From the very beginning they were very friendly and welcoming. Specifically Blas and Bradley both sparked up conversations and were super inviting. They finished the work on my car in a short time and did it great job with no problems.

We went to this location looking for some help with finding some screws that had fallen into the engine compartment of our car and I am so glad we did. Blas, Lucinda, Bradley, and Omar were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and informed each step of the recovery process. We will definitely choose this location for any oil change or other car needs. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and easing our concerns!

I recently got my car's oil changed here and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at the quick, professional service I received from Shomari and Jeffrey. Shomari was kind and courteous talking with me and Jeffrey was very thorough in his work. -- Announcing everything he was doing (presumably to Bradley in the pit) checking and double-checking as he went. Both of them showed exemplary customer service and one would do well to get their oil changed here. (The oil change itself was very quick, about 15min or so even on a busy and shorthanded day)Service: Oil change

I loved the experience I had in this place, the service is spectacular, the warmth of the people who serve is indescribable, they make you feel at home, they are clear in the explanation of the diagnosis of your vehicle, they offer you efficient solutions and in my case it helped me a lot that the one who attended me Blas, spoke Spanish because it made it easy for me to understand the process (which is not easily found in the other places that offer this type of service, in addition to being rude) I recommend it and I will always be here

They are an ok place. Friendly, sometimes overly friendly staff. Seem to run out of oil pretty frequently. Expresso lube is cheaper and more thorough.

The manager helped with my oil change. She was fast friendly and didn't push a bunch of extra stuff. The other crew members were also great. I even got new brake lights. Overall, great customer service and my van seems happy

Full service oil changes, which used to be franchised by Valvoline, but now are owned by the corporation. They claim to give their employees a long schooling., of several hundred hours, but their knowledge, or lack thereof, seem to be much worse than when they were privately owned, where the people servicing your car were friendlier, nicer to deal with, and seemed to know more about what they were doing overall. The prices have skyrocketed even higher than they were, and they were always known as expensive to begin with, and unless you have a coupon, the prices are literally astronomical. They are still high and above competition prices normally, even with a coupon . It would be much cheaper to change your oil yourself, or go to literally any other oil change service in the Portland metropolitan area, and get a much cheaper price. And when I say much cheaper, I mean half the price or less, than what this money-grubbing company seems to want. Their products are excellent, but they are not worth the prices they're charging at their service centers. They claim to now have cameras so that you can see what they're doing above and below your car while you wait, which they adopted after buying out Oil Can Henry's, as that was their routine. However, the two locations that I have visited, never had cameras functioning, and always made an excuse as to why they were not working. So therefore, I saw nothing, and did not have the option of observing what the kids, and I mean literally kids, we're doing with my vehicle above or below. They will not let you get out and stand by your car and watch them anymore like they used to, stating that it's a safety hazard, what a crock of baloney. The last time I went to one of these places it was my birthday, and the kid was so cocky and arrogant, that it ruined my whole day. When I called their Corporate Center to complain, which is now where they route you to when you dial their local numbers, they told me they would have a manager call me back, and that never happened. I ended up calling twice, and still never got a call back, so obviously they didn't care what my concerns were. I had been a 20-plus year customer when they were privately owned as franchises, so I had good customer history, and they still didn't seem to be concerned with my opinions or concerns. My advice, go to any other oil change service, you're bound to get better service and prices. Good luck!

It was the first time to visit Valvoline. Feels like a pit stop like F1, with professional and friendly staff. Was surprised that I can get this kind of service in Hillsboro. They didn't overcharge, didn't say any extra.They also find out a little loose item on my car perfectly corrected!Will visit again.

My usual Valvoline was out of 0W-16 oil so I came to this location instead. Two lanes instead of three, but I had no wait at the time I went (weekday morning). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it s great that they walk you through everything they are doing. This is where I usually find out if I have any bulbs out, so I appreciate them checking!

My frustration with this location grows each and every time I go there...Was there about a month ago getting my oil changed when the manager who was wearing a jacket with the name Opie on it told me I needed to come back and get my serpentine. Belt changed and that they would be able to do it very quick and easy for me in and out no problem.I return on Saturday January 6th and and this lady (who strangely enough is wearing the same manager's jacket that I saw the other person in with the name Opie on it) informs me that she's an expert on serpentine belt. And she's not sure if they can change my serpentine belt because of the type of car I have. Well, I am thoroughly confused. Why would one manager say that they can do it nno problem, and then they come back two weeks later and some lady is telling me that she's an expert, but she doesn't think we can do it. She spent some time back in some back room. Comes back out with her cell phone in her hand and tells me after she's been watching YouTube videos of how to change serpentine belts. She doesn't think that she can do it on my car.No I don't think it's fair to call yourself an expert when all you've done was watching a couple of YouTube videos. But I most definitely will not be back to this location i would rather pay more to deal with true experts at a dealership.

