Nef and his team were great! In and out in no time with new brakes!5 star Customer service. I received frequent updates with pictures as the job was being completed. Will definitely return for my future car needs!

Just had a great experience getting my brakes fixed along with an oil change. Customer service was excellent as I was working remote in the waiting room, it ended up being a beautiful sunny day so they turned on the AC for me so I would be comfortable. My car was finished in just a few hours and brakes are perfect now!

Ryan and Kristoff were phenomenal. My oil change was efficient and they let me know two things that will likely need replacement later this year. They did not try to upsell me or push services. I have had many oil changes at this location and always receive exceptional service.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! They made a near fatal mistake!!! Please read full review. I took my Tahoe in to have them put brake pads on it. They put it on the lift they took my tires off. They said the bolts for the brake pad caliper were stripped, and that they could not do it when they went to put my tires back on they did not tighten the lug nuts down. They almost killed me Or someone else because my tire almost came off of my vehicle. I would not trust this company to anyone of my friends, families, or acquaintances. I would never use this company, and I would never go to them. what they did, was life-threatening and dangerous. And very unprofessional. My lug bolts are now stripped, and the nuts are stripped as well and I have it at my well-known trusted mechanic replacing these parts due to their epic failure. Don t ever go here and don t trust that your car is safe to drive When you leave They could ve killed me and my son and anybody else in the road if my tire flew off.

The team at this location is AMAZING! Top notch customer service, was not pushed into anything additional than what I originally came in for. My Jeep needed new brakes and rotors after a Xmas road trip out of state, the team here made it quick & easy for me. Hate what Dutch Bros has done to their parking lot, but that won t stop me from continuing my business with them!

Went in to see about getting my brakes done. They got right on it and knocked it right out. Nef was great as were the guys in the shop. Done the same day. They kept me in the loop throughout the process.Good job. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys

My partner and I were shopping around for vehicles and brought one to Meineke prior to purchasing for an inspection. I was very pleased with the service. The staff were very friendly and easy to interact with, and I felt like they gave us excellent advice based on their findings. They put themselves in our shoes and gave us advice accordingly. Would definitely recommend them highly.

On 1/5/2024, I took my car to Meineke for an oil and filter change. I had been having issues with businesses not answering their phones and not returning messages or emails so was pleasantly surprised when they answered a few days prior. When I stopped, they were able to immediately service my car while I waited....a number of other items were checked and noted on paper but not pressure to do right now. The staff...Nef and his assistant were very friendly and helpful. They will be my go to in the future!

The guys were super nice when I came in. There was an anxious man In the waiting room that they handled very well with communication and getting his truck out fast. They go my inspection and oil change done so quick I was surprised. They gave me a quote report with suggestions but didn t make me feel pressured in getting any done the same day. Will be returning.

As a Navy jet engine mechanic....hard to impress in a profit (not quality) driven world. This Hillsboro crew have impressed me with their attention to detail and their commitment to quality service. I would recommend them for ANY automotive repairs. They have earned my continued trust. I will be using them as my primary mechanical service for all services that I don't want to get my hands dirty on.

I own a 2003 Jeep Cherokee & even though it was running well I still wanted to have it serviced & looked over because I'm moving & that requires that I drive my car & all my belongings & my 2 cats several hundred miles. I definitely didn't want to break down on the way. Anyway I called around & Meineke had the best price to get what I needed done so that's where I went. They called after; giving my Jeep a good look over & gave me a printout of everything that needed to be done. After looking this over I called Meineke & I told the Gentleman that answered that I couldn't afford everything on the list. I'm not mechanic & I was really worried about being taken advantage of but the Gentleman there let me know which problems needed immediate attention and what could wait. My Jeep is running better than it ever has & I feel very confident about my upcoming drive. First time here was for an oil change Nov. 2023, Andrew at the desk was warm and professional. I waited in the waiting room and he did have to remind another staff "customer awareness" when they spoke negatively about another employee. Oil change completed in about an hour and for just under $100. Shared results of inspection with quotes without sales pressure. Called around for two more quotes on brakes and rotors, all around $1200, but Meineke could get me in on a convenient day and time so I returned a few days later for that. In the interim, I got an email that the waiting room was closed due to COVID-19, that was concerning, wondered if there was an outbreak in the staff? But when I arrived there were several people in it, so just confusing communication. I still went to the Starbucks down the street anyway. Brakes and rotors completed within 3 hours as promised, can't tell the difference when driving so likely one of those adult things you have to do but not a real tangible enjoyment.

Honest and to the point! I love the transparency. Prices are also good if you can find and stack coupons! Nef was super friendly. It shows not all car shops need to be shady and pushy to sell services you don't need.

Quick and easy, very little haggling like some repair shops do when a woman is getting the repairs. Very professional and didn't waste my time. They let me know about what was needed and allowed me to make that choice. I would definitely go back and recommend my friends and family, for this location and others.This is my second go round with Meineke at the same location and as always no issues! Team members very polite and straight to the point. I have a friend who might be getting an engine replaced and may have Meineke do it, just whether it's in budget or not. No complaints so far!!Thank you guys!! =^..^=

I had an amazing experience with this location. I called very late on Friday, got a Saturday appointment and these guys got the work done and returned Saturday afternoon. Nef was fantastic! Very helpful and true to his word.

