This is the best repair shop I have ever been too. They are very friendly and knowledgeable I have never had a bad experience with them. They do all the repairs on my car and always have fair prices. Highly recommend!

Very professional very quick and they do the extra little things to make sure your baby is not hurt I totally recommend them for oil changes or services they've never done me wrong in the 20 years I've been coming here.

Always happy and friendly professionals. Went over to get my brake studs re-done. They did a great job, it was incredibly fast and well done. Great pricing for quality work. Erick assisted me; he provided fair and reasonable prices for me. It's can't think of the last time if ever I walked away from any mechanics shop feeling grateful and taken care of. The waiting area is comfortable. I'm sold this shop will be my destination for all of my vehicles needs.

Erick is courteous and completed my tire replacement in promised time. However, I can't give 5 stars because he forgot to do the very basic thing: set tire pressure to manufacture recommended psi. Cold manufacture suggested psi for rear tire is 41 psi. My tire was set at 33 psi. Right when I was close to home, the tire pressure warning showed up and indicated the new tire air pressure is low. Now, I need to spend time get more air to tire.

Eric and all the guys here at Midas in Hillsboro go above and beyond there job duties to make sure your vehicle is safe and done right there first time. Very trustworthy and honest. Erick AND Team are incredible! Open & honest about what is needed to be done. No pressure for upsell and will take time to explain options and importance of various things (especially helpful for a non-mechanic like myself). Highly recommend!

This place was super efficient and very reasonable. Great customer service! Had a problem with the air conditioner on my subaru, and they figured out exactly what it was and fixed it fora great price and I was out of there in under an hour. I had pretty severe electrical issues from a rusty car from Michigan. They replaced all the charging/recharging systems and were able to get it back up and running. Though when I got it back it was still having issues with the wiring, like the battery flickering when I throttle which was why my car died in the first place. brought it back in and just recently picked it back up and they COMPLETELY comped out the labor costs. the $700 repair only costed me $70 and it runs amazing now. Congratulations!!! If you're looking for an honest and reliable shop you found it. Erick and his team are the best! I have taken my cars here for years. They have always been straightforward and honest! I've never had any work done that was unnecessary and their prices are always fair. Their professionalism and customer service is the best! Very personable guys. Don't think about it. Just book an appointment. You'll thank yourself later.

Erick Browning was very nice and professional. He checked out my vehicle and fixed my AC. I had a bad experience with the dealership service department . So far I love the fact that you can bring your own oil there and they'll change your oil for 20 bucks. Just had my master cylinder and front brakes done as well and I'll see how that turns out. Their phone servicing is not very good they don't answer the phone as they should hence why I gave the only four stars.

I have been searching for an honest and trustworthy mechanic for years. I was referred to the Midas on Oak Street in Hillsboro and cannot speak more highly of them. Erick is super friendly and knowledgeable. He has been honest and over detailed when explaining everything to me. (If there are multiple items needing work, he will break it down in priority, with pricing and not make you feel pressured to do any of them unless necessary) The entire crew works together and they really care about the job they are doing. I have now taken 2 vehicles to him and will continue to drive 45m from home because they are just that good!I love supporting local! Thank you Oak Street Midas! Erick Browning was very helpful and professional. He fixed my AC which wasn't done at the dealership service department and should have been. He checked the safety and explained what maintenance is needed in near future and the cost. I'm thankful to good people and businesses like the Hillsboro Midas.

The crew of the Hillsboro OR Midas are Professional, Friendly, Honest, Helpful and Creative for ensuring all my needs are met. I drive a 28 year old vehicle with over 230K miles on it. Sometimes it is difficult to find parts for it. I took my car in for new brakes. However after a few weeks later my brakes began giving out...so I called back and asked if they could get me in immediately considering it was their doing and considering brakes are essential to driving and being safe on the road. Although, I was told they are fully booked and can't do anything for me. I am upset and frustrated with their customer service and length of time to get work done. These guys are very laid back and don't communicate well, and don't stick to the hours of business. I hope your experience is better than mine.Service: Brakes

I have taken multiple vehicles to this Midas and each time my experience has been great and my expectations have been exceeded! I have received outstanding customer service and the level of professionalism has been top notch! Not to mention that their prices are very fair and some of the lowest I have experienced.I highly recommend this Midas. I also want to give recognition to Eric, who was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail, which I appreciated and was very professional! I really love this shop, and depend on them for all my vehicle maintenance now. They explain things so thoroughly and so respectfully, and never try to sell me services I don't need. Their prices have been more than fair. (My husband has been impressed by them, too, but I'm usually the one who takes the vehicles in.)I actually look forward to Erik's friendly smile, confident that he'll get my car in and out as quickly as possible. Gone are my days of waiting two hours for an oil change at the dealer!

This place is awesome! Erik, the manager, was very pleasant to talk to. He was straight forward, professional, and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. They did an excellent job changing my oil, fixing my bumper, and tightening a belt that was installed incorrectly by another business that I'm never going back to. These guys were great and I would definitely use them again.

Honest shop, Erick is great to deal with. Very upfront with you, does not replace parts that do not need it. He called and let me know what percentage my brakes were at. I did have them replace the rear brakes as they were getting close and I had to drive a long trip in two days. He also fit me in on a busy day. Thanks guy's! You have definitely earned my return business. Hope you enjoyed the lunch ;)
