Best first buying experience I could have imagined! I went on a busy federal holiday, and despite that Jasen was able to be flexible with my schedule and had everything ready to go when I arrived. The test drive and preliminary paperwork with Jaime was fantastic, great conversation and personality. I came in with financials figured out so while that was initially daunting, all the finalizing and signing was a much easier than anticipated. All in all everyone I encountered was helpful, trustworthy, and straightforward. I was extremely satisfied with the price and am obsessed with my pre-owned Toyota. Also, the car pen and dad jokes were top-tier!!

A great 5 Star buying experience at Roger s Toyota of Hermiston. Al Gutierrez our Sales Consultant provided exceptional Customer Service. He provided open and honest communication throughout the buying experience of our 2024 Toyota Highlander, and was very responsive to emails, text messages, and telephone calls. On the day of delivery Al Gutierrez (Sales Consultant) meticulously completed the Toyota New Vehicle Delivery Checkist to ensure our vehicle had; Quality Inspections completed, Vehicle Inspections completed, Vehicle Features & Benefits explained, New Vehicle Publications available, proper Floor Mat Installation & Care, and he introduced us to Dealer Staff. Great Customer Service and Great Buying Experience!

I had a great first experience at Rogers Toyota of Hermiston. March Madness activities in the sales room was fun. I connected with the sales staff right away, which made the experience enjoyable. Dexter, our salesman was knowledgeable with the vehicle we bought and a joy to work with. He even made a follow up call weeks later to see how everything was going. I appreciated that because I did need help connecting Applecar play. Great customer service right there! Thank you again and I will be recommending your dealership!

Thanks to the Rogers Toyota team for helping us to find our unicorn! Erica Baker (and Iry in her absence) was great in keeping us apprised of where we were in the process every step of the way, making the sales process a breeze! All the staff we dealt with were helpful and respectful, and we would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The only (small) part we didn't like of the process was the push (not aggressive) to purchase additional warranties as we completed the sale. We realize that this is just part of the process -- just not one that is our cup of tea, as we tend to plan ahead ourselves for these sort of eventualities. All in all, an A+ job by everyone at the dealership.

Erica and Iry are the best people to work with. I bought Brand New 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE AWD, Storm Cloud color and it s the best car ever to have. I put down deposit with Erica even before Toyota started manufacturing this vehicle. Erica gave me timely updates on vehicle before and after manufacturing this vehicle till it was shipped.. Iry was also involved later to give me timely updates on this vehicle until it arrived. Iry is a wonderful person. Iry came to pick me up from Hermiston (OR) to Pasco Airport (WA), on her day off and I don t think so i will ever experience this type of VIP service :). Finance Manager Corey is funny and very pleasant person to work with. He made my paper work very easy and actually a very smart man. His laugh and jokes made my day. Overall experience is wonderful and best of the best. I will recommend more customers to Iry and Erica for sure.

Outstanding service from initial greeting to checkout. My service advisor, Rachel, was very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. The sales process when I bought my new Tundra a few months ago was also outstanding. Al Guterriez was very helpful and straight forward. They even delivered my truck to my home in John Day. I can't say enough good things about this dealership.

Purchased a 2024 Toyota 4Runner and the transaction was straightforward and transparent. The dealership made a little money, and I saved a little money, so I was very pleased. Our salesperson, Dexter Baird, was very helpful and respectful and a pleasure to work with, as were all of the employees we interacted with. I would recommend Rogers Toyota to family and friends.

Perfect car buying experience! Jamie (sales) and Ruben (business manager) provided me with the best car buying experience. They were easy to talk to, easy to get a hold of, and very communicative. Whether you are near or far, you should buy your vehicle from these guys! I m so impressed . Jersey girl here, so that isn t easy to do.

My experience with Rogers Toyota of Hermiston was nothing less than amazing! There internet sales team was friendly, knowledgeable and always there either by phone, text or email to answer any questions I had! Raymond Aguilar, Alexis Mercado and Justin Stevenson really knocked it out of the park! When I arrived to complete the transaction from Bend everything went smoothly and without a hitch....A testament to how well they all work together! Like I told Alexis and Justin I would definitely drive back to Hermiston from Bend to buy my next vehicle because you guys made my experience so easy!Thanks guys!Joe

I had a wonderful experience with Rogers Toyota of Hermiston! Everyone here was extremely pleasant and helpful, but especially want to thank Al Gutierrez for helping me find and reserve my beautiful new 4Runner! I never felt pressured to buy, even when testing driving other vehicles weeks earlier. He wanted to make sure I found my dream car, and he certainly delivered! Also a shoutout to Mikey in service department for helping change out all the wheels and added customs, getting my vehicle all ready for pickup! Highly recommend the team at Rogers! If I m in search of a new vehicle in the future, I will definitely seek out Al and his team to help find the perfect one!

