Absolutely horrible customer service. I watched 3 people come in, request help, and all were directed to call someone because the guys here didn't know what they were doing. Three different customers. Not only that but they had me go through a website to file a claim before they would even attempt to warrant my failed headlight that has a 3 year warrant, that I only purchased 1 year ago. Last time I had a headlight failed it was replaced on the spot after reviewing my receipt. Man, I miss good service.

This one guy helped me out in this store. I knew him at another store he worked at,every place he worked at has a great personality and very helpful. I would never know if he was having a bad day. If I knew his schedule I would go in there for napa service. I dont know his name ,but you can have a bad day and he would help your bad day out to be good.

Idk if these guys just don't like to help women, or what the issue is. The few times I have went in there its been the same each time. They don't smile, they dont welcome me to the store, they don't offer assistance. The 2 older men I dealt with, offered no help, stood behind the counter and stared at me, and when I asked a question they wouldnt answer. When I approched the counter I told them I needed the items (3 total) to be seperately rang up. 2 items on one 1on the other. Nope, all 3 in 1 ticket. I have the know how, and often do my own work on my vehicles. The next customer who came in was a male. Completely different approach. They smiled, welcomed him to the store, helped him find what he needed, talked about what he was working on. Checked out his items and off he went. On a different trip to this store the younger man on the other hand had no problems helping me find what I needed, answered my questions and made sure I had the right thing.

Need to work on customer service. Greet the customers with a smile, not with a frown. Arrogance is not an endearing and inviting quality. My employer instructed me to find another vendor.

I was having car issues and after calling multiple auto repair shops none of which I could get to help me ( almost closing time on a thursday) other than offering me appointments ranging 3 to 7 days out... since I was 3 hours from home this wasn't really an option for me so I stopped into napa to have them read codes on my car to see if it could just be an easy fix like a sensor etc. The employee who helped me identified the problem and fixed it in under 10 minutes for under 20 bucks. THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ARE A LIFESAVER!

Awesome staff. Right quality part the first time and knowledgable staff. More than auto parts. Heavy into Agg. products and able to serve needs beyond just the usual. Won't find this at your average auto parts store.Great job!

" What a GREAT Business, in the HERMISTON, OR area for Many Years!!! Today when I NEEDED help...& too many People drove right by even when my Hood of my car was up...NO ONE would even Stop long enough to ask,"Hey Lady...do You Need Help?"...so I Waited until NAPA opened their doors at 8 A.M., walked in and asked if Someone could give me a Jump, my battery was DEAD!!! NAPA HELPED!!! The Others drove by or just said, oh just go to the Police Station, or Fire Dept.!!! Why are so Many People in AMERICA so scared?!? What about Your civic duty to Your fellow man or woman, in Your Community?? Do You think it should just be on Others Shoulders: if so You're WRONG!!!THANK YOU NAPA for Your Kindness and Brotherly Love extended to me this morning when I walked through Your Door!!! GOD bless You, Your Family & each Employee!!!"

The only car place I go to in Hermiston for our business. Very helpful and on top of their game. Highly recommend them over the other guys in town.

Keep up the great customer service, please don't make me regret giving you 5 stars because any time I've given Napa in any town I've lived they turn out to treat me badly but you guys and gals are doing a great job.

I had my wife go to exchange a fuel pump for me. For a pump bought some time ago with a life time warranty. Napa had the pump but would not exchange the pump. Napa from customer service was called and was told that no receipt was needed for life time warranty. Roger from Napa in Herminston was unprofessional and very rude to my wife. Later also to me when i showed up to exchange. Would not let us compare the part. Told us that we could see the part without touching. I asked to speak to the owner and Roger declined. Roger would not even check in his system to look at my history purchas. I am going to report Napa to The Better Business Bureau for their unprofessionsl and rude service. Felt that I was treated in this manner becausof my ethnicity. I would advise anyone to stay away from Shopping at this store. If I were treated with respect I would not be taking this action.

Seem to always have the parts I'm looking for, whether it be for my 73 dodge or my 94 Ford. Never has a problem with anything I inquire for.