I've done engine oil change here twice before and my overall experiences were awesome. Oil change service was nice and fast, and multi-point inspection was done thoroughly. However, today (Dec 12th, 2022) I went there for auto-transmission fluid change and multi-point inspection. A white female employee with short hair was very careless and even didn't want to listen my words at all. The fluid flush and exchange process was okay, but when she finished the work and pull off the fluid hose, the fluid was spilled ALL OVER my engine bay and bumper. She didn't even clean or wipe the fluid and just ask me to leave immediately!!! Next, I explicitly asked if she's already finished the multi-point inspection, she just said "yeah, your oil level looks good and tires looks good, so nothing needs to be checked" My previous experience was the service guys always checked my tires, brakes, front/rear lights, windshield wipers carefully, but she just want me to leave asap. VERY VERY disappointing. I won't come to this store any more.

This is our go-to for oil changes. This was my first time at this location. The techs working there were really friendly and definitely had really positive attitudes. This was even though they have serious staffing challenges. The guy bouncing back and forth between vehicles was trying to juggle 2 guys' worth of work, but still indulged my silly jokes and whatnot. This is a location I def will come back to.

Very professional friendly crew. Very thorough job checking on your car and getting all the things done correctly to the book. Which getting things done by the book is kind of hard to find nowadays. Don't forget to reset your oil light if you have one because they don't have you get out of your car. You stay in your car pull in and they change your oil and fluids and let you know what they're doing as they do it.

The person who attended my oil servicing was extremely polite and attentive and went over every step of the oil change. It was a very hot day and yet the team maintained a decorum and serviced everyone with professionalism and consistency. The guy was honest about what was needed and what was not ( Cabin air filters). The gentleman working on my vehicle did a great job! They were very informative especially letting me know that I had a wrong size air filter in my vehicle. Which I had no idea. I appreciate knowing that and also helping me save with a coupon online. I have gone there in the past and never had any issues or problems. They serve you with professionalism and straight forward recommendations for your vehicle needs. I would highly RECOMMEND this location. Thanks guys! :)) I'll be back.

Kayla asked if I had a coupon and then quickly charged my card. When I found my coupon she was rude and refused to honor it telling me to use it next time because she knows it will have expired by then. I asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she was the manager while rolling her eyes at me. On my receipt the manager's name was Daniel. I asked for a cooperate manager's info and she refused to give it to me claiming that she was the highest manager I could speak to.

You lost a customer today. I have a car I rarely drive that I took here a while back for for an oil change. The attendant suggested I also do a transmission flush at the time. It was pretty pricey but he said he will add free windshield wipers if I got the transmission flush. After I left, one of the clips on the blades must have fallen off the wiper blades. My wipers caught when I was driving in a down poor and I almost got into an accident because I instantly couldn t see. I had to pull off the freeway, but had to change lanes from the fast lane, in 5o clock traffic, with no visibility. I came back today to get another oil change and I told them about the blades. I was hoping they could put another clip on the blades. The attendant could careless. He said, I don t see any blades on your last receipt so I can t replace them. I never thought to check the receipt, but when the first attendant threw them in, he must not have listed them. I would have been happy to pay for new wiper blades, but it was the dangerous situation that happened on the freeway and then the complete indifference from the people there. I paid my bill and drove off but I ll never be back there again. The amount of money I would ve continued paying to come back there was way more than it would ve cost them to add another plastic clip to the wiper blades, or to replace the blades that weren t attached correctly in the first place. I know no one probably cares but they lost my business forever today.

Great experience. They were super professional and well skilled. He explained everything about my car to me including things I didn't even know. I got a oil change and he explained the different synthetics I could get. They had some humor as well and seemed like they e enjoyed their job. I'll go next time I'm in need to these guys!!

I had gotten some services and everything was amazing. Miscommunication led to me not getting something I paid for but my issue was resolved promptly! Really great company and friendliness isn't in short supply. Thanks to the management for reaching out to make sure my visit was perfect. So I usually change oil on my own, but my filter was stuck thus came over this place.1) prices were better than the market. I paid $25 for conventional oil change. Yeah they asked me $32 for using my own oil and filter, which was kinda odd, but I understand that coupons won't work with this.2) but the best part was service. Corey and I guess Tory helped me above ground. It was really great. They checked all fluids under hood, serpentine belt, lights, and all was done in 10 mins. Service was very courteous and professional. Definitely 5 stars.
