I bought a Land Rover from this guy a few years ago and he came off very pretentious and like we were a waste of his time. The day after bringing the Land Rover home the check engine light came on. He absolutely lacks customer service skills!

Wow! From start to finish, business with Mark at NW Elite Auto Sales has been more than I could have ever asked for. Like many, I saw the great reviews on his page and went to check it out. I immediately knew why he was so highly recommended.The way Mark conducts business is unlike any salesman I have ever met. Initially, I was a little impulsive and told him I could afford more than I could. He saw right through me, and didn t think twice before asking me some more personal questions. He then pointed me in the direction of a beautiful, yet affordable vehicle that I now own and I am SO thankful. He explained some of the things he has learned doing business for as long as he has, and he explained the importance of long term customer satisfaction. He wanted me to be happy when I pulled off the lot, and he wanted me to be happy two months into the payments, and beyond.A few weeks after I purchsed the car, I called him to ask him for his advice about a warranty. We crunched numbers, analyzed, and he gave me his best advice. Then weeks after that, I get a phone call from him asking about the warranty, about the car, and just wondering how life was going. He told me to call anytime I need advice, anytime I want to talk, or if I ever want to do business again. He was so personable, and relatable, I couldn t help but feel immensely grateful for having done business with him. Doing business at NW Elite Auto Sales was more than just the purchase of a new car, I made an awesome connection.

I was very lucky to come across Mark when I was looking for another car. He is one of the nicest people, he s not a pushy or bossy sales man. My experience was great. He has a very nice selection of cars. He insured everything was right, he s followed up with me to make sure I m still enjoying my purchase (which I am completely). I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality car that wants to receive good service and friendly service from a knowledgeable person. I am recommending him to all of my friends and family. I will definitely go back when I m in the market for another vehicle

Mark was great - he gave me a fair price on exactly the car I wanted. I feel really satisfied with my buying experience, and I love the car. He went way out of his way to fix a typo on the paperwork (my fault) after it had already been submitted for title. I will definitely be calling him the next time I need a car, and I highly recommend Northwest Elite Auto Sales!

Had a great experience buying from Mark. Somewhere in the ad it said that we'd appreciate their relaxed atmosphere, and it was true, it was clear that Mark was totally happy for us to take our time and think it over (as well as answer any questions), which really helped the whole buying experience! Mark let us know that the Suzuki Grand Vitara we were looking at was one he'd owned in the past and that they were good reliable cars, and when we did some online research found everything he'd said corroborated in online reviews. Also, the car was in great shape and absolutely spotless and shining when we drove it away, which is a really nice way to start with a new car! Communication good, a smooth experience all around.

Thank you, Mark, for my new Volvo v50! Love driving it every day!I found the car listing online, contacted NW elite, and got a call within an hour, on Saturday! We talked about the carfax report, he answered all my questions. He even answered his phone while he was at the Trail Blazers game!We arranged for an 8:30 am Sunday meeting, and by the time I drove down from Seattle to get the car, I had full confidence. A month later, I'm still extremely happy. I took it to my local mechanic, and he was also impressed with the quality and the deal I got on the car. Many thanks!

What a great honest business, which is rare within the car sales arena. They held a car for 5 days to wait for our schedule to open enough for us to make the 4 hour drive up to Portland. I was blown away by the all the used cars that looked brand new within his inventory, fully detailed and serviced. We got such a great car for a great price, we couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you Mark!

I had a great experience with NW Ellie Auto. Mark was very professional and thorough. Throughout the process he was honest and provided paperwork for the vehicle's history and maintenance. The car was immaculately detailed when I came to pick it up. Mark made the typically dreadful process of buying a used car easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend NW Elite Auto.

Mark did a great job at setting me up with my new BMW. He made the process super easy and he was with me every step of the way. He wasn't pushy like the stereotypical car salesman. Overall, I'd highly recommend setting up a meeting with Mark for your next car.

Definitely one of the best dealerships I've come across. It's not the typical small dealership I'm used to and Mark isn't the typical pushy salesman. I got a nice little 08 VW Rabbit that I'm absolutely in love with! I was about ready to give up on the search for my second car so I'm really glad I gave him a call when I saw the car. He priced the vehicle close to what CarFax valued it at so I got a price (and a car) that I'm happy with.

Hello.My name is Nikolay and Y live in San Diego.I was looking for a car Honda Accord 1990-1993and I was ready to fly any place in the country and I found itin Portland.From the very beginning I felt comfortable taking to Mark.After five minutes I bought the car.I flew to Portland Mark met me at the airport and in hour and a halfI had my car.Everything was flawless. The condition of the car was exactly as Marktold me on the phone.After this I drove back to San Diego through a lot of beautiful placesof Oregon and California.The car did not let me down. After two weeks of looking for a decent pre-owned vehicle I was ready to give up when I ran across an ad on Craigslist for NW Elite Auto. Wow am I ever glad I gave Mark a call! Finally a smaller dealer with a clean and shiny indoor showroom and super nice clean cars. Mark is a stand up guy who doesn't pressure you to buy a car. Took out a Volvo for a half hour test drive then looked at a sweet Audi and ended up with a great deal on a VVW Jetta wagon for the wife. That was almost a month ago and the car has been excellent. I now have a dealer I can trust and I'll be back later this fall to get a nice Audi or BMW for myself. So glad I found NW Elite Auto. Give Mark a call, you won't be sorry.

No haggling necessary!! If you're looking for an honest deal, this is the place to go.Very happy with my experience at NW Elite Auto Sales! The place is extremely clean and well cared for. The cars are immaculate. In my experience, most used car dealers burn and turn cars like nobody's business. They play games and jack up the prices so you have to work them down to a decent price. Half the time cars don't run as well as they're said to. Not here!!Mark only buys well maintained, quality vehicles and he knows the value of his cars and prices them as such. The car I purchased (2008 Sonata) was in pristine condition, one owner and was priced slightly under kbb suggested price. I felt no need to even try to talk him down in price because it was obvious the car was well loved, well maintained and well worth the asking price.

Mark was great. He kept things simple and no pressure but still educated me and made sure I knew what I was buying. He went out of his way to make sure we were driving away with the car being in the best condition possible. Definitely looking forward to buying another car here in the future.

The sales guy was nice, but he sold me a car that was not worth what I paid. The physical car is in good shape, BUT mechanically the car is horrific. I had to change my tires, my shocks, my spark plugs, my thermostat, my belts, my O2 sensor and change the oil because it was not changed for a while. If you end up purchasing a car from him have a mechanic come out and look at it. I asked if i could take it somewhere to get it mechanically checked and he said no. From what I understand he is legally supposed to say yes and allow a mechanic to check it out. He also sold me a car making me think that the Aux cord was working, but nope...definitely not working. Also! There are absolutely no head rests for any of my seats in the back row. And his response was oh I don't know where they are. Terrible terrible place. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy a car from this guy.

I love that it's indoor. Every car I saw was high end! If I started a dealership this is the way I would do it. Mark was great! He even compensated me $100 for brake light that was out. I would definitely look here for vehicle before going anywhere else!

I took my 2004 Nissan Xterra to get a dent worked on and headlights fogged out. When I got my car back it looked like a brand new car. The dent was completely gone and the headlights look amazing. When I start looking for a car in the near future I know who I will be buying from.

Very pleased how Mark cares, his cars are not junk, prices are reasonable and most of all he will work with you in making the process comfortable, as I was told to I would need $500 down to hold the car and was only able to do $300 my bank was closed and the ATM machine would only allow the max of $300 Again thank you Mark my daughter loves her Honda Civic
