We went & had new tires put on the back & rotated the back to front, & had wipers put on, & the guys there were so polite and very informative!!

WAY TO GO GUYS!!Today I accompanied my daughter to get her first set of new tires at the Minter Bridge location. It was short notice due to one of her tires suddenly going flat (see picture!) and it was also 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday, but Donnie the assistant manager took her right in and showed her some different tires and explained why they were priced differently, and then ultimately gave her a great set of tires that came with full road side assistance from the manufacturer (which definitely made dad happy!) and all at a very fair price.They also made sure to get her tires on and get her out the door very quickly.All around great service and greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

Said they had my desired tire in store, I paid, then get a call that they did not actually have them. I go back to get refund, tires were off wheels and car on lift. In a rush before the snow, hated to settle with what I had to get. Other than that, customer service was solid, very nice just missing some critical details that earn my business for the rest of my fleet.

I usually don't do alot of reviews but, these guys are great. Needed 4 new tires for my Raptor and they had the tires I wanted in stock and got me out of there in about an hour. Great job to these people. Thanks

Curtis and his team provided excellent service from start to finish. The team got me in and out Earlier then projected. Also were mindful and concerned about making sure my vehicle was well taken care of. I recommend this location to all.

5 Stars is not a high enough rating for the crew at Discount tire (Minter Bridge). These guys are great, the new tires were done 25 minutes early which means 35 minutes is all it took them for install. Great jobs guys!

It s been 5 years since I went to this location and I must say amazing service. I showed up an hour before close with no appt. I had ordered wheels with them online. They stayed open an hour late to help install the wheel on my truck. Great guys. Two front desk young men are awesome. Thanks so much!

These guys are really friendly and go above and beyond. I rudely showed up right at closing and they still took care of me. The manager Dan helped me out with a million tpms questions I had on my Tacoma.

Especially thankful for all the help provided by Spencer, John and Evan. I ve had 2 damaged tires in 1 week and they were very understanding and helpful with getting me in quickly and just generally nice guys. Thanks for being there!

I recently moved here from Spokane, and always used discount there as well. Their service has been great thus far, until there was a bit of a mixup today. While I m waiting for the rig, they threw new wipers on it, and refunded me because of my wait. Thank you once again to the amazing service at discount tire, you are all truly appreciated, and your customer service is top notch! This is why I have been a customer since I was old enough to buy tires.

Free wheel stud removal!I m a long time customer of Discount Tire and had to unfortunately go to a this location rather than my normal one. Do yourself a favor and use the 18643 NE Eider Ct Hillsboro location they re top notch.I was presented with what you see below and the customer service was You ll be fine with 4, this happens all the time, good luck. Thanks bud. No discount/refund, no apology, no attempt to retain a customer.

Just like a couple friends told me.....the BEST!! The staff at the Minter Bridge store in Hillsboro Oregon will get my tire and wheel business from here on out !! They treated my wife and I like friends from the get go. The 315/70/17 Duratracs on my F150 are simply amazing. Fast, Friendly, professional and knowledgeable....what more could you ask for. Thank you so very much. James and Jenn Smith. P.S. See you again soon and we will spread the word to MANY others as well. ***UPDATE !! After a couple times in for rotations and balancing I still cannot be more than satisfied with this stores professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service ( also still the best prices on tires anywhere I have found !! ). Don't understand where a bad review of any kind could come from directed at such a fine crew of guys.....must be personal issues not related to fact. Great place and if there were SIX stars to award I would !!

Very helpful and always go here for tires. Pretty busy shop. Had a couple of options online and went right in. Best prices for name brand tires and a lot cheaper than Schwab house sumitto rebrand tires. They even properly torque the wheels and relearn tpms unlike others. Thanks guys and girls.

Great service and great selection of tires. They were able to help me out when one of my tires got a rip in it. Even came in a day before my appointment and they were able to replace all four within an hour. Thank you guys for being awesome!

In desperation we bought 4 used tires here since it was within our price range. To be fair, they were friendly, and looked at our brakes and said they looked great (we had just re-done them a month ago but didn't say anything) so that part was a plus. I don't know much about tires so the ones we were showed looked good to my limited knowledge, and we bought the set for $500. Later when we got home we realized these tires were dated 2004. They are 14 year old tires! We were not told that information. The tires also had enough sidewall cracking on them (that I didn't know to look for) that my mechanic friends all said the tires were a huge safety hazard and not to drive my kids on those tires. So now I'm stuck, out $500 I couldn't afford, with tires I am too scared to drive on. I learned my lesson the hard way, these shops will put the safety of your children at risk without second thought =/ I'll be saving for new tires as best I can now.

Paul was very helpful with my lawnmower tire. While there I watched Patrick mount a tire on a Range Rover with such care, you would think the car was his. VERY IMPRESSED !! They will have my business

Had a great first experience here! After a terrible and stressful morning waiting for 3 hours and being lied to multiple times at another local tire shop, I called over to Discount Tire after a friends recommendation and Cooper let me know they were busy but could get me in ASAP. He was friendly and helpful and their team had me back on the road in 45 minutes! It was amazing. Great communication, great customer service, and they definitely made me feel like a valued customer.

Great experience! A few hours before coming here, I was at the dealership for an oil change, where we found a nail fairly deeply embedded in my tire. The dealership said it was not repairable, and they gave me a quote for the tire. I remembered I had a warranty on the tires I got from Discount Tire (it's a 3-year warranty - incredible!). I called this Discount Tire location, and although they'd be closing within the hour, they said they'd get me in and work late if needed.What I loved about my experience here:- Employee at front desk was efficient, kind, and enthusiastic- Employees stayed after closing to fix my tire, which turns out could be repaired!- Their tires are cheaper than the ones from the dealership (useful in case I had to replace my tire)I highly recommend these folks.

Free flat repair.Quite impressed that discount tire has free flat repair. Also seemed like they do a very thorough job on the faulty tire, but also checked all other tires and such.Also very fast, in and out in less than 30 mins.Very happy.
