Best place I ve found in Hillsboro! Everything you want in a mechanic: honest, flexible, polite, knowledgeable, and FAST. They re always willing to get me in within a day or two, have fixed countless things on my 2000 Subaru Outback, let me work remotely from their office while waiting, have never tried to overcharge or hide costs, and are still my go-to garage after my move to north Portland. The only time I got an incomplete fix, they apologized and got me back in asap to fix it (even offering to reimburse the cost at a closer garage). Chris is also the nicest guy ever, great to chat with and help you understand your repairs/options. They will swindle you into paying for something that does not need to be done, brought my Mercedes to have the fuel pump cleaned and they told me they need to remove parts that do not have to be taken out to get to the fuel pump and then they need to replace the fuel pump but what they actually do is clean it and put new sensors on then tell you they replaced it to charge you more. DO NOT COME HERE!! They are liars and idiots.

I highly recommend Integrity Auto Care! Chris went above and beyond his duties to help me out with my 07 GMC Sierra truck! Since the moment I called to see if I could just drop by due to the bad axel I had, up until he fixed my truck. Needless to say I live 1.5hrs away and I took my truck at 4pm he stayed until 6:30pm (past their closing time) to try and fix it. Things got complicated (never fails) and couldn t get it done the same day. He offered to take time home (the coast) and I said no need, instead I stayed at a hotel. He said he would come in early the next day (Saturday they are normally closed) to fix it & he did! I am so happy I came here and Chris took care of me! Highly recommend Integrity Auto & Chris! Fast, friendly and professional. I went in without and an appointment for an issue with the engine coil in my car and they took care of it in less than an hour. This is the second time that I ve been to their auto shop unexpectedly and they have not only fixed the issue but they have gone above and beyond. Chris is very courteous and professional. Let me start off by saying, nobody touches my truck... having worked, managed and been deeply vested in the automotive world; specifically in aftermarket for almost 20 years... I do all my own work.But things happen, and my transfer case let go on me about 5 hours away from my home. Not left with a lot of options, I left my truck with a local highly rated shop in that area. I had some specific requests on what parts they use, other than that, left it to them to get it back to 100%After over 6 weeks of waiting, they said they had it finished and was ready to pick up. So rent a car, drive across the state, only to see the job was done but just enough... linkage was backward, other parts were not used and were not holding up to the trucks power. I did drive home thankfully.Upset, called and to their benefit, they recommend integrity as they were close to my location and they would take care of any issues they had messed up in cost wise. And they MADE GOOD in this promise.I reached out to these guys and I immediately felt some reassurance. I spoke specifically on what parts I needed in my truck, they did not even bat a eye at the request...Within 3 days... 3! I had my truck back, correct parts in, and all the minor issues I found fixed.I still continue to turn my own wrenches, however if anyone asks, I have no hesitation to send anyone here for work

Oh my Gosh! I have to leave a review right this second because of my holiday rescue. I heard a thump and my windshield wipers stopped working during the winter storm right before Christmas. It s the day before Christmas Eve so no one picked up or if they did they said they couldn t fix it today. Then I called Integrity Auto Care and Chris answered and said he was about to leave but he d be happy to check it out before he took off. Unfortunately we need a part to fix the problem but he took an hour and a half out of his time to do a temporary fix on my vehicle to get me through until we can get the part. This saved my holiday plans to go out of town during this rainy time. I scheduled an appointment for next week to replace the entire part. I have never been to Integrity Auto Care but I will continue to go from now on. Chris went out of his way to help me, he was kind, patient and very clear about everything he was doing and everything that needs to be done. Didn t make me feel like an inconvenience at all when it was actually at an inconvenient time and really inconvenient. If you re looking for an Auto Shop that actually operates from a place of integrity I believe the name falls true to the operation they re running. Go see Chris at Integrity Auto Care.

Friendly staff that was honest about my vehicle issue. The cost for work was fair and no regrets for getting my vehicle repaired there. Highly recommend, and I will use shop again should any work need to be done.

Out of town and broke down. I called Chris because his shop is AAA approved and appreciated his professionalism and availability to service my pickup that day. He and Miguel diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate, kept me appraised throughout the process, and got me on the road before closing time that same day below the cost of the estimate.Integrity Auto is a small business run by a straight shooting pair of men who know the importance of double checking their work. The new owner is a good person and takes care of my sisters car also. A little expensive but well worth the extra 50.00 or so. Chris worked on ultra expensive cars before opening his own shop.

Great place! Chris (the liaison between garage and front desk/client -side) is super professional, friendly, and helpful. My Subaru was miss-firing and overheating. After performing two tests to isolate the problem it was revealed It had a leaky head gasket.Chris went above and beyond installing a high quality MLS head gasket which would be more resistant to head gasket failures in the future. They also had the heads resurfaced at a machine shop. The latter point is why the car had the head gasket initially fail.Spending money on cars is never fun, but at least with Integrity I felt secure in knowing that they do quality and honest work.Thank you all very much.

