I was on a trip and my muffler developed a hole making it loud and I didn't want to try to keep the trip going with the damage. Melody Muffler not only fit me in to their schedule as soon as I showed up but they talked through the different options and didn't overcharge me for the quality work they did. If they were in my hometown I would use them for all my vehicles!

These guys are great, I definitely recommend Harmony to anyone that is having muffler or catalytic converter issues. They got me in and out quickly, very friendly shop. And I payed less than I expected. Thanks Harmony

These guys were awesome. I had upgraded my exhaust to make the V6 Charger sound a little less wimpy. They fit me in right away, got me serviced quickly, and did the job right the first time. I got a little over enthusiastic and choose a very loud setup. A few weeks later they helped me swap for a more reasonable sounding muffler. Perfect work again and done fast. Great knowledge and very professional. Third time I have trusted them and no regrets.Service: Exhaust

These guys are awesome! I ripped the exhaust out of one of my cars on accident and needed to have it welded back up before my eardrums exploded. I called to see what their wait time was and they got me right in. They discussed some different options with me regarding what I should do with the exhaust. Within 30 minutes I was back on the road and they even charged me less than what the initial estimate was. Thanks guys! Service: Exhaust

Loved it. Had another reservation. In tri cities got there and they couldn't find the reservation. Thanks Melody Mufflers for straightening out my Do not rent duele to a previous experience. That luckily I paid the insurance for!?@

Excellent, excellent service! My muffler fell off while I was visiting from out of town. Stopped in here, they took my car in immediately, checked it over, explained my options, and had it fixed in under an hour. And gave me an outstanding deal on the parts and service. Employees were super nice, and honest. Would come back again!

Very nice man treats everybody like your friend s. The only problem we had is we rented a U-Haul he was unable to get his machine to work properly after running six different cards to try to pay for the truck after he was unable to figure it out we just paid him cash, but then the next day the money gets pulled out of my debit card! 2 weeks later we are still trying to get reimbursed! He refuses to pay us cash he refuses to write us a check and he cannot figure out how to put it back on the card, so now we have to wait another week for the U-Haul company to Mail us a check for being a small town business not working with your customers will only hurt you.

Well they could of called me when they didn't have the U-Haul Cargo Trailer I needed. Someone should of called me, and then had to drive 30 minutes out of the way for another one, and had to pay way more, which then U-Haul tried to make it right, but super frustrating situation that could of been, and should of been avoided.

Single handedly saved our entire roadtrip!! Woke up to a horrible noise we thought was the muffler. Thank goodness we found these guys and they saw it was just a heat shield. Removed it and sent us on our way. Cant thank you enough for your honesty and quick response.

Repeat customer here, for the third time ... this time with an S10 in need of a new catalytic converter and muffler.Have NEVER had a problem with any of their work! Prompt & reliable service.Friendly crew in a hometown shop!

I paid 900 dollars, and got 1/2 of What they said I would . And now we're they left my old pipe , it leaks and is no better than when I took it there. When a person pays that much money, and there not happy at all? It's a two thumbs down in my book. There is only one way to fix my problem? Call me and finish your job. Like you told me that you we're thank you not Orin ,W.

So last night my uhaul broke down (they do uhaul pick and drop off there ) and James stayed open late to help us figure out how to get into a new truck due to the fact ours was not able to fix he went the extra mile for me and my family last night and we want to say thank you and if he is will to go the extra mile for a uhaul customer I can just imagine what he will do for his regular one at his shop once again THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELPMary

The guys got me right in, replaced the split muffler, charged a reasonable fee, gave me a 1 year warranty, and got me back on the road.
