Amazing service! I was in a bind, needing snow tires for a road trip. I called all the big-name companies in the area. Their prices were ridiculous and none of them had what I needed in stock. Shipping was going to take at least a couple days, which wouldn't work for me.I just happened to be driving by Carothers, so I stopped in. Javier helped me out and he was a true pro. We looked at options for new and used tires. He found a set of new tires that could be delivered the by 10am next morning, so I decided to go for it. He called me the next day at 10 right when the tires arrived. I pulled into the shop and within about 20 minutes I was all set and out the door.The price was very fair, much lower than all the competitors, the service was unbeatable and I'm incredibly satisfied with the tires. I couldn't be happier. Carothers is the only place I'll be buying tires from in the future. I also plan on taking my car to them for some suspension work. You should give these guys a try. You'll be happy you did!

My partner took his car in today and we where so pleased with the new ownership. The office is warm and welcoming with the remodel, it's now a very comfortable waiting room. The service was top notch and we got all our services at a great deal. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Carothers Tire. Proud to support this local family business.

I recommended Carothers to my son when his 2 front tires were flat a couple of weeks ago. I recommended them because when I needed tires a few years ago I went there and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and had the lowest price around. My son got 2 used tires put on his car 2 weeks ago, and today one of them was flat and wouldn't air up. He called Carothers and they told him no problem. Bring it in and they would replace it at no charge. Even though it was USED when he bought it. They take good care of their customers and treat them right. I will always choose Carothers Tire for any tires I need in the future and I will continue to recommend them to the people that I care about. Thank you Carothers for doing the right thing!!!!

Best tire shop in town. Maybe in the state. Family-owned and operated with respect and honesty. Been a customer here for over eight years now and the good people at Carothers tire have always taken care of me. I will never, ever, ever go to a big-name shop or anywhere else for that matter. Best prices, best service, that's it.

Carothers were great to me! I got my tires done in December and randomly got a leak in them which cause one of them to go completely flat. I went in and within 30 minutes was able to get helped out and they replaced it with no charge because they found that the tire they placed on my car was faulty! So no charge and a good tire on my car! Great service, good pricing, and speedy! 10/10 recommend.

I was introduced to this tire store through my mechanic who had nothing but good things to say. After 10 years, they have still met my expectations. They have always been responsive, professional, and fair with pricing. Offering both new and used tires for every situation I ve been in with five different vehicles. Nothing but satisfaction with this company -you can t go wrong.

Best used tire organization in the Portland metropolitan area. I was recommended this place almost 15 years ago when I was having tire problems. Every few years it seems I am put in a position where it is recommended I get 4 new tires but, instead, I go to Carothers and get a replacement used tire that matches my other 3. If you aren't buying the used tires rich people throw away then you are wasting money!

By far the best place to get tired! I've been going to Carothers Tire for almost 20 years now. I've been to the big companies in the past, but never found great service or prices like I do with them. I will always support this family owned business, no matter where I'm living!

Got an alignment from them 2 or 3 months ago. Steering wheel was still cocked 5 degrees to the left like before, and they left several of the bolts barely tightened, had another alignment shop look at it after my back end was wiggling all over the place, and their response was what the hell did those guys do to your car

Came to Carothers tires to get two tires replaced. I have a AWD car so all the diameters of the tires must match they tried their best to find the match but couldn t do so. So they gave me a very good price for all 4 tires close to what the price they gave me for 2 tires. They made the whole thing better to insure that I was happy and paid almost the price I was quoted. Thank you Carothers for all the help! I will recommend everyone that needs tires to stop by here and let them handle the tires for you.

I was able to get my car alignment done a day after my car started acting funny. They called me after an hour to let me know it was done. Fast and great service.

I have gone in twice with separate issues. Both instances I was told from knowledgeable friend or dealership about my issue. I went to Carothers and they listened to my concerns and then inspected the vehicle themselves. Each time they found it was not the issue I believed, and were able to fix it for less than expected. I will continue to go to them for car needs.

Had a very pleasant experience. Had a tire start to bulge just driving through town. Got in and had it fixed within a half hour with a used tire that appears to have a lot of life left. Only cost $60 and we were back on the road.

This place is amazing. Super nice, really friendly. The guy didn't charge me for inspecting one of my tires because he didn't find anything wrong. He replaced the other one for just $17 plus tire cost. The Honda dealership down the street was going to charge me $600 for the same service. I can't recommend this place enough. Also he saw me immediately. I'm on a cross country road trip and this place was so clutch.

Huge shoot out to these guys I have been coming here for years, my tire blow up in the Beaverton Honda service center and they wanted over $500 for two tires. Called Carothers and it was $413 for cooper tires, balanced, and installed!Thank you Doug and the team! Will recommend anyone to this awesome place!

They took the time to listen to me, and found a great set of tires at an affordable price. I had some unique tread style demands, and an uncommon tire size. They found the right set for my needs, and got them delivered and installed the very next day. Can't recommend highly enough!

Overall a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to provide a set barely used tires and an alignment for roughly half the cost of the local Les Schwab. Especially appreciated being taken into the garage for a detailed explanation of the alignment needs. The firsthand assessment, as opposed to an over the counter conversation, about my truck s needs/the options for repair was much appreciated. Easily explaining things and educating their customers really demonstrates their knowledge and abilities as mechanics.

Here is best shop ever.I tried to fix my tire problem two year ago. My car was buffeting because of tire part. And I paid about 1500 dollars more to find solution in other shop. They just recommend it to change tires and alignment but it did not work. When I told them that the changing tires do not work, they just ignore me.But after I visited here, mechanic told me, a small pieces had been broken and just it costs 50 dollar.... the small part was problem but no one knows this but only this shop mechanic found out. So after this, I visit here every time. I recommend you this shop is best reliable in my opinion.Ps. I visited 5 more tire shop to figure out thisproblem, but only this tire center found out what was the problem. The other shops made me spend bunch of money.
