                      Disappointed. !! I dropped off my car to do diag on morning Sat and they said they will call me by the end of the day. No one call until today is monday. I m keep calling and ask and they told me that no mechanic working today. What the  .  And they dont have any update til tmr and dont know of they have rental car.                       I recently had  routine maintenance on my Toyota vehicle oat Royal Moore Toyota service department, which included a oil change. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing.A few days after the oil change, I experienced a significant oil leak due to the oil filter and drain plug not being properly tightened. This resulted in the loss of half the oil and posed a serious risk to the engine of my vehicle.I was shocked and frustrated by this lack of attention to detail and the potential damage it could have caused.                       11.8.18 at 3:37 I dropped my 2012 Prius V off because the 2nd cylinder was misfiring. They close at 6 pm and open at 7am. They told me they would have it done around 9am. I showed up at 9am and was there until 12:30pm 11.9.18. According to repair pal the cost to change spark plugs on a Prius is up to $187. I was charged $230.91, granted they did have to put some gas and had to diagnose the issue. I did appreciate the no nonsense when it came to the spark plugs, they could've said something worse and costly was wrong with it. However in order to get to the spark plugs in a Prius you have to remove the wipers and the whole assembly above the engine because they're in the back. In the process they broke my cal side ventilator sub assembly and then tried to glue it on (pictures attached). It blew off when I washing my car, and when I went back to ask them about it they said they don't have to touch that part to change the spark plugs. Then I pulled up a YouTube video which proved them wrong and they ordered a new part for me. Upon putting the replacement in the lady broke off another little piece and tried to play it off. Luckily the replacement has stayed on even after a wash. If you look closely at the pictures you can see that they took a screw driver to it to get it out and damage that area. The whole reason I took my car to Toyota was to avoid sloppy work like this, who knows what else they rushed or broke.                       Royal Moore service is amazing. We had taken our 4Runner to two other shops prior. All diagnosed the issue as a problem only the dealer could repair. Royal Moore replaced the part with a quote around $4500. After doing the work they found it wasn t the issue and quickly repaired the correct part. They let us know what happened and only charged us for the much cheaper repair. This place has some strong ethics and strives to make the customer happy and be honest about what needs to be done. Greg was our customer service representative and had great communication and was very polite.                       I have never had bad service at Royal Moore Toyota. The service team is fast efficient and always do a great job. I will continue to always bring my car to them when it needs service.                       Fantastic experience! Greg was very honest and upfront with the repair and the cost on my vehicle all the way through the process. They were able to get my car in the same day.                       Everytime we go in we get Emily Eleson and she is just amazing!!!I don't feel like it's a drag to drive 45 mins to get my oil change and sit in for hours.(Edit: OK not for hours but am inpatient and feels that way but most of my oil changes are pretty kick)They have a great waiting area and Emily is able to answer all my questions before I leave and some.Thank you Emily!

                      Poor customer service. The service staff is rude, impatient, and made me feel unwelcome when I brought my Toyota Highlander for a service.When  I purchased the car from the sales department at Royal Moore, I did not get a copy of the paperwork that I signed. I requested them several times but did not get them. The Sales department only gave me one key to the certified Toyota.                       Thomas sold us a used 2017 Toyota 4runner PRO and his service was great.  The dealership is clean and very well kept.  A personable environment and made the car buying experience painless.  They kept open 2 way dialogue and were upfront from the start which is a breath of fresh air.  Our sales men Thomas was a great people person and I felt he did his very best advocate for the car buyer.  He was upfront and addressed any issue or question I brought.                       I didn t buy a vehicle from this dealership BUT I felt it was necessary to leave a review on the customer service I received. I was shopping around for a Rav4 over the last couple of weeks and Mileisy was great to work with during that process. As I mentioned before, I didn t end up closing the deal here but Mileisy s attention to detail and responsiveness has earned Royal Moore Toyota a spot in my list of top dealerships to potentially do business with in the future.                       Very bad sales service!!Not at all friendly, it is the first time I have visited this place and I did not leave with good expectations.
