This family owned and operated body shop is outstanding! They are friendly, competent, and most of all honest & transparent.The work they performed for me on my 2017 Audi A4 was superb. Better yet, the cost of the repair was 40% less than the shop just down the road.I can't say enough about their workmanship and honesty! Highly recommended!

Such a great experience working with this team.- Clear communication about what to expect- Friendly and helpful attitude- Flexibility regarding schedule-related constraints on my part- Honest and fair distinction of repairs to damage unrelated to accident- Collaboration to take care of an unrelated radiator hose leak- Fast turnaround, seamless interface with the insurance company- (I might run out of room in this text box for good things to say).- Oh, did I mention the work was top-notch? :)These folks have earned every 5 star rating received!

I took my truck into Andrews Auto Body Excellence and excellence is what I got. When I first arrived I wasn't sure what to expect since it was located in the back of a building and not on a main highway, or road like most body shops, but that I believe is what sets his business apart from the others. The pricing is good and they communicate with you during the whole process. The shop stays very busy and when you show up don't be surprised to see really nice cars in his shop for his reputation of quality work and service is the reason people trust him with their prize possessions. There were some challenging requests I had and Rob was great to brainstorm with and come up with the best solution. I was impressed with Rob the owners way of communicating and workmanship. I would recommend my friends and family to use them.

Awesome place to go to, they deserve all 5 stars. Rob was excellent to work with. He handled my insurance and helped me get a rental for the week. I highly recommend the dentless paint. I had a ding from a car door on the other side of the car, looks like it was never there. My baby looks brand new.

The Best place for affordable price and value of money.Trustworthy people, after work done they price less compare to given estimate.Shop location is good, if you have 2-3 hours work then you can drop Car and by walk go to Regal for watch movie....

Rob and his crew did an *amazing* job on my sprinter van. The insurance company totaled it; it was that bad from a T bone crash in the rear quarter panel, but they got it all fixed up and straight - Like you wouldn't believe. I showed it to my friends and they go "Wait where did you get T-boned?". It looks that good, like you can't even tell, and it was straight carnage when I brought it in. His quote beat the other body shops and when the job was done the quote remained as discussed. This shop is great and I wouldn't take my van anywhere else.

I had the absolute best experience with this shop. I was recently involved in a auto accident and Andrews Auto Excellence took great care of both me and my Subaru. The office was very informative about how long repairers would take and kept me in the loop. Walking into this business it feels like a family. Everyone is so kind and willing to help. I felt right at home. The office it s self is very inviting- gone are the days of old rusty musty auto shop offices. I was also greeted by name every time I came in. I love that! The repairs and paint on my car were excellent, the color matched perfectly! They even got my insurance to pay for all OEM parts, not sure how they did it but I m so happy they did. I am honestly so impressed by this shop I will drive the 25 minutes from Forest Grove to come here again! They have a new customer for life! Highly recommend Andrews Auto Body Excellence for their high quality work, efficiency, and excellent pricing!I brought my 350Z to Andrews Auto Body Excellence for repairing deep paint scrapes on the left/right side of the front bumper, peeling paint on both side mirrors, and a very cloudy headlight. The initial estimate was reasonable and Rob was able to quickly schedule the work.Everything only took a few days to complete and the final price matched the estimate. Rob was friendly and explained how the repair was done. The paint job was smooth (no swirls) and color-matched, and the headlight looked brand new! Will definitely be back for other car body-related needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best shop in the Portland metro area! If you need any body work done with your vehicle, this is the place to take it. They do outstanding work, and my car looked brand new with their repair work. I have a rare classic car that involved in an accident. Andrews Auto Body is known for their quality work on classics. Rob did not disappoint!! Rob is fair and honest and does a GREAT job on classics. I just picked up my 2018 Ford Fusion today from the body shop. The work and the dedication to excellence that was put into repairing the accident damage to my car is top notch and they deserve a 10 star rating in my book but it doesn't go that high. There was a small delay in getting the repairs done but that was due to the fact that Ford parts had sent them a new but defective rear bumper and not the fault of the body shop. They worked hard to quickly resolve that issue. Rob kept me informed throughout the process so I was never left wondering. If you want top quality work for your vehicle, take it to these folks. Thanks again Rob for quality is job 1 as Ford would say.

I never leave reviews, but these people deserve one! They were extremely friendly, honest, and communicative. They got the work done in a timely manner. Definitely my new go-to spot any time I need body work done.

