We had a great experience in buying Ioniq 5. Bradley, the sales associate was extremely helpful in explaining the features of this beautiful vehicle. He even went out of his way to find out the answers to our questions to satisfy us and to provide a great customer service.

This was my first time buying a "proper" car at a dealership, and it was way less stressful than I anticipated. Thank you to Hayley, Rebecca, and Reyes for making the process as painless as possible, for their patience with all my questions, and for their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was getting a solid deal on a car I really enjoy. They've both followed up on their own in the weeks since, as well as been readily available to help me out the couple times I've called with questions. Thanks for a great experience, I love the car!

I went there to return my lease car. The sales rep explained they were shorthanded due to illness in a busy Sat afternoon. I decided to wait for an hour or so as my round trip to home would take as much.With knowing that I'm waiting, they squeezed me in for a quick signature and let me out.I appreciate their flexibility and think-out-of-the- box attitude. Yes, the paperwork for me was simple but they still didn't have to prioritize it.Thank you for your consideration again, team Hillsboro Hyundai.

Hayley Rose is so polite, positive, energetic, vibrant, and enthusiastic. Love my new Elantra N and the great job everyone here did on taking care of me. The team all went above and beyond my expectations. When I went in I wasn t 100% sold on Hyundai in general, but I was allowed to take the car for a spin on my own for an extended test and that allowed me to fall in love with it. Great experience, especially with how things are these days - good luck even getting any test drive on a car that s considered a sports model.

The service department is a truly exceptional place. I am treated like a long lost friend every time I show up for service on my 2 Hyundai Sonata s. Work is always performed quickly and properly. The free car wash with service is a great benefit for bringing my cars in for service.If you ever need further help with your car, the Service Manager Robin is a go to guy with exceptional knowledge of the Hyundai cars.

The entire team at Hillsboro Hyundai helped me get the car I wanted at a great price. Since 2006 my family has purchased 5 vehicles from this location and have always had a great experience. Roberto helped me during my buying process. After I built my car on the Hyundai website, he found the exact car I wanted. The purchase process was easy, clear, and honest. Very happy with everyone at Hillsboro Hyundai and my family will be doing business with them in the future.

Fantastic Dealership all around! Roberto the sales associate I worked with was great and very helpful and patient and didn t feel like I was being pushed at all. I recently had a disappointing experience here. The lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating. Not only was I met with indifference from the staff, but my simple request for a copy of the vehicle warranty was completely ignored. It's disheartening when a dealership fails to prioritize basic customer needs and fails to deliver on promises. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking quality service or a pleasant buying experience. Buyer beware your satisfaction is not a priority here.

Sam is very helpful. Not pushy like most sales people. Would recommend. Loving the new n line.Update. Had the car nearly 5 months now. Still get a big smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel. I get great gas mileage at combined 33 mpg, really helps in these trying times. Has plenty of get up and gone too, no problem what so ever going over the coast highway or just to pass a slower moving vehicle. So many tech and safety features; I'm still trying to figure them all out. I did alot of research before I bought this car. In my personal opinion it's the best car of 2022, (car and driver think so too). This is the BEST car I've driven. Highly recommend this car!

Went in to look at a used car I liked and they gave me a decent offer for my trade-in. When they brought out the deal offer, there was almost $4000 tacked on for warranty and some paint coating and wouldn't budge on it. $4000 extra for a $30k car is insane. I left.

One Sunday morning my wife s Santa Fe just suddenly seized-up while driving on the freeway.Once we finally realized it needed major work, and after shopping around, Dick s Hillsboro Hyundai was the place that worked hard to accommodate us.They diagnosed the problem, worked through the extended warranty details, and finally had it up and running again.Everyone there is very friendly and helpful and they do a great job.

The sales and finance were great, Service absolutely horrible, asked for updating of my navigation upon purchase, 3 months later after I had contacted mapnsoft myself, did all the leg work got the phone number and gave it to the service advisor, called 2 more time over the next 2 months, sent an email to the dealer ship which was responded to in less than 2 hr.'s, whom then sent it to the service manager 1 month ago and I still have heard nothing! I have other issues with the service department such as, 500 dollars to diag 3 minor items, but covered IF the warranty cover, as a service advisor I would want to know what the warranties covered so I could help my customers ahead of time.

I loved this dealership. I saw some bad reviews and wasn t planning to go. Now I feel lucky. This is one of the best dealerships around and they will do anything to help you get the right car for you and your family. If you go there make sure to speak with Omer. He is a super star . He was honest and professional. He explained all details throughly and spent a lot of time explaining all features and details of the vehicle. Also he was honest about all the prices and fees. He did a phenomenal job with me and gave me all the available discounts unlike other dealerships who don t tell you. He also followed through with me a week later to make sure I m satisfied and help with anything I need!! I had no intention to buy a car when I walked in, but his work ethics and eagerness to help made me change my mind and purchase a beautiful Hyundai Elantra SEL. Go there and I m sure you will walkout happy like I did.

This dealership made my experience a lot nicer and enjoyable, specially Carlos. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and transparent so he put me at ease with this new purchase. I'm VERY pleased with this car, it exceeded all my expectations. I know this is not a Mercedes or any top brand like that, but Hyundai has really stepped up their game with their new models. I drove a couple Mercedes Hondas, and Nissans before making my mind, but non of them felt and looked as nice as this one with all the new features AND staying within my price range. I really feel like I'm driving a fancy car without paying thousands of dollars for it, and it also looks like a fancy car too! A lot of people keep complementing my car and saying that it doesn't look like a Hyundai but they love it.

Carlos, was awesome! He helped diagnose a transmission issue after hearing my clutch petal squeaking, and the manager helped me with fixing my key fob and usb port on my Veloster N. I am so glad that your dealership is trustworthy and honest. The last dealership tried to upsell me tires after I had just gotten new ones and so on. Keep up the great work, you guys are 100% worth the 1 hour of traffic drive to get there. I'll definitely be coming back.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I was very impressed on how great of a customer service I received from Robin while my hyundai was being diagnosed and serviced for a failed engine, and let me tell you I been to so many other dealerships and service departments around the area and nothing compares to the great efficiency, great communication, and fast service they gaved me. He was on top of everything, very kind, and made sure I was notified of each update and that made me feel like they really cared about me. Also, thank you ED, and Carlos. You guys are all a great team and you can see it when you walk into the environment. I will definitely start getting my car serviced through them and I will recommend family and friends too. They are so worth it. Thank you again for fixing my engine! :)