We just purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra Crew Max from Rogers Toyota of Hermiston Oregon. The customer service we received was outstanding, the owner Ryan Rogers, the general manager Glenn and our salesman Luis were all hands on throughout the entire process. This is by far the easiest vehicle buying experience we have ever had. The entire team at Rogers Toyota of Hermiston are a class act, if you re looking to buy a vehicle or have service done I urge you to give them a chance, they are amazing! We give them 5 stars across the board.

Mike Gomez/638 is a nice and straight forward person. Gave me information and what questions I had. Went in for a oil change and maintenance, really quick. Was interested in a new vehicle here but thought there was a mark up, was told Rogers sells with no mark up, so will be interested in future.

Good service, communication, and reliable quality of work. I brought my 2001 Tacoma in for a few concerns and everything was fixed promptly. There was an issue after I picked up my truck and the service manager, Nick, immediately responded and made it right. Our service advisor, Mike, was very knowledgeable and communicated every issue during the service process. I would return for future services. Very transparent dealership who cares about their quality of services.

My experience with Rogers Toyota was excellent. They came and picked up my car for an oil change, and tire rotation. I was able to get my car in the day I called, and the tech called and asked before changing a needed filter. I appreciated the courtesy. Nick St. George was friendly and courteous. They returned my car and parked it in my garage. (I am not able to drive right now.) This is a wonderful service. Thank you Rogers Toyota.

I had first to do business with Toyota of Tri Cities to order my customized car and they kept pushing dates and dates. My car kept getting delayed. Until my friend referred me to Al Gutierrez here in Toyota of Hermiston i can honestly say he promised me a date. And that date became getting my car sooner than the expected date i said what i wanted and got more than i asked for. Everything was made super easy costumer service was 100 !! They even helped my mom with an insurance claim my mom made in Toyota of tri cities and they denied her and here in Toyota of Hermiston they made it happen and approved her without a doubt i will forever make Business here ! Thank you made me feel like they care about there peopleThank you

Rogers Toyota has a great staff, TJ, Alexis and Ruben were all very helpful. Alexis was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the concerns we had about our purchase of a new vehicle and all the options. Everyone was very friendly and easy going. Great experience! Would definitely go back.

We loved our experience with Toyota in Hermiston. Dexter has been working hard to get us the car we have been looking for , he finally called and had one available ! The process was so easy and everyone there was so kind and friendly! Made the car buying experience easy! Justin went above and beyond to bring paperwork to us that needed to be signed! A pleasant, hassle-free, low-stress, car-buying experience from a dealership whose employees seem to enjoy the customers and each other. Our sales consultant Toni Virgil was the perfect mix of personal and professional 5 stars for this knowledgeable, informative, honest, and big-hearted lady! A big thank you to Ruben as well who handled our paperwork and finance with his trademark good humor and constant smile. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle for our family and had a wonderful experience with Rogers Toyota of Hermiston. We were in contact with a few dealerships and the experience with Rogers was by far the most straightforward and honest. Luis and Jose worked together to make our experience as painless and easy as possible. Knowing we were coming from out of town, Luis and Jose made sure they had all the info they needed to prepare the paperwork ahead of time. We couldn t believe that with a trade-in, my husband was able to be in and out of the dealership in about an hour. This was truly the best experience we ve had at a dealership buying a car. They were easy to contact and kept their word on pre-negotiated details.

Service at its finest at Rogers. Service advisor Nathan Sisk greeted us as we exited the vehicle and discussed what service will be provided. After completion of service, by Service Tech Cory Landon, I received via text message a summary video of the actual vehicle service. Service manager Nick St. George and Cory answered a couple questions for me thoroughly. 100% Red Carpet treatment at this Dealerships state of the art facility. Clean, professional, friendly and exceptional experience. While we waited, we did meet with Salesman Chris Klein and test drove a 2024 Limited Tundra RMX. This guy is a virtual Google search on details of Toyota products.

We drove over 2 hours to Rogers Toyota to find a particular Prius. My first call the day before was handled by Dexter Baird. He took the time to send me a link to the listing and took photos for me. I asked if he was going to be in the next day and although he was not he happily said someone else could assist. When we arrived, Toni Virgil greeted us. She was very helpful, taking us out on a test drive, knowledgeably explaining the features, and walking us through the buying process. And she is a genuinely nice person! The price was reasonable and I felt no pressure, which was a nice surprise. We decided to buy and we re helped by finance manager Ruben Navarrete. The process was very smooth. He explained well our options for additional warranty coverage and again, I felt no pressure. After we were done and waiting for the car to get cleaned up we met Dexter, who had arrived back at the dealership after all. We had a very pleasant conversation with him and Toni, and a few laughs. All in all this was the best experience I d ever had with a dealership and will be coming back.

She listened to my needs, gave me several vehicles to consider, and found the car that I was excited to purchase.Corey Sandstrom was helpful in presenting financing options, answering questions and making the paperwork a breeze.Overall, the staff was respectful and I felt they wanted to alleviate any concerns about my purchase.
