I bought a 2020 f350 from this dealership and I couldn t be happier with this experience from start to finish. Rick Lopez was my salesman and he was not your average pushy salesman but he did push to get my family and I everything we wanted/needed. There was an upgrade I really needed to happen to buy and he didn t stop at the first no.. he made it happen! I was also nervous about financing and he gave me reassurance that everything would work out. To further sweeten my experience they delivered the truck at a time that was convenient in my busy schedule. Five stars for this dealership and specifically for Rick! Don t hesitate you will be taken care of if you do your business with Hermiston Ford! We are so happy with our new (to us) truck!

I got this 2019 Ford Fusion from Alexis, he was really nice and helped me in anyway I needed, he got me in the door with his great customer service and kept checking in on me, making sure I'm doing well with the car and Ralf helped me find the Fusion itself after trying a few cars. They were both awesome and I'm glad to be getting my first car from then.

Very good experience! Alexis was our dealer and I would chose him over again, very kind and respectful, asking all questions to make sure we were fitted to our wants and needs, included my son and made him feel like he had options, overall the best car experience I ve had and would recommend to anyone!! Super quick trip was expecting to wait hours and only was here like 2 hours!! Not only was my dealer awesome about everything, so was everyone else in the building, super helpful and quick!

Just want to let everyone know these people now a thing about customer service. I tried calling my local ford dealership and take care of some concerns I had about my truck, but all I got was a voicemail. I left a voicemail and no call back. I even made another attempt to visit there quick lube and they turned me away. With Tom Denchel s Ford, the first time I called they were polite and quick to schedule me in for my concerns. When I arrived I was able to get checked in right away and they shuttled me wherever I needed to go. Again thanks Tom Denchel! I m definitely going to continue bringing my vehicle here( it s worth the 45min drive)

I purchased a 4Runner here, and worked with Alex. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and stayed in communication with me the entire transaction. After the transaction he made sure the "we owe" was handled in a timely manner. The service was excellent and I will be purchasing my next vehicle with Alex as well.

I purchased a used 2021 Nissan Murano from this dealership, and I really could not be happier with my decision. Trey was the salesman who worked with me, and I couldn't have asked for better! He took the time to look for a car that had all the features important to me, and more, while still keeping within my budget! When test driving the car, Trey was able to answer all of the questions I had regarding the features of the vehicle, and demonstrated a real understanding of his knowledge surrounding my vehicle. I will without a doubt be purchasing my next car from this dealership, this was by far the most friendly, welcoming and efficient experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car.

Alexis and Alex are the two best salesman I have ever came across. They are the shaq and Kobe of sales! They took customer service to another level. I can t imagine me or my family buying a vehicle that s not sold by them. Next time you need help with buying a vehicle ask for A & A!

Alex from Tom Denchel Ford Country in Hermiston, Oregon was the best and the rest of the staff were fantastic to work with. We enjoyed the entire experience buying our used truck there. I contacted them online and Alex responded immediately, did everything I asked for as far as looking at the vehicle online and with photos sent to me. We were traveling over an hour to look at the truck and we didn't want it to be a wasted trip. Everything was actually very fun and we didn't even have buyers remorse! It was a fabulous experience and I thank the entire team for helping us! I highly recommend Tom Denchel Ford Country in Hermiston, Oregon! Thank you Alex!!!

Bought our 2nd vehicle from Tom Denchel Ford in Hermiston, Or. Had another great experience there.The salesman Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you buy you next vehicle in Hermiston ask for Alex. He ll take care of you.

I had an EXTREMELY disappointing experience. I am just lucky the car I got wasn t a ford car. They left it dirty, broke my windshield and then didn t even clean all the glass out. Left someone s w-2s and other important private papers. They also left the car a mess. There was also a knife IN the back seat. communication is almost non-existent. I highly recommend not going to Tom Denchel Ford. Any other Ford maybe but definitely NOT this place.

I wasn t getting approved anywhere i was going, until i came across Alexis Carrillo at Tom Denchel Ford. He helped me get approved on a vehicle that I absolutely loved! He followed up with me and made it the easiest buying experience i ve ever had. Next time your in need of a vehicle, look for Alexis Carrillo!

