!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Do not go here if you value your safety or your vehicle or anyone in it.Went in for a simple alignment and these guys have now made my truck way worse and unsafe to drive they knew this and did not care still gave me the truck back as well as charged me and said it was good when they knew it wasnt. And will not even put things back like they were.I've had about a half a dozen employees tell me a different thing and no one there has any clue what is going on including the managersI will actually be contacting a lawyer now as well as contacting corporateDue to them making my vehicle unsafe and giving it back to me knowinglyNo idea how there still in business.Here is a before and after alignment picture of the steering wheel lmao what a joke.

Discovered one of my tires was leaking on my way home and getting dangerously close to flat levels. Swung by here 30 minutes before they closed in hopes of avoiding a dangerous situation on my way into work the next day. These guys were polite, helpful, and never made me feel rushed even though they ended up staying open late for me. 10/10 would recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!I went to the store located in Hillsboro with an emergency because my front tire was low and had a nail so I asked the guys in the shop if they were too busy and they responded that they were not, so I went inside the office to check in and request the repair but Nathan was NO HELP AT ALL . It was just 3:30 in the afternoon and he said that they were too busy for the rest of the day and that if I wanted the service I could just wait there to see if they could repair the tire before 6. I asked him if I can just go back at any other time before closing time but he didn t give me any options, basically he said it would be better to make an appointment for another day . IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY , you can t wait for the next day with a flat tire .I went to Aloha Tires and they took care of my emergency in just 15 minutes and charged me only $15 for the repair .LES SCHWAB , PLEASE GIVE NATHAN A CLASS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good customer service, easy to get an appointment, but they're more expensive than other "Non-Graterri" Les Schwab stores when it comes to brakes. They do a great job with alignments, they're friendly and tire installs - all good, but shop around if you need brakes done.

I had a great experience at Les Schwab on 10th. No pressure in sales and Sean was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be back in the future for my tire and maintenance needs

I went here today. They got me when they are very busy fairly quickly to fix my flat and rotate tires. But when I left the store I noticed my steering wheel was very filthy then my low air warning came on and my back tires were very low 30's and my front tires were high low 50's. I know they were busy and I think they just want to move to the next car. Also a minor thing now I am missing my stem cap on the tires.

Hillsboro Les Schwab was awesome. The man to see or to have work on your tires... Is Levi. He is the best.. .I went there to have air put in my tires. And one tire valve was bad. ( My fault) they had to take the tire off and put a new valve in the tire. It has a sensor..And they did not charge me a dime. It was free..Thank you so much..I hope that you guys at the Hillsboro shop are recognized by the head office..Thank you so much.

They opened an account on my credit without asking. They said the tire inspection was free, but it was credited on my open account when I left. I have a zero balance, but i would have paid for the repair if I knew they were checking credit.

I had a slow leak and the Les Schwab in Hillsboro was to busy to help, but the Les Schwab in Forest Grove was able to get me right in.

Mixed review here. Last week brought a company van in and was very happy with the results. Only took a few minutes (less than 20 total), they found a large screw and patched the tire - no charge. I left feeling great and vowed to come back whenever I had a tire issue or was purchasing tires. Today however, I went there with my personal vehicle. Completely different experience. The girl behind the counter seemed resentful I even showed up and couldn't tell me how long it would be before I got helped - literally had no idea. Only 2 cars besides mine in the lot. Only 1 other person in the lobby waiting - and no idea for time. She asked if I could leave my car, no, it's a work day. But no estimate for the time it would take to get my vehicle examined. So I may be there for 4-5 hours was the impression I got. The excuse was they were short staffed today - yeah, I get it everywhere is short staffed - but if it's that bad close the store! My long time ago experience with Les Schwab was them running out to help customers and being very conscious of customer retention - also the experience I had last week. Today was pretty off-putting. May not visit this location again. If I have another issue I'll visit somewhere else. Overall a very poor impression today compared to last week. Customer retention is important still Les! I read your book in College. No more free beef, but you still need to work to retain customers. Be sure you're training your front of store staff to be courteous, helpful and grateful for customers.

Terrible Customer Service. If a business establishment is unable to even approximate how long a customer might wait for a walk-in service is concerning. It doesn't create confidence that the team is aware of their on-site staffing nor work in progress to provide a simple time estimate. Especially when a customer is experiencing an emergency. I'm still a loyal customer but this occurrence missed the mark.

I would not recommend this Les Schwab location to anyone who cares about the interior of their vehicle. I found a dirty tissue in the driver side door and crumbs from what I believe to be donuts littering the front passenger side seat of my vehicle. I know they are not mine as I always throw away my trash upon exiting my vehicle and I never eat food in my car whatsoever. The employees were nice enough, but this gross and frustrating situation is inexcusable. I am very disappointed with the total lack of respect the employees showed my vehicle and I won't be returning to this location.

I had an issue at the Forest Grove Les Schwab and then decided to head to either Les Schwab, these guys are the definition of wonderful, they corrected the issue of Forest Grove branch by getting me taken care of with excellence, they got my vehicle in and out and back on the road with a quickness. Very professional. Went in for a low tire pressure and they figured quickly there was a bit more going on particularly with the back tires on my Tesla Model 3. They got me in & out in no time. Highly recommend.

They double book appointments. They don't have anyone to translate Spanish. I got here at 925 am just needing a plug in my tire and it's been 3 hours because I didn't have an appointment. I will never come here again when Carothers is 5 minutes down the road. They are fast and cheap and can hable Espa�ol.

Not an existing customer. Brought my new Subaru in bc of a flat, gentleman removed the nail and repaired my tire. Took care of everything and didn t charge me. Very professional and great service. Will come here for new tires in the future.

i went in to get an alignment, Jason helped me out. everything went smooth and in about an hour i left home. i really appreciated how nice Jason was and how he answered all the questions i had regarding my vehicle since it s my first car. i will be returning here forsure

Saved $700 by getting second opinion on brakes from Les Schwab. We have been there several times now, and each time it cost less than we expected. They often find that we don't need as much as we thought we did.

We have been a customer for many years , we have a business that offer delivery service , we thought Les Schwab is the best company to help us with tire services, so we have been a customer for over 10 years . Our driver had a flat tire today , he didn t have the tools to change to the spare tire , but he managed to pump some air into the flat tire and made it to Les Schwab , they said it will be 5 hours before they can fix it . He asked if they can just change to his spare tire so that he can do delivery for the rest of the day , they refused to help him. I told the driver to find another tire company near by to get help , no matter what the cost is , we have to go on with our delivery service . He drove down a few blocks and found American Tire and they fixed the flat tire for him right away without any charge - even we are not a customer there , but they still help us . We will not go back to Les Schwab again .By the way , I m the past , they always recommend replacing new tires when it only needs a rotation . Not the most honest company to work with .

I've been to probably a dozen Les Schwab locations over the years and this one is solid. The techs are friendly, easy to converse with, and we had some laughs. Their recommendation was solid and I was out of there quickly.
