They worked with my insurance really well, anytime I called I got my questions answered kindly, or called back in a super timely manner. Cannot thank everyone in the office enough for letting me take my time to pick up my car. And they were extremely paitent with me when I tried running my card, and as I called my bank to update my spending limit. (Goodness gracious that was a process over the phone). So thank you team for taking care of my car, it looks brand new and drives so well! I really appreciate you for working with me. 1000% recommend.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

About a year ago, my wife brought her car in here and had great service. So when a guy reversed into my car with his SUV, this seemed like the obvious place to get my collision repair done.Called to set up an appointment. Lady told me they were swamped, but if I gave them my number, they would call me back.Never happened.A week later, I called again. This time, I ended up on hold for 22 minutes, only to be told they would call me back. Again, this didn t happen.I decided to give it one more shot. I spoke to a representative and set up an appointment to bring my car in for an inspection. Progress! But when I arrived, I was told they didn t have any inspections scheduled, and also I didn t need an inspection because my insurance had already done one. Okay. Not really sure why I was given a date and time to bring my car in if it was unnecessary, but alright. The employees told me they couldn't schedule a future date for me to bring my car in, because the lady who normally handled that was out on medical leave. But they said if I left my insurance paperwork and a contact number, they would call me the next business day to set up a repair date. Two weeks later, still no call.I give up.

This is the best place to get your car taken care of. They actually listen to you and take care of what you want. I love the people working there and the beautiful spirit all have. Thank you for caring.

The body work done on my car was first rate. Would have given 5 stars but the communication from the rep was not as advertised. Said I would get weekly updates. Not so. And as they took 3 1/2 months to complete the work on what I would have considered a moderate job at best the lack of updates gets frustrating. They do great work. Just be willing to wait somewhat longer than expected

My car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it! The guys did a terrific repair job! I think they even buffed out a few extra spots! Once they got the approval from the ins co, the job was done in just 2 or 3 days. Kevin was really good about keeping me updated and answering questions. All the staff was really good, though. Helpful, courteous, and down to earth.

Driving through from out of town, and my splash shield was hanging loose. These guys helped me out on the spot. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the ladies in the front office to the guys in the shop. If you're in town (or traveling through!) I recommend them!

I went to RBP a couple years ago to get an older Subaru repaired that had its front driver side wheel well and fender damaged quite badly in an accident. I got an estimate from another place as well and both RBP and the other place were within about a hundred dollars on the estimated repair cost (a little over $2K). RBP gave me an estimate on time of 2 to 3 weeks. I decided to go with RBP and although it took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, the job was beautiful. Paint color match was wonderful, door opened and closed without binding against the front quarter panel. And it drove well. The car looked really good - as good as or maybe even better than before the accident. And the bill was what was quoted. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the extra time it took and occasionally not returning phone calls. But having said that, I'm fine with the extra time if that's what it took to get it done right. The reason I'm writing this now is because we need to get some significant damage to my wife's car repaired. Hopefully RBP will do a really good job like they did with the previous car.

RBP is amazing! Broc my initial person that helped me truly made this the smoothest transition and did the follow up with our insurance company in order to get all the work done on our truck that had a collision with bambi on steroids. I knew our truck was in good hands and they really take pride in the details of the job! I would recommend this company to everyone that needs excellent bodywork done on their vehicles. Great place! Trustworthy people!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My experience here was nothing but top-of-the-line from start to finish. Long story short, I was hit and run, twice. The knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire staff was excellent, and so very much appreciated. A HUGE shout out to Broc Allison, who kept the communication flowing, providing frequent and consistent updates to my vehicle's progress, handled everything with two separate insurance companies, and even assisted me in moving my 3 car seats from one vehicle to the next, multiple times. There was even a small faux pas the day I went to return my rental and collect my vehicle and they fixed that same day as well. He stayed a few minutes late to let me get my car that evening without waiting another day. Andy helped polish some over-spray and blow-back out from my side paneling and windows and my vehicle almost looked brand new again! I am so grateful for their service and quality work. I *hope* to not be a repeat customer, but if I have to be, RBP Auto is 100% where I am taking my vehicle without hesitation. Added bonus, lifetime warranty on all of their work, which was quite extensive. Good people, good business; period.