Weirdest dealership experience I've ever had. So I'm trying to sell my truck but since I'm also in the process of moving I figured it'd be easier to trade it in, if I could get a decent price out of it. But it's an older truck so the dealership told me I would have better luck selling it myself. No big deal. Then fast forward about 3 weeks later, some guy named Eric from the dealership texts me saying they'd love for me to bring my truck in for them to look at. So i agree & he sets up an appointment then sends me several reminder texts . So I show up with my husband at the time of the appointment & no one greeted us right away. They acted like they had no idea I was coming in. I introduced myself & still they acted so lost & confused as to why I was there. Just making us feel very uncomfortable from the start. Then Jordan gets Eric for me, Eric comes out & says he's with a customer but Jordan can help & he's better then him anyways. Not sure why Eric made an appointment with me if he was planning to pass me off to his coworker. Jordan proceeded to talk facing away from us so we could barely understand him the entire time he walked us through the lot. We were looking at one vehicle & he left to go find the keys & was gone forever & we're standing in the rain. So as soon as we decide its enough & start walking back to the office Jordan appears saying he can't find those keys. Then I noticed my truck, the guys had taken it for a drive to check it out & left my Headlights on! So unprofessional & I'm glad I noticed & turned them off. Then the guy who drove my truck tells me he can't give me more then 7k for it. I just put a transmission in it this year that cost almost that. So we left immediately. I'm just so confused as to why they contacted me wanting to see my truck, then acted so lost when I showed up, & also gave me that insulting of a low price, when I originally talked to them weeks prior I told them what I wanted for the truck. Just a weird experience & definitely didn't get a good feeling from these guys at all. Little advice to any women going here, just be very cautious cause my gut feeling was not good with this place.

Had a great experience buying a 2017 Ford f150 from Megan at Tom Denchel. She was able to find me a clean 1 owner truck and got me a great deal too! I would recommend stopping by and talking with her if your looking for a new vehicle.

My child needed a car for college. Alexis kept me to date on vehicles coming through. He found the perfect one and made the process smooth. The vehicle has been solid. The service through purchasing was great. Should have asked for a better detailing or cleaning of the car, but that had nothing to do with handling of purchase on sales part. Alexis and Alex were personable and honest.

I had previously had bought a vehicle from here and while my first car purchase was a bust I will say when I got my new vehicle (2016 Ford Explorer), it was perfect. Shout out to salesman Alexis Carrillo, he was kind, respectful, and got me into the best deal for the vehicle I have now. Now I couldn t be happier with my purchase, and it came just in time as winter was fast approaching. As long as Carrillo is there I will keep bringing my business to Tom Denchel Ford in Hermiston.

Great experience working with this dealership. This place has superior customer service compared to Corwin Ford in Pasco. Shawnica, thank you for being so helpful when I needed repairs on my vehicle! It was going to take Months to get my vehicle fixed at Corwin, I was able to get in at Tom Denchel Hermiston within a week! I will be going here from now on.

I ve I heard a lot of bad reviews about Tom Denchel Ford and that the sales men there are not helpful at all. Until I met Alexis Carillo, he completely changed my mind on all the reviews I read. He was a great help for me and my family.All around great human being, making the environment a good happy place. He made everyone laugh and smile and we highly recommend you ask for Alexis Carillo.

I needed a car asap and I had been putting things off but my friend had given me Alexis Carrillos info and I finally messaged him. I wasn't picky because I needed a reliable vehicle and I wanted an SUV. I left everything up to Alexis and his manager and within days Alexis was driving my new to me 2015 Acadia GMC to me. I signed my papers in the back and I couldn't be happier with my ride. I have regained my freedom and that is the most important thing to me. Thank you so much Alexis I will be coming back but not to soon I have memories to make with Freedom.

Had a great experience with Alex and Ralphie. They made sure to find the perfect car for me. Definitely go see Alex out Ralphie if you want great customer service from people that truly try to get you the perfect vehicle! Even if that means driving multiple cars on their lot and cars from other lots they found for you!!

Tom, dental team was excellent. They treated us very well respectful and were professional. We were looking at it many options 4 different trucks.. three car dealerships here, in Tri-Cities physically looked at my jeep and kept changing the value as we negotiated. Tom, dental Ford and Hermiston I was able to send pictures along with the van and mileage. They quoted me a price over the phone and never changed it. They honored what they said. They re in Fairwood and what they did and I d recommend them to everyoneGod