The lady at the front was very kind and helpful and even gave me a discounted price for all the work I needed done. They got me in for an inspection and even got to working on my car directly after. People need to understand short staffing and leaving poor reviews due to that is disgusting. I am VERY happy with the costumer service and the help with my car troubles. Thanks to the Meineke small staff here that helped make my driving much safer.Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Good place and cost effective compared to dealership. The ladies at the reception are very polite, kind and helpful. They will call you once the service is done and the service report can be viewed online, which is a helpful. There are many stores and fast food places nearby and a shopping center so one can visit those while the car is serviced.

I dropped in at the last minute and was advised the best thing was to drop off the car to check it out in the morning. My fan and AC stopped working, and I cannot live without either. I did an overnight drop. They gave me fair quote with everything needed to fix and I added additional services to tune up my car and they were efficient and even willing to stay past hours if needed to complete everything necessary so I could have my car by the end of Saturday. I needed it the next day and Monday for sure. Andrew was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about anything I had questions about while explaining what was necessary and what could be optimal for the results I was requesting. No high pressure sales and I would recommend them to friends and family. I went with Andrew's suggestions for the "repairs & tune-up." I am a happy client with a 20 year "old car" driving away. BTW, my husband has used their services before on his old Toyota Camry and felt their work and prices were great in comparison to dealership and we haven't had a trustworthy mechanic in ages. Meineke was able to get me in on short notice and gave me a thorough inspection of a newly purchased vehicle. I interacted with Jerem and Andrew and both were pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they took pictures of items that needed attention and included this in their report.

Came in with concerns for my cars brakes and they took the time to listen to me and then quickly took a look and found the problem. Gave me an estimate for a bunch of different things it needed but didn't try to force me to pay for it all and only what I came in for. They where able to do the job then and there and got it done swiftly! They where very friendly and will be going back if my car ever needs more done!Service: Auto brake repair

I brought my 2009 F150 in to replace plugs and coil packs last week. The work was done but the truck ran awful afterwards. Returning, they said that ceramic was cracked on seven of eight plugs. Replaced them again, and on the way home got a check engine light, Cylinder 4 misfire. Back to Meineke, and they said the replacement plug was also cracked. Another replacement, and check engine light went out for about 20 miles, then came back on with same error code.I no longer trust Meineke to do this work. Taking it in to J&S Automotive tomorrow.All I wanted was a plug and coil pack change. This has turned into a nightmare.Edit: Nobody has reached out to me yet. I still get a check engine light and the engine runs rough, which was not the case before the service. Other mechanics in the area are reluctant to look at it after hearing that Meineke worked on it.Second edit: I took the truck to a competing mechanic, and they diagnosed a bad coil pack on number four cylinder. They replaced that and the O2 sensor, and the problem appears to be solved. The car no longer lopes on idle, there is no check engine light, and acceleration is smooth. I've put about 50 miles on it and the problem seems to be solved.In summary, I brought the truck to Meineke for new plugs and coil packs, not because I was having a problem but because the truck was approaching 200K miles and I didn't know if it had ever been done.They did the work and returned the truck to me in a non-running condition. I returned it, and they diagnosed seven damaged spark plugs. (Why didn't they inspect the parts before install? I don't know.) They replaced those and returned the car to me. It ran better. On the way home, I got a check engine light. I returned the truck the next day and they replaced the plug in cylinder four. This did not solve the problem, and over the next few weeks the truck didn't run right and the check engine light went on and off. I brought it to J&S, told them what had gone on so far, and they declined to work on the truck, saying I should take it back to Meineke. I then brought it to Stan's Fords, and they diagnosed a bad coil pack on number four, which they replaced.If I can believe what I heard from Meineke and from Stan's, Meineke had received eight bad plugs (seven the first time, one the second) and a bad coil pack from their supplier. That seems unlikely, but I can't argue that replacing the coil pack did appear to fix the problem.For something this simple, I've spent a lot of time and money trying to put things right. The bill at Meineke was around $1700 and the bill at Stan's to fix the problem Meineke caused was $650. Not to mention my wasted time. Things seem to be back to normal but I'm unlikely to go back there.Service: Auto engine tuning

The hub cap was lost by the store when it was inspected. Even after more than half a year, the stock hasn't arrived, and every time I visit the store, I'm just told "back order." Well, even if I suggest you look for the same item on eBay or Amazon, they will only reimburse you up to $50, so it's a point that you can't buy anything online right now.After that, they said it would be resolved by paying an additional $50, but it was a complete mistake on the store's part, but they didn't take any action. Every time we visit, we are only told to back order and we end up wasting each other's time.I paid about $3,000 for the inspection, but the service was terrible.Will I be able to get a hub cap before I die?

These guys in Hillsboro rock! I have previously gone there to have a catalytic converter cover placed on my Prius, which has worked out great! I recently went there to get a veteran's day oil change at a terrific bonus. Thanks guys!
