Had a great experience here, 15 minutes for an oil change I watched them top off wiper fluid and they showed me my air filter and didn t try to sell me anything shady like jiffy lube.Reasonably priced too. For full synthetic on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma you re usually looking at $150-$175 most places. Here it was $96.00Service: Oil change

Mechanic proceeded to drain the oil on my car, before even having a conversation with me. He then discovers he doesn t even have the oil and was left waiting in the dock/ service area for almost an hour, while Napa Auto was called to bring some.No discount was given for the inconvenience and barely got an apology. Will not be returning.Service: Oil change

I am giving 3 stars because the service was friendly enough and I'm sure the job was done properly, however, unlike the name, Quick Lube, they were as slow as molasses. I was there for 45 minutes and there was only one car there in the other dock. I figured that since it was first thing in the morning, and not a busy time, I'd be out of there in 20 -25 minutes tops. The other downside was the outrageous price. I know costs have gone up everywhere, but the price was 40% more than the last time I was there. It was $83 bucks for a standard oil change on my 2-door, tiny ford escort, I mean, seriously? For that reason, I wouldn't go back. I'll stick with the $55-$60 dollar oil change I can get elsewhere.

Never had an issue with this place. Usually in and out super fast, very friendly and never pushy about up-selling things I didn t ask for. Today however, there were two cars in front of me when I showed up and I waited in line for over an hour. Still the friendly awesome staff and good service but clearly understaffed right now. UPDATE: Total time from pulling up to wait as the 3rd car in line to leaving was 2 hours. Not very quick and I hope their management is able to hire more techs as there were only two people working the two stalls.

Quick and courteous. I'm a regular customer and today stopped in to get some assistance with a headlight bulb replacement. They scoped it out, replaced my lights, and waved off payment, saying, "That was fast and you're a regular--no charge and have a great day." Really appreciate their honesty and courtesy. 5 stars.

Love going to this place to get my oil changed and car looked over. I had an unusual request, I needed a big stick removed from the undercarriage of my Subaru that had gotten pretty stuck... Request made and granted... The guys at Hood River Quick Lube were able to remove it. The teamwork and customer service displayed at this business could serve as an example (to other businesses) of giving excellent customer service. I'll be back!

I took my car over to Quick Lube over a week ago. This was a routine oil change that turned in a new problem. A day or two after I had my oil changed we discovered a new leak. After addressing the problem with the Quick Lube management team it was surfaced that a really common problem had happened and they would take care of it immediately. The Quick Lube team took care of everything promptly and professionally with little involvement from me. I will recommend them in the future and appreciate their professionalism and quick follow up.Service: Oil change

I ve been to this location on a number of occasions and have never had any issues. This past Tuesday 11/24 I had my oil changed in bay 2 and upon arriving to Eugene the following day noticed that the cap had been left off, leaving my engine covered in oil. While I m a little ticked off that I had to deal with this, Aliceo and his team at HR Quick Lube made things right. I will continue to support this local business.Service: Oil change

This is the only place i trust to get my oil change, I've never had any problems with them, and they let me know when there is a problem with my car, but aren't pushy and ask me to buy stuff i don't need/want! The staff is so friendly and I would not change this place for anywhere else, I moved to the dalles recently and still go here for oil changes!

Quick and easy oil change. No pushing to sell other stuff and friendly. You stay in the car while they work. Brought my own oil additive and they added it to the oil, no problemo. 2001 Subaru Forester, oil and filter change, plus drain plug gasket replacement, only cost me $35.95, which I thought was very fair. They also check tire pressure, air filter, and other fluids. I plan on coming back.

Love these guys they do an amazing job and they are always extremely friendly and very caring about your vehicle and always keep you informed as to what needs to be replaced and help you to get those things fixed besides changing the oil in 20 minutes or less.

They refused service because my 8' pickup camper was on. It has been fine in the past with it on but not now. I just had back surgery and can't take it off.