Highly recommend RBPI was hit in a parking lot by an uninsured driver shortly after getting my new car. Chris Garcia, one of the owners, was informative about the work needing to be done, patient as I got my finances in order as I was paying out of pocket to afford the repairs, and while I was on vacation completed the work to have my car ready for me to pick up when I got back. The repairs look great. Like nothing ever happened!Recently I had another unrelated issue with my paint - some etching from bird droppings - I called Chris to ask for advice - he said he would have his crew look at it. They buffed it out in minutes for no charge.I'm very happy with the work RBP as done for me. Their customer service and repairs are top-notch.

RBP is awesome. They do quality work and manage all the insurance stuff, including the rental car, so that you don't have to deal with any of it. I've had my car repaired here at least three times and have had a positive experience every time.

I'm the guy who only writes reviews when I am really mad at a company. I have had an incredible experience (3 actually) with RBP. I got rear-ended in December and they made the process fast, easy, and trustworthy. They even went toe to toe with my insurance company, who was being a real pain to work with. I sold that car to get my very first new car (about a month after the first collision). Bad luck or bad karma - I'm not sure, but I got sideswiped and rear-ended again. They have me scheduled and are all set to make the second repair. I fully trust them with my brand new baby and have no qualms about this repair. They have even been helping me with a diminished value claim (something other competitors say only they can do). BOOM - before the first repair on the new car is even done, I get rear-ended AGAIN - a third time! The team now has been helping me document what damage was from the first collision and what was from the most recent. They have made this whole process so simple and easy. I would never think about going anywhere else. Some notes that made this place stand out as special to me: they changed a tail light that went out right after I did the final walk over after the first repair. They didn't have to, but did it as a convenience to me. Secondly, while in a rental car, I had to take my (very hairy) pug to the vet. Despite my best efforts to control fur, it was all over the rental car (which has a $250 fine for pets being inside the car). These guys vacuumed my rental car prior to me returning it so I wouldn't get fined the $250. The day before I took my 2017 4Runner to drop off, my parents' St. Bernard jumped up on my car excitedly and scratched her claws down the driver side door. What did RBP do? They polished this whole thing out for free. Really? You think every shop would do that? They know their customers by first name and what their specific needs are without looking at their files (not just me, with a million claims). My dentist can't even do that... Fantastic customer service and they really do go above and beyond. Every shop has little issues and problems. The nice thing about RBP is that they will always make it right. If I were unsatisfied for some reason, I could talk to Chad or Chris and get everything squared away. The whole staff is awesome and they have had my back from start to finish. I will refer everyone here and I will always be a loyal customer to RBP.

Very bad. I scheduled an appointment for a month after an estimate because they were busy. I was told it was a 3-5 day job. Almost 3 weeks until I got my work vehicle back. I never once got a call to give me an update until I had to go in there and yell at them like a total jerk but what else could I do? My truck sat outside for weeks and I kept getting lied to. Only reason it's not 1 star is because the paint work was decent. Still had to get another $356 in parts and labor out of my own pocket because they broke and also did a sub par job on areas. I guess that's what I get for going to the body shop Safeco recommended. It just really upset me that they lied to me 3 times over the phone and to my face about the status of my vehicle. Just be honest and tell me you are overbooked and I would have understood. Also maybe call your customers and give them an update instead of missing deadlines and not ever calling the customer?

I've used them for fixing my car after 2 separate incidents involving a rear impact to my car and a side impact and in both cases they restored the car to it's original state. I have nothing but good things to say. Their front desk staff are polite and easy to work with. Sometimes, their time estimates are not on the mark requiring extensions but that's a minor issue since they seamlessly work with insurance. In both cases, they direct billed the insurance and I had no troubles. They even fixed an area of my car free of charge my buffing it to remove some minor scratches, so kudos to that!

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff, the girls up front were great to work with.I brought my daily driver for insurance work after a fender bender and they were great to work with. After I got my car backI experienced a few issues that were the results of mistakes made by the technician when reassembling my vehicle. They owned up to the mistakes and did whatever it took to make the situation right. They gained my trust and now I have them working on my baby (Shelby GT500). I have no doubt I will be extremely happy with the work!

