the size, this location doesn't have a bunch of stuff in stock.But the location is convenient for anyone on the heights or father south.

On Saturday, 3/6/21 between 2:00 - 4:00 pm. I found and grabbed the three parts that I needed and headed to the registers. When I neared the registers I noticed Beardface was behind the counter not wearing a mask. It is not that he was improperly wearing a mask, it is that he was not even trying to wear a mask. I then returned the parts to their shelves and headed to Napa where all of the employees were wearing masks.

Employee's were very helpful. Wife stopped needing new windshield wipers, salesman installed them and then even waited outside until she was back inside her car with the door locked. A+++++

This is where we buy most of our little things like lightbulbs for our blinkers, windshield wipers, etc. Every time I go in, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are quick to offer things like "We can install that windshield wiper for free!"

I would give these guys a zero if I had the optionI called head to check on the part make sure it was available he said they had it in their hand and then I drove 30 minutes to find out they lied they didn t have it. Napa is just up the street!

The management took good care of me when i was stranded on the port, i needed a part got it, then it broke, and had to walk back up to the store, he made sure the next part worked as he replaced it for free, as well as returning my money, most businesses wouldn't have done that, but they did.....good job, i thank you again...
