Ricardo put in 4 lights and wired them to my stock switches on my 2019 Ford Pickup. He also put window tint in and got it all done in 4 hours! Great job and quality work. Would recommend to everyone!

Gave detailed account of what was needed for my new radio w/ backup camera, made appointment, did a clean install and explained all the aspects of the new radio with I might add a superb attitude and knowledge.

Vic is so epic he went above and beyond everything exspected to put an awesome pair of 10 inch Alpine subs unported plus the Alpines amp, this build was very challenging. YouTube said it was unable to be done at most shops "Toyota" they wanted thousand+ dollars to work on my JBL limited "green" surround. Vick went above and beyond everything I expected to put in one of the best installations an amazing sounding set up that was quoted as impossible by other people in the area, (Portland)to do. A true OG in the sound world he has been putting it down for 30 years plus. Epic local!!!!

Visiting Family in Hood River, had Ricardo tint our windows and upgrade to LED headlights on our RV. He accommodated our tight schedule and did an OUTSTANDING job. Exceeded our expectations and highly recommend.

We had our '99 Ford Mustang tinted by Ricardo! Same day appointment and within 2 hours, my baby was done perfectly! Customer service was fantastic and his expertise was greatly valued. Will return in the future for any of our vehicles!!

Got my windows tinted same day service!! They were super nice, went out of their way and gave me a ride to my appointment while they tinted my windows. My windows look wonderful! The price was more then fair, and customer service was awesome!! I plan on getting a few other things I need for my car at the car stereo specialists in the near future. I would encourage anyone to check this place out for any quality stereo, tint, alarm needs or wants.

Ricardo is great! Took my Jeep in to get a complete stereo upgrade and they did an amazing job setting everything. Very happy with how everything works.Two weeks later my radio stopped working. Took it back to see if Ricardo could figure out what happened. I have an old Jeep and it turned out that water had leaked into the Jeep and ruined the amp! Ricardo immediately started working on my system to not only replace the amp but relocate everything so that it wouldn t get wet again. This included taking apart my dash to make it fit.All of this was under warranty! These guys are amazing. I would definitely go see them if you need a system installed. Super nice guys!Thanks again Ricardo!

300 bucks to fix a backup camera, all they did was unplug the old one and put in a new one. A year later when it broke, they want another 300. Avoid this place. Shady.

I do not recommend. I got a new car and wanted to replace the stereo with an my old cars in dash unit. I looked up all the parts on Crutchfield but wanted to support local. Car Stereo Specialist sold me on a different kit that didn't seem right. I asked if I could return the stuff if it was wrong and they said yes. When I returned the stuff since it was wrong they said they have a 10% restocking fee. This was not posted anywhere, not even on my receipt. They claimed I used their knowledge to just do it myself and the fee is how they stay in business. I already knew what I wanted before I went there and they sold me the wrong stuff! They then charge me for their WRONG knowledge... That doesn't sit right with me.

The team (Ricardo) at Car Stereo Specialists are fast, efficient, informed, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I had a very trusting customer - service provider experience. And same day service!!! Highly recommended!

Ricardo did an amazing job with the tint on my car, he did it for a great price and it looks perfect! I will definitely be going back with my other car for tint and also any other stereo needs! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get great customer service and quality installs - excellent warranty too!

This is my our second experience at WTS and this experience was better than the first The first one was fantastic. I called for a quote, then visited in person to select our tint. Then we brought the vehicle the next evening for our appointment the next day. Our initial calls were returned, confirmation calls were made to us to make sure we were still coming. The car was finished early. What could be better?Just great attention to customer service and oh yeah, a super tint job too!

Do not take your car there. There is damage to my 2019 car in several areas of the car. I had the car 9 days when I took it in and already have to take it into body shop. They even put holes in the floor board of my car. So far mytotal at local body shop is $3300 and still finding more issues. Then they charged me $205 for installation. Take your car somewhere else. The body shop stated that they've had several cars needing repairs after taking their car to them.

We had two cars tinted here. Service is great, and they also fixed the problems we felt it was a concern of mine. My only recommendation would be speed of service as there is only 1 person in the office. It might be a good idea if there are two people so that one person can answer all the phone calls, and another person helping the customers. Poor girl was so busy! However, she kept smiling and resolved any issues that I had.

Brought my Bmw 335is in for all windows tinted and they did amazing work. Good prices and good quality, also they all are very nice and understanding. 10/10 recommended. Will be coming back for my future cars.

If you like bubbles all over your tinted windows and owner not fixing itsaying it s normal andgetting lied to about your warranty.This is your place.

Got my windows tinted here (All windows). Had a problem with the drivers window peeling back when I rolled them down, a week later, took it back and Ricardo fixed it in record time, with no problems since. I recommend this place for window tint. No sure about audio since I haven't had anything done here.

Bought some speakers and a stereo I choose to install myself but ran out of time so called to get see if they could do they speakers and take a look at the stereo I installed. They quoted on the phone $60 to install speakers and take a look at a stereo. Took time off work to drop the car off and they said it would cost over $300. Decided to install the speakers myself too. Would be a 1 star review, but they do match competitor pricing. Just make sure you check every item you get. Stereo sticker price was $250 Amazon price was $150, speakers were $80 Amazon price was $35. total price of purchase before checking Amazon was over $500 (including wiring harness, mounting bracket, radio wire, etc) ended up paying $250. They should just have the real retail price listed.

DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE !!!! Don't get me wrong, the guy s that work here are VERY nice, but the job done on my windows was not. There was bubbles on over half the windows and some windows the tint was not even lined up right; the "old/untinted window" was exposed because the tint was not on correctly. I went back SEVEN times to get it fixed. Yes, SEVEN. I got excuses like "thats not a bubble", "that will go away" and the best one, "its the type of windows you have". I have a Mazda 3....???Finally after getting extremely frustrated and loosing my cool a bit I took it back and finally got some attention to get most of it fixed. There are still some issues with the back window but at this point I was beyond tired of wasting my time, money and gas going back over and over again. Like I said the guys who work here are friendly but I wish I never would have went here and spent the 10 extra $ and got it done right. Was not worth the headache and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE!!!

I stopped in to see if I could get a second fob for the alarm system that came with the car when I bought it and they had one in stock that would work, fixed a couple of odd things that didn't work right on the system, got the second fob programmed and charged me less than half of what a fob ordered from the factory would have cost. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes and the staff was super helpful and definitely customer-oriented. Two thumbs up!

REALLY BAD SERVICE don t wast your time going thair. One time I was going to get my stario installed there and one of the workers thair gave mi a quote of $80 just to install a stario I was in a hurry to get it installed so I said yes. Just to find out that he was going to still charge mi for a no working stario just to make mi buy a new one but still charged mi $80 bucks WORST PLACE EVER