I have had two visits to this shop. On the first visit, they repaired my wife's Volvo under her auto insurance - good experience. I then got a quote from them to fix fairly minor cosmetic damage on my Audi. The quote was about $2,000, which seemed very high to me, and I declined. I eventually had the problem fixed well by another local shop for about $350. I felt that RBP quoted me an unreasonably high price because I have a nice car, and they assumed I would pay whatever price they quoted me. Not cool. Still giving them 3 stars based on the quality work they did on the Volvo.

I had my 1977 Ford F-250 painted by RBP Collision back in 2001. After 19 years, the paint was starting to show its age. So I decided to have them paint it again since I was happy with their work last time. And just like last time, Chris, Joe, and their whole team hit it out of the park again. It was completed in a very timely manner too. The work that was done far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend RBP Collision for all your body repair needs.

I was impressed by this facility when I walked in with my brother this afternoon. The male associate was polite and timely while assisting my brother and scheduling repairs. The soonest time slot was 6 days from now but the associate was honest, so it wasn't a big deal. The associate was told that the car needed to not be driven because it was involved in a collision and insurance needed to cover the repairs. Driving it over the next 6 days could make it difficult to prove that any possible issues resulted from the collision. The associate stated that he understood and we left at this time.My brother returned to RPB with a rental car to obtain his personal belongings. He saw a male associate leaning up against his vehicle while casually speaking to another person. My brother asked the associate to please not lean against his vehicle. The associate agreed and apologized. One of the office associates, by the name of Melissa, came to speak to my brother and stated that it is a liability for him to leave his car parked in their parking lot until it can be worked on and that she is not sure where the miscommunication came from. My brother told her that he understands where the liability concern comes from but he was not told this when he left it there so it was not a miscommunication at all. He further told Melissa that he just asked one of the associates to not lean against this car for obvious reasons. My brother then said that collectively, he is not impressed with RBP's customer service. To this concern, and with an attitude, Melissa informed my brother that he is welcome to take his vehicle elsewhere. My brother said that now he definitely will do so.I have been in customer service since I was 13 years old. I am 32 now and work as an EMT. I have served the Salem area and now serve Washington county in the same fashion. I value a business puts service before their ego. Melissa's urgency to dismiss my brother's concerns about quality of service does not seem to align with the owners' values of treating customers like their own people. Maybe Melissa was having a bad day but unfortunately, and rightly so, my brother's first impression was not a good one and Melissa did not take the opportunity to show him that they do care about the work they do and the impression they leave. To Melissa: my brother works hard for a living and does not deserve to be spoken to in the rude fashion that he received from you today. I hope you do not speak to all of your customers like that. I have today off and I chose to take the time to write this review in hopes of reminding the company that the way you treat people matters, even if there is nobody else around to hear you. I expected better from a company who has such high reviews from other customers. This leads me to believe that the issue is Melissa's attitude and not the company as a whole.

I went in to get my car worked on and the girl at the front desk with the short brown hair was super rude. She told me to come back the next day with the estimate sheet. I asked her if they were booked because obviously I need my car back ASAP. She said she couldn t tell me anything until I came back with the estimate sheet from my insurance. I went back the next day and she said they wouldn t be able to do it for 36 weeks. What??? I wouldn t have wasted my time going back if she would ve told me that. She also said it would be the same amount of time anywhere else I tried but the next place I went to was very professional and nice and they ll have my car done in less than two weeks. I m so glad I didn t make the mistake of letting them near my car. Especially after reading some of these other reviews

Amazing shop! My 2002 Honda Civic Si hatchback was hit in the passenger door by someone when I was at the store. I had seen reviews of these guy before and decided the take my car here for repairs instead of where the other persons insurance company referred me to. Judging by their excellent reviews I expected nothing less...That's exactly what I got. The door was hit so bad that it would not open. When I got my car back I was in shock by how good of a job they did on matching paint color, quality of paint job, and all around professionalism. I will ALWAYS recommend someone to go here. If you are reading this review, take it from someone who is a car enthusiast... GO TO THIS SHOP!!!

