I went in on Tues April 16 around 3:30 pm for the CEL on my dashboard; the male staff that assisted me was kind and helpful. He went outside w/ me w/ the Fix Finder; afterwards gave me the print out that he printed for my car's CEL diagnostic code. I will consider buying car's related products at Autozone when needs arise. Thank you!

Waiting 20 min to check out with only 2 people in front of me is absurd. Had 5 people in the store working and only 2 people on register and 1 guy was checking out the entire time. This is why people order thing on amazon

Corporate doesn t care about their employees on the 1/16/24 the weather is was so bad the floor is was frozen ice on the floor they don t even close the store when I went to my house at 9:15pm I almost have a accident on the road my life was on risk I almost have a car accident and the life of others too they just care is to get more money and more

Literally just walked out to go drive 5 miles to go to a Napa. The cashier was just talking with her friends about random stuff rather than...you know....helping customers.

I needed a new battery and the staff was really helpful. They were able to let me borrow the tools and helped me replacing the battery. Thank you Jason!!!! Great customer service

Why bother calling when they will just hang up on you?I called this place trying to find a gas cap for my dads truck and the guy who answered didn t have the energy to help me or felt like helping. When he found the cap that I was looking for in stock I asked if they could hold and they said yeah then hung up. Didn t need my info or nothing just yes and hang up? What kind of customer service is that? I refuse to come back here again or let alone call. I wouldn t waste my done on a poor customer service location.

Went to one location that the website said had parts in stock and when I got there they only had one rotor. They called a second location to see if they had them in stock and they confirmed they did. When I drove out to get the parts they didn t have them but they were happy to sell me the more expensive ones. Typical bait and switch and the manager on duty told me it is what it is and that was the price. Not impressed. Just wanted a little help to get the cost closer to the parts I originally went in to buy but I was given a dirty look and told that a discount was not a option. Was hoping there customer service had gotten better but apparently not. Would not recommend them. Zero interest in taking care of there customers, just there to collect the money.

I just had a remarkably pleasant experience purchasing windshield wipers and fluid. Fernando at the checkout was extremely helpful and courteous. Jason, the store manager came out and actually help me put them on and filled my wiper fluid for me. These guys are great!

I rated them a 5 stars years ago but most recently went in for help for my mother s car battery. David and Isaac were super helpful with helping us unload and load, but also taking the time to find us the right one. They were both very friendly and overall had a positive experience from start to finish! Thank you both for all of your help and for making your customers feel important.

Don t remember his name but he has neck tattoo of a kiss, was extremely helpful and patient put my windshield whispers and put in my fluid too definitely recommend giving him a raise lol

I called to ask for help picking up my husband s already paid order. I am very pregnant and had an 18month old with me. I was put on hold for so long I finally unloaded my baby and walked in. There was not a single customer in sight, so no idea why I was put on hold. Anyway, I asked for help bringing the stuff to my car, and the cashier looked at me like I was some kind of idiot and said Noooooo. We don t DO that. So although three available employees were in eyeshot and unoccupied, not a one would help me. Just made me disappointed and discouraged by the lack of customer care.

Stopped on thinking I had the wrong head lights. Jason the store manager came out to my car and confirmed that I indeed had the correct lights and even installed them for me. Thanks Jason you were my life saver tonight 1/21/2023

I didn't catch his name..but the gentleman at the counter...was more than helpful..When asked if they had what I needed...a 60/40 seat cover for my ranger...they didn't..he was very quick to suggest another place that might be more suitable to find one. They were not ..lol. He reminded me of the veterans discount. That's 10%. Not much for the floor mats I did purchase. But next time I need a starter. That's gonna save me beer money. This location is great. Just wish they had my seatcovers......

Definitely will always be a returning customer. Especially with excellent customer service from employees Isaac and Daniel, who go above and beyond to help customers with simple issues. I will definitely recommend others to this store! Great job guys, keep up the great work.

Talk to manager about returning item and he said to come on in and when I got there he just went on break and no one could help me. They called him and he said I have to wait till his break was over. Why tell me to come in then ? 1st. Time I went in He was rude to me and cashier and said he don't need any attitude, when none was given. He shouldn't be a manager if he gets mad with customers..

Terrible customer service they Don't honor warranties I bought an alternator July 2 2022 its already gone bad.They are trying to get me to buy another one and not Honor the warranty. October I rented some tools $260. Worth of rental tools with my debit card and AutoZone rewards membership. My car was stolen with the tools in the trunk. Somebody did return the tools and some how convinced store employees to go against policy and refund deposit in cash.instead of as original transaction of debit. The didn't bother to call me they had all my info to verify if I authorize someone other than myself to receive the refund which I didn't. Now still attempting to get my money back.and they are trying to cover up the incident but I have all documents to verify this. They are aiding and protecting someone who was involved in the theft of my vehicle.

Bought tons of parts here for awhile because my friends told me it was a good spot. The parts were generally fine. The customer service used to be decent but has gotten horrible as time has gone on. Every time I go in, employees will be goofing around in the back; five or six customers will line up, waiting five or ten minutes; the employees all flood out and quickly clear the line, emptying the store so they can return to their teenage foolery. This is one meager example of the trashy customer service this store provides. I recently found a nearby NAPA which has better prices as well as better quality and certainly better customer service. I'd still stop at AutoZone to buy oil on the way home from my shop. Then one time, some employee put used oil (for recycling) on the new oil shelf. I bought it without checking to see if the oil for sale was actually fresh oil (because who bothers when every single time anyone ever buys oil it's not bloody used?) then tossed it onto my back seat, next morning the nasty oil had leaked all over my pristine 35-year-old leather seats. I went back the next day and the storewide manager apologized and gave me new oil and upholstery cleaner, which makes me want to give two stars instead of one, however I cannot possibly recommend anyone to buy even a can of oil from this location. I personally will not be coming back to this store, ever.

I went in for the first time to this location as I just moved to this area. The gentleman who helped me on a Tuesday morning (03/12/19) was very knowledgeable and kind. I purchased new lights for a headlight that went out in my car. I asked if it was an easy fix to do myself. And Chris without hesitation said I can do it for you no problem. Not only did he save me money and time. He was also kind and pleasant to talk to. He did both of my headlights in 10 minutes or less. I will definitely do all my shopping needs there and would definitely recommend this location to any and everyone. Thank you so much Chris!

Super happy with this AutoZone location. It can get busy but waiting a minute to check out isn't that big of a deal. They allow you to use a tester to see the "Check Engine" codes and will print out the results. Same with products. I was looking for a replacement overflow tank for my vehicle and they looked it up and printed it out with price. Though I found it online for less I ended up just buying it from them as I needed it sooner rather than later so I just considered it a convenience fee. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone location and I'm confident I will return.
