They offered to check my cabin filter while getting my oil changed. Tech broke the tab that secures the door for the filters. Said they would research and call me back. 7 days go by, Customer Service called me about my survey I filled out and said lack of communication about fixing the issue was upsetting... Location calls me 10 minutes later, says come on in, they got random nuts and bolts they can figure something out.Their mistake and quick fix solution, left to be my inconvenience for the life of my vehicle.

Ricky is always a pleasure to work with. Great customer service and amazing staff. We also live in a diverse community, and he always keeps an inclusive mindset and helps Spanish-speaking clients as well. I love this place. He also kindly asked if I wanted to donate to the Children's Miracle Network, which of course I said yes. After thanking me for my donation, he shared how our donations make a difference and where our dollars go. Valvoline, you are very lucky to have Ricky. Ricky, you rock!

Had a great customer service experience with Blas! He was awesome and went above and beyond by not only being informative, but by making small talk and making my trip to get an oil change way more comfortable!

Went to get an oil change and they told me it took full synthetic oil.then couple days later I checked my oil and it was low. Went back and they wanted to charge me for their mistake of not putting the correct amount in.. worse customer service I've received at a place like this. Checked your oil before leaving this place

I actually trust these guys to change my oil. They offer a ton of up-sells... But they don't pressure me to pay for things I don't really need. I keep going back, so that says something.

My visit to Valvoline was excellent. They certainly do not have enough help, so the wait was a bit long, but they were very professional about it. Eli was my technician, and he was super helpful and recommended I create a Car Fax account and document all of the work on the vehicle. They were detailed. I have an eco diesel Jeep, so it requires specific oil and power steering fluid etc. The prices are high everywhere but they were $200 less than the Jeep dealership and they sent me a 20% coupon. I feel like my service was very well done.

My car is still under warranty so I take it into these guys to do my fluid changes, they do a great job, listen to the torque specs you provide if you want to tell them. Very nice! This place can get busy so look at the times they are busy on maps before heading in! They will always try to upsell you more stuff though so be aware. Would reccomend! Update: always great service, always trying to upsell. Love this place but it's a bit much I don't want fuel system cleaner my car has direct port injection and cleaners are specifically reccomended against by the manufacturer. Anyways these guys working there dont know that and they are very friendly and not pushy.

Called for advice and the operated transferred me to a location nearest to me. They weren t able to help with my specific situation, however, they gave me incredibly useful advice and even recommended places that could help me. They were busy yet still took the time to thoroughly assist me over the phone. Thanks guys!

Usually they are spot on and I bring all my cars to this location. I had to wait 45 minutes for the car in front of me to pull out. Guys just wandering around. Kind of frustrating.

First time I tried this oil change place. I will be returning when my oil needs changing again. They were very courteous, and once I got into the bay, very fast and efficient. The lead technician was very helpful and friendly. There was a little upselling, but it wasn't "in your face, you have to do this." You get to stay in your car the whole time(about 15 minutes), and all in all, it was a very pleasant experience. One word of advice...go to the internet and download Valvoline oil change coupons. They will save you 25% to 50% off depending if you go for synthetic or conventional oil.

We were treated so well. I usually only get serviced by Valvoline but today's experience was well over the experience I usually have with them. I was greeted with waters, brought into the shade, talked with right away, checked out, and the service men were great and polite. They helped me set my oil change reminder, and explained my paperwork and who serviced me. I highly suggest these guys. Fast & thorough service!

They had us waiting there for two hours in the heat in our car before they bother to let us know that there free on machine wasn t working knowing full well that we wanted Freon in our car for the air conditioning in the heat that we were having. They want to make sure they saw that some sales on the oil change and all the other stuff we could ve gone to a totally different oil can Henry or Valveline and got the same stuff done and actually gotten air conditioning, but they they had us sitting there for two hours and we got no air conditioning and that was the main reason we went in there. I had a suspicion there was something up with it when they weren t put it doing the air conditioning right away.

I have very good service and if I don't have a coupon the staff has been known to look for one. Good operation and I feel good going there.I was impressed with the methodology used by your shop to keep drivers from starting the car when they shouldn't. It moves toward process industry standards. But you might want to rethink your process to be even more safe by making impossible, or nearly so, for anyone to be hurt.Some suggestions1) clients get out of the car. If they don't want to go to a waiting room, then provide a small, isolated, designated place next to the car. where they can sit and watch everything.2) When a car is running (unless #3 is done), no-one should be underneath. If they are underneath, they should be off to the side.3) immobilize the car after it is positioned. Possibly by somehow locking/blocking all 4 wheels in place.Again, I'm impressed with what you already have, so this is in the spirit of suggesting even better. Most accident analyses show that we could/should have thought deeper about preventing even an unlikely event.Service: Oil change

I don't know how this happens, but a regular washer was put on my drain plug instead of a crush washer or gasket, causing oil to leak at high oil pressure. But other than than decent customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Good service. I've had issues with caps being missed in the past so I was watching what I could. They did a double check of all my fluid caps before they closed the hood without my asking.

Unable to change the oil on my truck for the last 3 years because they don't have replacement oil caps. I can only imagine the tens of thousands of other vehicles that can't be serviced. Don't waste your time here.

I am updating this review to 1 star because in addition to my poor customer service experience, Valvoline Instant Oil Change also is not capable of assuring the safety of their patrons. I drove my car the next day and had the "lovely" discovery as I was driving on the highway that the team did not close the hood to my car. Not only did I receive horrible customer service, they put my life in danger. I would not recommend this business to anyone.There was only one option of oil for my car and it was a full $30 more than I would typically pay for parts and service. I also didn't have the option to refuse because they had already drained the oil from my car. When I told them it was overpriced (and gave a specific quote for parts and service elsewhere) I was told "you should probably go there next time then."I was waiting quite a long time because one of their systems was down (and was being patient... I wasn't in a rush) but when my phone took a little while to load up the coupon I wanted applied to my bill the person helping me (James) was very passive aggressive and told the other attendant to go tell the cars behind me it would take "at least 30 minutes" before their turn. The other attendant let him know he had given the cars an estimate of 25 minutes and James said something to the effect that it was going to be at least 30 minutes now (and looked at me to imply that they would have to wait extra because my coupon took an extra 30 seconds to load). Overall a very unprofessional experience and I won't be going back.Service: Oil change

Quick and easy. Got the job done. Workers were friendly, seemed to communicate well.However, I didn't appreciate all the sales questions that I was getting. But that's apart of the business I suppose. Guy who was talking to me about these seemed to know how stuff.I had read other views prior to coming here and I know it was kind of a big deal that you can watch what was going on a screen but I couldn't see much other than the workers moving around under the hood of my car.There was a coupon that saved me some bucks so that was nice!

Richard was great. Wasn t a fan of Elijah s demeanor & attitude. Didn t seem like his fellow employees were either.Also, it always surprises me how confused these kids look when doing my changes. Definitely a bit frightening when I am relying on them to properly change the bloodline of a vehicle.Service: Oil change

I ve gone a couple times for an oil change and every time I ve gone they ve made conversation, we re respectful. I felt comfortable. They gave me knowledge about my car and the things it needed or didn t need. Oil change was great lasted me what it was suppose to.

Friendly and efficient. I called ahead to see how long of a wait and how much it would cost to get my oil changed. They said 18 minutes and suggested I visit the website for a coupon. They were very fast. Like all oil change shops they have suggested maintenance upgrade options. As other reviewers have stated they are not pushy but be prepared to have a lot of options presented. I would definitely go back. They have cameras so you can watch then work.