After an accident I was in I had my Ford F-150 towed to RBP Collision. From the moment it got there, I felt great about that decision. Every person I talked to made me and my vehicle feel like it was the most important project they had going on. The estimator I worked with, Justin, was unreal with his proactive communication every step of the way. I own a local insurance agency and will be referring all of my clients their way. Thanks RBP

I was referred here by my insurance, and I honestly think it was the worst place I could've taken my car.First, the original quote was for about 1/5 the eventual actual cost (thankfully paid by the insurance). I overheard them do something similar to 4 different customers while I was in their office. Should've left then and there.Second, they said they'd have my car fixed in 48 hours. It took a full month before they would give my car back - 15 times the original estimate.Third, they were completely uncommunicative. After the first 48 hours, I called to see if I could get my car. They informed me that parts had to be ordered, so it'd be another few days. I called again, and they informed me that they'd found more damage and would need another couple days as well. This continued for a full month. I never received any calls from them, but my mother (whose information I never even provided them) apparently got called a couple times.Fourth, they were very rude. They repeatedly called me by the wrong name and refused to give me straight answers when I would call them.I can't recommend them less. I suggest taking your car to any other shop in the state.

Got into a accident and had no place to put my car. I found the nearest auto shop and had my car towed there temporarily until I could figure out what to do with my mazda. I called there office the following day and filled them in on my issue. They were extremely helpful and nice regarding my predicament. This business allowed me to park my car there in their lot for 4 days until I figured out what I was going to do with it. They didn't have to do that and I believe most places would have had me towed the same day I arrived. I love these guys. Thank you so much for your help and I know where I will bring my next car in for body work.

I have a lot of clients that use this shop and RBP always puts the client first. I've had 2 occasions where an adjuster did not want to total the vehicle even though it was questionable whether the vehicle could be brought back to pre-loss safety condition or not. On one, every air bag in the vehicle deployed and blew out most of the windows. RBP went to bat for the client and helped to total the vehicle, even though it meant they lost tens of thousands of dollars in profits. There are not many shops in the U.S. much less just Oregon that would put a customer's and their family's safety above a huge payday. But RBP did. I've inspected their work many, many times and it is always top notch. I noticed a couple of reviewers have stated that their repair took twice as long, or that it cost much more than the initial estimate. This is VERY NORMAL. They're not psychics who can see into the vehicle. And they don't have X-ray machines to determine damage that may not be visible until the outer panel is removed. This is very normal. Most estimates with significant damage will normally have a 10 to 20% increase from the preliminary estimate. As to the time it took for the repairs, you're lucky it was only a month. I had probably 200 clients in 2017 that had to wait at least 3-4 months for parts, and several as long as 9-10 months. Auto body shops have no control over part shipping or availability. Sometimes the shop is told by the part supplier a part is in stock, but the computers aren't always right and parts do get put on back order. Again, I highly recommend this shop, BTW, I'm an Oregon Licensed Auto Appraiser # V34-075 and I inspect auto repairs weekly So I know a thing or two about auto body repairs.UPDATE - 11/18/2018 - I inspected a CX-9 recently for an Intel employee and RBP did an excellent job where most shops would have overlooked a few things they actually caught them and made the insurance company fix it even though the adjuster initially tried to say it was previous damage. KUDOS to you!!! I've inspected at least 20 cars from RBP in the last 60 days with all of them having high quality repairs. I routinely find repair fraud and I never have with RBP. Good Job!

My Husband stopped by this shop the other day to get a quote on getting a large scratch removed on the front left bumper of my car. The guy in the office came out and looked at the scratch. He then returned back to the shop and grabbed a few things and removed/buffed the scratch right out. When my husband asked what I owed him for his services....he told him nothing! I love local business and we will be sure to come here if one of our cars ever need work.

I have nothing but good things to say about RBP. My van is back to looking brand new. You cannot even tell where it had been crunched. RBP is top notch. They use OEM replacement parts. Paint is identical match. They even vacuumed and dusted the inside. I thanked my insurance company for having RBP towards the top of their network list too. Thank you RBP!

The whole group was professional and informative every step of the way. One employee, Broc, went above and beyond. I was late getting out of work and he stayed there for me while I fought traffic. When I arrived he was polishing areas of the car that was not involved with damage and sent me to add gas to the rental so I would not have to pay the rental companies inflated prices. This is my only body shop now.

RBP is excellent. Great prices and wonderful people. They fixed my rear-ended bumper within a couple of days, and I went to them again to get some scratches out which they polished away completely for free! Can't recommend them enough.