This was our first time using Integrity Auto Care and we will use them again when our car needs some care in the future! Our interaction with Angie in the front office is always a pleasure! Working with Brad to understand the issue our car was having was also really easy... he is kind, genuine and explains things in a way that makes them easy to understand but he doesn t talk to you like you are a dummy! We also love that they take pictures of the issues they find and help you make informed decisions about what needs repaired and what can wait! Solid shop, highly recommended!

We recently had our family minivan which suddenly began misfiring repaired by Integrity. The ultimate cause was rare for the age of the vehicle (blown head gasket on a six year old engine), but there were symptoms that suggested simpler causes (plugs and coils needed to be replaced), so of course we tried the more likely fix first. While it's never fun to hear that the straightforward interventions didn't fix the problem, the Integrity crew brought me along with the process of continuing to troubleshoot in a very transparent way, presented my options in understandable terms without jargon, and went way above and beyond to give us a solid fix while staying cost-sensitive.After picking up the vehicle (cleaned and washed, a great surprise), I immediately scheduled our other car for service it's hard to find a shop that builds so much trust during a tough experience like this, and they've made a customer for life.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Amazing people. They helped me arrange drop-off outside their normal business hours and kept me informed on every step of the repair. They sent me pictures and videos as they worked on my car. They came in on their days off to accommodate my schedule and had my car ready to go in a great amount of time.Brad went above and beyond when it came to customer care. Even when I stopped by on a Saturday with a car question/issue, he's patient and helps me and gets me on my way.I will be using this shop myself in the future and referring family and friends.Thank you!

To make a long story shorter, I was visiting my daughter in Hillsboro, I m from California. Her car needed repair and I wanted to help with that. She had been told that Integrity Auto Repair was a good shop. Got her car in the same day she first called. Rob, the owner performed a high tech diagnostic and emailed the findings with pictures. He and his crew did an excellent job repairing major parts and the price was reasonable. I appreciate this shops professionalism and that they really care about the customer. Integrity Auto Care was very professional servicing my Volkswagen GTI. Phil and his team helped me with the different repairs that were determined my vehicle needed. I was sent pictures of the repairs needed and Phil discussed in detail the process with me. He spoke with with me in detail what he recommended the priority of the services as well as the costs. I really appreciated how professional he was and his willingness to work with me. My 2004 Nissan Frontier broke down while I was headed home after work one evening. Standing with the tow truck driver, I asked for it to be towed to an autobody shop. A quick Google search showed Integrity Auto Care was close, and had fantastic reviews. So I pick here, and I am so glad I did! My husband and I will continue to make this our primary auto shop going forward. Rob and Brad blew my mind with their customer service and professionalism. Rob cared enough to know the story behind my truck, and cared enough to learn about me and my husband and our stories. Rob even assured me that my truck has some good years left in it. Brad spent so much time with me on the phone, explaining CLEARLY all of my options, prices and answered all of my questions. Communication was always very clear, and I very much appreciate that. Not to mention, my truck is running great!! Thanks again, team!

First time I used them was told 950 to do the job wanted 400 down no problem and went and picked up vehicle paid 462 more sounded right paid it and what was wrong wasn't what they first said! It was something else that costed 462 had to get my 400 back! And went back to get my aaa discount and asked about why they filled my oil over an inch above full line and was told I could crawl under my vehicle and drain some out! They gave me my 10% discount but the oil overfill was my problem when they did it! Something wrong here!

It's like Christmas when you find a GOOD HONEST and FARE auto repair shop and I found one. I am MORE than happy and satisfied with the work, honesty and care that was provided to me; to make me a return customer as long as they are there and I need auto help. Thank you Integrity, your name REALLY suits you...Even though I could take my car to a dealership and get awesome prices in work done because of a relative who works there, I'd still rather go to Integrity even if I had to pay a little more which I doubt I would, simply because I'd rather give my business and money to a small local business owner than a big corporation that is not half as personable as Integrity. I love you Integrity.

I can't speak more highly of the Integrity Auto and their staff.After some confusion on my side, they were very understanding and helpful to me. The initial bid for the work done on my vehicle was kept the same even though I know the work they put into it far exceeded that price.Each one of their staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. Honesty is something that can be hard to find a care, but Integrity Auto truly lives up to their name.I want to give a special shout-out to Brad for explaining every step and problem with my vehicle and looking out for me as best he can, and Angie for being so patient and kind whenever we corresponded.I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Integrity Auto next time!

I have had a wonderful experience with Integrity. They have saved me from a miserable situation couple days ago when I need help.Couple days ago while I was driving back home, the windshield wiper on the driver's side stopped working suddenly. It was 5pm and the rain was pouring down on my way home. What makes my situation even worse was that I have left my wallet at home and didn't carry any cash, credit card, or check with me. I managed to stop my car in front of Integrity and rushed into their store asking for help. The people in the store were extremely nice. They comforted me and reassured me that they are going to help me. It turned out that one of the screws is loose, which makes the wiper malfunction. They fixed the problem for me without charging me a dime. You couldn t image how grateful I was when I found out that I could still drive my car to pick up my kids from daycare before it was closed.Thank you, Integrity Auto Care! The sympathy and kindness you have offered to me prove to me that you deserve your name: INTEGRITY!!!
