Took my son in to purchase a battery at hillsboro battery exchange,,,their price was 160 with battery exchange, my son put his debit card to pay but was rejected cuz he didn't have that much money in his account so he took his card, his dead battery from his car,,,took him to get new at costcos for 116, his dead battery includes....he checked his account and seen where battery exchange took 100 out if his account ,,he thought his pay check had gone into his account ,he contacted his bank and battery exchange, he didnt get a receipt cuz he didnt buy anything. What happened there????So crazyhope thdy fo the right and give him bbig and

Several batteries purchased over the years (2 this year). Everything was fine until I had a battery purchased and within 4 months it failed. Lots of push back when I was expecting warranty coverage.It was suggested that they could put a loaner battery in my van and for a more thorough check out of my battery.

They were great. Got me in and out with in fifteen minutes. The guy doing my battery change was so nice. It was clean as well. They all where professional as well. Thanks guys I'll definitely be back next time.

***Follow-up Message (April 6, 2023) -We had to have our SUV towed to Battery X-Change for several issues. Not only did Zach and the team take care of the issues, they went above and beyond and actually took care of a couple of issues without even charging us! BY FAR the best mechanic I have used.I will refer everyone we know to them from now on!****We stopped in as we were under the impression that we needed a new battery (per bad advice from a mechanic). Battery Exchange could have easily just sold us a new battery, but they tested the old one and told us that we didn't need one. Decided to have them change the oil while were there. Very professional.They then pointed out a couple of other issues that they noticed. Great experience. We will definitely be taking our vehicle back for them to perform some updates on.Thanks Morgen and Zach!James

Brought my 2007 civic si to get brakes and new battery. Zach and his staff had me back on the road within in no time. Definitely worth the stop if you re in the area and need help.

I appreciate there friendly customer service. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue of my car battery; their changing my alternator and putting in a brand new battery with a 7 year warranty for such a great price. They took care of it same day!!! I do shop around for other quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. Great team! Highly recommended! Give them a call at least for a quote; there prices will speak for themselves.

I had been to Les Schwab and the wait was 4 hours. Napa, all the guy could do was get ready for lunch.I came in on Saturday before Easter. Jacob and James were most excellent to work with. Very polite and knew their product. I was treated excellent. They tested my battery and alternator and it was the battery. They also hooked up a module in my car so I did not loose any of my preset channels or my cell. I was in and out. I feel the quality of the battery I chose was tops. After all, you get what you pay for.I will use them for other services. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!

They told me that my battery needed and a good charge. I sat there for 15 minute. Did not have any issues the rest of the day. Now 2 days later the car battery is dead again.

Juan at Battery X-Change really saved the day! The battery died in my Toyota Prius just before the holidays. All the local dealerships are out of stock due to a nationwide shortage and have no ETA for when they'll be getting more. Luckily, Juan had 2 in stock! Not only was the price just the cost of the battery (no installation fee!) but he was super fast and made sure my car memory wasn't wiped in the process. I'll definitely be going back the next time I need a new battery!

Such a great place! Needed a battery asap. Came in the same day with my old battery and walked out with a new to me battery for only $30!! Also included is a 6 month warranty! They offer better warranties for a little more money but if you're in a pinch that's the way to go. Guy that helped me was super nice and very knowledgeable. Will come back here for years to come. You can call around, you will not find a better deal.

I have bought several batteries here over the years. I only give 4 stars because you never have the same staff from one time to the next. They seem to go through people often. Prices aren't too bad.

Over priced, but good quality products. We got a car battery. It was 25% more than it should have been. Their service was good, they put the battery in for us and disposed of the old one. But we were in a spot and had no options.

Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our concerns about our existing batteries. He helped us diagnose and trouble shoot our batteries and our options. We will buy our batteries from him in the future. He even had our hard to find watch type battery. We bought an RV battery and some watch batteries and he even gave us a discount.