Superb place! Super friendly people, great work and an overall amazing customer service experience. I had no hassles from the time I walked in the door until I picked up my car. I received updates along the way as well. Even with several people out sick making them short staffed, they made sure to have my car ready in time for my vacation. My car looks perfect! Thank you for working so hard for me, I will highly recommend you to everyone I know!

Great experience! Rob is a very nice and knowledgeable guy! We had to have our daughters vehicle fixed, after getting a few quotes from other shops and just not feeling comfortable with what we heard until we inquired with Rob at Andrew's. He was very up front and honest with us about how everything was going to work (we went through our insurance) and it actually turned out exactly how he explained. I would definitely recommend using Andrew's Auto Body.

I just got my car back and i'm really impressed by what Rob and his team did! My car was struck and the entire driver's side was really messed up. Rob kept us in the loop all throughout the process of getting my car fixed, he called us even before my insurance did! We got it back and you literally cannot tell that it was damaged at all.The bodywork and paint are flawless, and they even cleaned out the inside for us and returned it cleaner than it was! Very pleased and we will definitely be back if we ever have the need! !!!!5 STARS!!!

The hood paint on my 2005 Jeep was not in good shape. There were chips, couple small rust spots, and a whole lot of tiny cracks in the paint. I took it to Andrew's autobody excellence and met with Rob. We discussed the work and he gave a quote with a very fair price. The work was done as promised and the results are amazing. The hood now looks as good as new. Very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism. I'll be returning here soon for some other work I need done.edit --> 8/7/2020Thank you Andrews Autobody Excellence once again for getting my Jeep *exactly* how I wanted it and undoing all the mess from previous owner and previous shops. I had gotten the hood re-painted (to fix spider-web crack all over it) earlier, and this time I had the half doors painted (to match my jeep color) and the interior panels color matched to the jeep interior, and numerous other small items fixed all throughout the jeep.I am SUPER happy with the work quality, the time taken for the work, the communication and the rates. This has been a really pleasant experience and my jeep looks spectacular now as I have always wanted.Thank you Rob for the great attention to detail.

Auto body excellence is an understatement! They have been wondful to work with, even with my insurance company being difficult. They have worked as an advocate on my behalf with my insurance company arguing for the repairs that need to be made after someone hit my truck. I strongly recommend going with this company, they will treat you right an make the repairs quickly and correctly.

My car got the runaround by the insurance company. If it hadn't been for Rob and his wife, I would have a different experience to tell. Rob was on time with quotes AND the job, keeping me apprised of the situation, offering suggestions, and very relaxed but courteous help at all times I would have screamed. My car was in his shop for a fewvweeks longer because the insurance company dinked around. When they lost my car, for instance, Rob and I would call them repeatedly until my car was found and moved to his shop. His wife picked me up and drove me to my finished car today. Great autobody shop. Fixed a cracked bumper and some lights. Had a great relationship with my insurance even though they aren't a "recommended" shop. Supplements were dealt with swiftly and total time in the shop was decent. Also, they did a good job of explaining the progress on the repair. Nice location and anytime I stopped by, someone was there to greet me.

Brought in my Jeep after a front end crash. They squared up the frame installed the new fenders and made it look and function as good as new. Reasonable pricing and great work, good turn around time too. They also do modification and helped me install a custom tire carrier I bought on my Jeep Grand Cherokee as well. Looks great!! I would Recommend them first to anyone I know who needs work.

Rob and his workers repainted the roof and quarter panels on our 2007 Camry. The quality of the work was fantastic. Throughout the project he kept us up to date on the progress. He is a great guy who runs a talented shop. Two thumbs up!

If your looking for a good body shop this is the one. The accident I got into was a nightmare to deal with. Rob and his shop was so easy to deal with and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them for work on anyone's vehicle

Great small business to support! Very friendly, accommodating and great staff. They kept us frequently updated and the work was impeccable. In fact, I couldn't tell where the accident had left it's damage. They are very prompt. Highly recommend to anyone. Glad to have found them and will spread the word.

These guys are great. I took my wife s Audi A4 that ended up in a front end crash. They fixed it up at a very reasonable cost and it s as good as new. The paint job was perfect match.

Referred by another body shop to these folks. Had a damaged mid 1960's auto and they did a very good job and kept me informed. Would highly recommend. Also, how many body shops don't have a few negative reports?

We refer everyone to Auto Body Excellence because they do top notch work. We have never had a complaint or issue with them since we started using them 12 years ago. I have had 2 personal jobs done by them.

Rob and his crew worked on 2 of my cars. Both times fantastic job, and for the most part stuck to the proposed timeline. Honest bodyshop doing honest work. Good communication.
