Their service is top-notch, but what truly sets them apart is Jake and Devonte's remarkable customer service. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Their knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional, making me feel valued and heard. They didn't just fix my car; they built a relationship based on trust and professionalism. I cannot recommend this place enough!! They deserve 10 stars!

I would 100% recommend accurate auto, brought my truck in for a heater core. Jake and the team did an amazing job on getting it done quick. Was able to get it in the same day I called.

My experience at Accurate Auto has been nothing short of excellent! Devonte and Mike have been so helpful in scheduling and diagnosing my car s fuel system gremlins, and have done quite a bit of work under warranty after my initial visit in July. In an era when auto repair shop turnaround times can span upwards of a week or two, Accurate Auto has always gotten the work done within 24 hours of drop off. Thanks!!

Devonte is a very friendly manager who wants what's best for customers, and is super clear and upfront about repairs. My car's oxygen sensor needed to be replaced, as he and his team were able to diagnose; and he later contacted me about my pedal also needing to be replaced. He provided updates if repairs would be taking longer than anticipated, and general updates about how things were going. He was very upfront about pricing and wanted to make sure it was okay to proceed. I especially appreciated the complimentary inspection from the team, as well as him checking in after repairs were done.Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Absolutely will go back. From start to finish, this place has our business. Devonte was so friendly, so helpful and transparent. Service was completed way ahead of schedule! Car was super clean after and we were provided pictures and videos of the issue. Could not recommend them more. Finding a new mechanic is always such a nightmare and I am so happy I ended up here. First and foremost, Devonte is a blessing. He is kind, friendly, and helpful. I was a bit frantic with my new car randomly getting the dreaded check engine light and I called them more times than I'd like to admit. Devonte handled my panic, my numerous calls, and early morning drop off with grace. They made the process as painless as possible and did what they could to save me money as well!I will absolutely be returning for all my future car needs and recommend this location to everyone I know.Thank you Devonte!!

I brought my daughter's 2006 Honda with 203k miles on it into Accurate when it broke down on the freeway. I didn't have high expectations but Devonte and the service team did an expert job on the 38 point inspection and found dozens of issues. I most appreciated that they didn't try and sell me on investing thousands of dollars on a car that was clearly on its last ride. They fixed the initial problem and so we can get to the nearest Honda dealer to trade it in. Its good to have an honest mechanic.

The customer service here is impeccable. Been working with them for a bit on a car I needed repaired. It looked pretty grim, the car being discontinued and parts being sparse. But Devonte pulled us through and got it down for repairs; my insurance was a pest and even though he knew, soldiered on and got the quote so I could finish with a copay. These guys are truly the best and great to be around.

Our cars have received services from Accurate Auto of Hillsboro for a couple of years now. I greatly appreciate the TEAM and their focus to always perform a basic inspection of my vehicle to ensure everything is in order. I recently had my car's oil changed and I continue to have an overall positive experience. I scheduled an appointment and coordinated pick up details with Devonte. He was patient, friendly, and professional. Devonte provided me with an estimate and answered my questions regarding prioritizing pending services for my car. I've have had a run around with car places just this year alone coming to accurate auto a little over 2 weeks ago I couldn't of asked for better I didn't get the run around about my car they were honest from the start on price and how Long it could take to fix it. I couldn't thank you all for taking care of me and taking the time to actually show me everything that was wrong with the car explained everything to me until I understood. Devonte was super friendly and helpful when scheduling an appointment over the phone! The service was a lot faster than I expected, and I waited comfortably in their lobby. Our mechanic, Ryan, is very detail oriented and knowledgeable! Devonte and Alex really helped me out when my alternator was going out after a weekend road-trip. They had availability to check the car in the same day and stood by the part s warranty even though it was expired by a few days. Would highly recommend!

Holy heck this place was a life saver! I found out my car was dead at the start of my 7 day work stretch. Had to call a tow truck to take my car to an auto shop. Tried another auto place first and they said it would be 48 hours just to diagnose the issue - which would have put a huge strain on me considering I commute to Newberg. Luckily called accurate auto and not only did they squeeze me in but I got diagnosed and my car fixed in <24 hours (dead battery, plus needed brakes done so added bonus!). They also provided a loaner so I didn't have to figure out transport to work. The customer service is fantastic and I'm really grateful they took care of me so quickly and easily.

Very impressed. I highly recommend this shop. I used them for a pre purchase inspection on a used suburban. The price was very reasonable. Their mechanics were thorough and knowledgable, knowing common issues with many makes and models. Communication with this business was excellent (which is rare these days.) Very prompt and professional. Our car was in desperate need of attention and as we're new to the area we started looking at places and reviews. Accurate Auto of Hillsboro had so many amazing reviews and we now know why. They quickly saw our car, gave us a loaner car for the time they had it, and had it back to us same day. Devonte helped us and what an amazing guy!!! Super friendly, never made me feel rushed or unsure about leaving my car with them. Accurate auto has been my favorite car repair shop to date. They always get me in quickly, have the parts to get the job done on site and are communicative and friendly. Needed a quick repair/replacement of a part.Went to Accurate thinking I'd arrange an appointment.Was told, We can do it Today!Great news!They quoted me a reasonable price and had the new part in and working within an hour!You can't beat that for service!Five Stars!

Patrick, Devonte and the whole team at Accurate Auto of Hillsboro are THE best. Great work, good prices and AMAZING customer service. They treat us like close friends of the family. We brought 2 cars in to them in the same week (one Monday and one on Tuesday) and had answers in under 24hrs AND the work was done by Friday morning so we had our car back by the weekend. They gave us a loaner car and the manager Patrick even dropped me off at home after his shift one day so I didn t need to find a ride. (My husband had the loaner car at work).You get a 10% discount if you are AAA members and they NEVER try to talk you into anything. They patiently explained everything they found and prioritized the work for us by most necessary. They even sent a report with pics and video of the work that was needed showing us the damaged parts. VERY professional yet still very personable. We will recommend Accurate Auto to everyone we know and will be back for our next oil change, and for any other car issues we have. Located on TV Hwy next to Hale s Restaurant, AA is conveniently located in Hillsboro- especially for my Spartan Family peeps from Hilhi.It was stressful having 2 cars that needed work and juggling work/practice etc. schedules around that, but the Accurate Auto team went out of their way to make the whole process as easy as possible. If you need auto work or regular maintenance -Give them a chance!! You will not regret it and you won t want to go anywhere else again. Thank you SO much Accurate Auto of Hillsboro! Accurate Auto has an amazing and friendly team! Daniel kept me updated regularly and explained everything clearly. He went above and beyond to ensure I had my car back in time for the holidays. Sam did a wonderful job fixing my car and was happy to talk to me in person about it. Awesome group of people! Definitely look forward to coming back for any future repairs or car needs! :)
