Reached out to Ron Treddenbarger about a Ford Escape available at their Subaru dealership. He replied quickly. Answered all our questions and sent me the car fax. We touched base 2 days later and planned to do a test drive. We are out of state. We met, did the drive and loved the Escape. We had researched our trade- in and our purchase. Ron was very helpful with helping secure a great deal and even greater finance rate than expected. The best buying experience ever. And yes we will consider this dealership for any future purchases. Gus was amazing to work with! He s the guy you want when you're buying a new car. He's calm, listens to what you want/need in a new vehicle without being aggressive or overbearing as a salesman. He understood immediately what we were looking for and got us into the SUV of our dreams! We will definitely go back when it s time to upgrade our other vehicles!

I spilled some DEF into my open fuel port and had to have service for 'water in fuel line', Justin was great and everyone there was so nice. Overall a great experience!

Had the best experience with their service department, especially Riley. Can t give them enough thanks for helping me this past week. AC seized up in my car and I m 7 months pregnant with a toddler, I was in tears because no one else could get me in to get it even looked at for weeks. Had me drop off my car and got to it as soon as they could. Quick and easy. Had my car back within 3 days of dropping it off. Great communication about what was going on/what was needed. Seriously so thankful for their help.

Came from out of state to purchase a TourX. They picked me up from the airport, had everything ready at the dealership when I got there. We completed the transaction in less than an hour. Great service. Absolutely the best car purchasing experience I ve had at a dealership.

I would strongly recommend having another trusted mechanic look over said vehicle before purchasing from here. This is my second truck and something has gone wrong under a year. This time it is the transmission! Buyers beware! The sales team will fight for you but upper management doesn't care! I have learned my lesson to never buy from here again and warn anyone who brings this dealership up. I wouldn't buy from them if it was the only option!

It would be a zero if I could. Worst service ever emaginable. I have had my car in to their shop 7 times is the last 2 years all for the same problem. Sometimes I m told they fixed it others I m told nothing is wrong. I have been stranded 5 times and had my vehicle towed to their shop as required by them and GMC corporate. Well, they got tired of me coming so much, and and not being able to fix the problem, they told me they would no longer service me vehicle and I am not allowed back!You are guaranteed to have better luck and not be treated like trash by going to another dealership.

Edit:Ron was very helpful and communicated with me everyday to get this resolved. They covered the cost of the brakes and rotors.Original:They told me the vehicle I purchased passed inspection and had been serviced. They clearly didn t even perform a basic inspection of their vehicle. The brakes on the vehicle I purchased were metal on metal. Rear rotors completely worn. Completely unsafe. And when I tried to contact them for help they gave me a complete run around. I will never go to this dealership again.

Went into swain to look at a vehicle and keep business local. I was pre approved with a very low rate and nothing down, due to great credit. They were pushy trying to get you to use their banks and not super friendly. Eventually ended up going out of state to buy the same vehicle for much much cheaper and a better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location and urge you to shop elsewhere. I d give 0 stars if I could.

This would be a 0 if I could. The customer service here is an absolute joke. To not fixing a car multiple times to making customers jump through various hoops to get any assistance. Don't forget they took so long to get a car "serviced" that the mileage on the car exceeded lemon law allotment as well as refusing customers to return to their establishment solely based off personal biases

I brought my car in to be repaired and the mechanics there lied to me for 5 months, specifically one named Justin, saying they were doing a whole bunch of different stuff to my car, and it was just a hard project, when in reality they had done nothing and during the time they had it they tried to raise the price of what they originally quoted me since they ordered a whole bunch of new parts for it when they hadn t ordered ANYTHING. Will never be taking my car here EVER again as I don t feel like being lied to and having months of my time wasted again.

I am a pilot car escorting a windmill blade. I was with a load yesterday, when my Youkon started overheating. We made it to the rest area. I was needing a tow and service. From first call with Lori, who made sure I was safe and was able to get tow company to me, to Justin who searched for parts I would need, locally. The customer service was spot on. When I arrived with tow truck, it was closing time. Justin made sure I had a ride to motel. They understood the importance of me getting back to my driver and load. Thank you all.

Purchased a vehicle from them. Being out of State, the transaction and delivery were great. But, the after care from the dealer is horrible. I asked them to have the delivery driver bring all the title docs with him, they didn't. The Oregon temp is going to expire and still no docs, and all I get is the run around from the dealer. At the least, they could have overnight the docs. Now I run the risk of getting a ticket for the expired temp. I will take the salesman to small claims court to recover the cost if I receive tickets. Out of state buyers beware.

Mark Fisher was our sales person. He spent considerable time with my wife and I, to make sure that we were purchasing the vehicle that would meet our needs. This is the fourth car that we have purchased with Mark as our salesperson! We would not hesitate to return to mark if we have any additional needs. Also, I would like to mention Terry for his much appreciated service. We stopped by the dealership 3 days after purchasing our new vehicle, for a few adjustments. Mark was off for the day, so Terry volunteered to assist us. We very much appreciated his help

Gus Fudge was a perfect salesman and handled all of our questions and concerns with knowledge of the product and took the time to show us how some of the things on the truck worked with all it's bells and whistles. Terry is an excellent person working for you. Service is good. I have purchased several cars and trucks here. It's the only place I buy in Hermiston. Rick is excellent at helping you fit into your budget. Ron is always quick with technical answers. Rich will talk you through all your documents. Mike is quick to bring you a popcorn. They are all very good at what they do. Very enjoyable place to purchase.

Ron was our salesman that assisted us in purchasing our new truck. Ron was very knowledgeable and very helpful with all the features and operation of the new vehicle. Swain Motors gave us a great trade in value and great price on our purchase. The purchase was was accomplished in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Ron and Swain Motors and when we need a new vehicle we will be back and for any service needs!

The sales team is very helpful and will answer any questions you might have. Rick the Finance Manager is amazing. Rick will never look down at you if you have less than perfect credit. I recommend Swains to anyone that is wanting to purchase a car. Thank you Angel, Gus , and Rick for the new ride.

0 stars is not an option, unfortunately. We live in Seattle, about 4hrs away. After working out a deal for a ford truck with my trade-in, me and my wife with our 5yo in tow went in to finish the deal. The salesman greeted us, and let us take the car out for a test drive. We got an independent mechanic to check out the car, who identified an issue about a leak in the car.When we went back to the dealership, and told the salesman about the issue, he refused to acknowledge the issue, became SUPER DEFENSIVE, saying that is not possible at such low mileage, and that since a competing dealership did the diagnosis they were sabotaging the sale by cooking up non-existent problems. (This made me think that I caught on to them trying to pawn off a car with issues to me)He coolly said we will check it out on Monday (without the slightest consideration for the fact that we were there after driving 4 hrs from Seattle) , without trying to work out a deal, and also said whoever made the diagnosis on the truck wasn't qualified to make it,. When I told him to take a ride with me to the technician who made the diagnosis (literally next door), this "salesperson" said they were done with me and walked away. (has someone ever saw a car salesman walk away from a customer).This dealership had NO OTHER CUSTOMERs on a weekend. Maybe this was an indicator of how good of a car dealership this was.BTW, the car has been posted on sale for 7 months, so this was their best chance of selling it, but I guess this guy blew this one as well.AVOID these guys at all costs if you can. A very long day of driving almost 500 mi and I am still motivated to write this review, because of callous and unfriendly the dealership was.

Ron was our sales person and he did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable about the truck we bought and helped us setup it up. They went out of their way to get the one we wanted and it was in a timely manner. When we came in for delivery we test drove the truck and had the paper work ready to sign when we returned. We were in and out of there in less than an hour. The only thing I have to say bad was they didn't have the color I was looking for but they found it. We bought a GMC Sierra Denali 3500 Dually.I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and have done just that.

Gus Fudge and Rick Bowman were great. They were helpful throughout the whole GM delivery fiasco which was a GM problem not a dealership problem. Both Gus and Rick were able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Once my truck, which is a 2019 Sierra 3500 dually, was delivered they got me squared away and out the door. Thanks

Traded in my car. Angel helped me out and made it a great experience. He let me take the potential car I wanted home for the weekend for a test spin. Finalizing paperwork was super quick amd easy. This is car #6 for me and usually the mountain of paperwork can take up to an hour while they try to convince you to add this and that. It took maybe 10 minutes. Great overall experience. Free first oil change too. :)

I would recommend Swain Auto Group to anyone! It was worth the drive to Hermiston because the salesman Terry and Rick the Finance guy were GREAT! We were in and out of there in less then an hour. Everything they told us on the phone was exactly the same or better when we arrived. Rick works so hard to get you the best deal. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Fairly easy to get approved for a car loan here and a decent selection to choose from. Salesman are friendly and curteous and do they're best to answer all questions. Ask questions though. Thy don't willingly give info on sales. As far as the service department goes, go somewhere else or at least call a few places for comparison pricing . The wait time on something as simple as a diagnostic will keep you there for about 2 hours. They're service costs are ridiculously high and it seems that they try to convince you that you need a repair when you don't or have already made said repair

Did the Chat to get info and let them know I was very interested in the dodge 3500 they had for sale and that I lived couple hours away and would be down in morning to check it out gave my info . Got there in morning and they had people buying it already and then I get a call from them approx 1pm to let me know it was sold I was almost back home from there. Not a very good way to treat a future customer .... PS I had already Had my own financing so it would have been a piece of cake with that said I will let anyone and every one know How you operate and that 1 star should be a ZERO.

Terry Wilson is the bomb. We test drove the vehicle, liked it pretty well. We did want to check on one more.Terry was in constant communication responding promptly whenever I had a question. I never felt pressured, just the opposite. I had my car since it had 9 miles on it in 2007. I've taken pretty good care of it and it had done me very well. Swain gave me top dollar for her and I'm in love with my 2015 GMC Terrain. Thank you all, especially Terry.
