They let a dog run loose while i was in store. I Alerted workers in store. They did nothing. I called and asked for manager; FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, THE GIRL ON PHONE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND APOLOGIZED TO ME. The Manager himself, was ridiculous. Understanding someone being afraid of dogs was above his mental level. He was rude and pointed finger at me instead of being apologetic. Time for a lawyer.

I want to thank the guys here. I was in a hurry because I didn't have many hours left. There were 3 guys there and all of them worked together to repair my tire. I was treated very well and would recommend this location.

I just went to les schwab no 10mins ago my tire sensor was saying my tire was so low si I stopped by immediately young man came I explained I'd just got tired from somewhere else and that it was saying I was sitting on rim but he checked and they had put tires with sensor on wrong sides so pass.was on driver & vice versa he fixed it for me and said of i have any more issues come back for free and he'll do it again .Wish I would have got his name Thank You so muchC GARCIA

The low tire pressure light was on so I decided to drive here. They measured the tire pressure and added air to my tires and said I am good to go. I was able to drive home the next day.

Bought a Beater (02' Avalanche), so I could drop off my Daily Driver which is an Upgraded 07' F150. After my F150 4x4 transmission was replaced, I dropped off the Avalanche to Les Schwab.They gave me a ride back to my F150.I asked them to trip check the truck.They found major movement in the front end and replaced a wheel w/ the spare, because the tire was working its way off of the rim.They were able to order and install all the required worn out parts in a day, a Friday,(which cost as much as the vehicle).Being alone has made life interesting. They let me park in their lot. I live in Umatilla, so I took my new E-Bike to go pick it up.I found some farm roads and trails I would've never known about. I made good time and picked up my truck myself.The staff helped me out at every turn and I will be replacing my wheels and rims for the Beater through them as well.I recommend Hermiston Les Schwab to everyone.

Feel like I got scammed out of 180 bucks the right front side of my van was making noise so they diagnosed the right side it would cost around 360 for repair i agreed to the cost came back and was told we miss diagnosed it and replaced the tie rod on the left front side of my van which didn't need to be replaced I did not agree to the service they just replaced it and charged me if someone contacts me and refunds my money I will remove this comment the customer should not pay for your mistake look up my name my number is in your file I think the employees are good employees they made a mistake and need a talking to and maybe more training thank you

Would put 0 stars m but I cannot. They tried to scam me outta 600 dollars for 4 tires I don t need. Tried telling me it would mess up my awd. They thought I was dumb and didn t no nothing. Would not recommend especially one tire or two.

I had to come over for a funeral which is over a 4 hour drive from my home. when I came out to my car the morning after my tire was flat!!! Knowing I couldn t drive all the way home on a donut I ended up at Les Schwab. Tony the guy who helped was so awesome and caring. I was very frustrated but Tony and all the staff were so very nice They got me back on the road and heading home safe!

If you are a woman let your husband father or brother take your vehicle in.. on the 26 th of October I wanted to get studded snow tires put on my carso I took it to Les schwabs in hermiston .. had to go from aloud wheels to steal wheels they come with their own set of lug nuts because the tire seat different anyway upon their inspection of my breaks all was good brake pads at 5 mm all four . So when I left the shop I noticed a little vibration in the rear of the car then I went to Pendleton and wow the vibration was crazy so I took it back in I said they needed balance again .. so the guy that worked on my car that day came right back in and he looked shocked and had one lug nut with him he asked me where I had the tires put on I told him at their shop. He showed me the lug nut and the inside of it was shredded.. he said wow really .. he said that they would put new lug nuts on it balance them again and replace 2 studs for free then he told me that I needed brake pads rotors and calipers for the back of the car .700.00 dollars worth after I paid 1,200 for the tires . I am single a grandmother and am low income so I don t have another 700.00 for brakes he said that one side was almost medal to medal and I shouldn t drive for long with the brakes like that because they can lock up so I travel back and forth to lagrande a lot that s where my grandchildren live . So what had happened is the old lug nuts were put back on my car with the new wheels and thy weren t long enough which left loose tires on my car they were way way off balance and the wobble chewed up my brakes and brakes parts.. they won t stand behind their motto and expect me to pay for the brakes and brake parts. When I took it back in again and talked with the manager he talked to me like I was stupid and wouldn t even listen to what had happened I will not spend another dime in this store.,, so now I sit with a dangerous car because of their screw up I still can t go get my grandkids .. my son would bring them but he died a year ago October

I had a rental vehicle that had a low tire pressure light start to turn on and off. I d never had a problem with a renal car before, so I was truly at a lose for what I should do. I m not from the area, so I was pleasantly surprised when I googled Les Schwab and saw one so close. My coworker loved the free popcorn during our 45 min wait. I was worried that as a rental that I would have to pay out of pocket for the repair, but they just handed me the keys and sent us on our way. I felt so taken care of and all the worry I had was swiftly eliminated

We had a tire and wheel come off in the middle of the interstate while pulling a camper. Zak at Hermiston went out of his way to get us back on the road the same day. We are so grateful for the amazing customer service. He took the time to talk us through our options and figure out the best one for our crazy situation. Thanks to Zak we re back on the road.

I ve had multiple good experiences here but overall the negatives outweigh the positive. There s been multiple times items I ve requested have not been added to the service ticket. Multiple times I ve been given horribly wrong time estimates causing me to wait in the lobby when I would ve dropped the vehicle off instead. When I got my rotors calipers and, pads done they did not properly seat the pads causing a horrible lurch as well as squeal and they handed me my keys and told me it was good go. Corrected once I drove it back to them before I even got 3 lights. I don t know man it s just pretty rare I leave this place with a smile.

What s the point in making an appointment? Mine is scheduled for 8 they still haven t taken it back. Just frustrating then asked for a ride home said keep my car all day if you to. Oh no it will be 30 to 45 minutes ok still sitting here for 35 minutes and not taken back. The customer service here is not very good do better.

We blew two tires on our horse trailer and stayed the night in Stanfield. Les Schwab got us in first thing in the morning, replaced all of our tires in the trailer with our yearling colt in the back, and had better pricing than other places we tried to get in to. They also have two pull through bays (they service semis here as well), so we were confident pulling through. Robbie helped us and was an absolute rockstar. He was incredibly fast and made us all smile during this ordeal.

Les Schwab was our saving grace today! Moving from Tx to Washington St. is no joke, especially when your U-Haul tire blows out on the last leg of your trip. Thanks to Les Schwab, they fixed us up with ease and enthusiasm and had us on the road in no time!! Shoutout to Kelly for welcoming us in and helping us with a smile on her face

It's a bright shiny place with great Wi-Fi, other than that, I don't have much good to say. They are consistently more expensive than anywhere else. They take longer than they claim...always. They claim it is for 'superior service' but my experience has been spotty service at best and incompetent/dishonest service at worst.We had a shudder when braking in our Honda Odyssey. We've had it before with other Odysseys and knew the cause. Six months ago, they talked me into buying the more expensive rotors with a warranty so that "when this happens again" it will be under warranty. When it happened again, not only did they not even try to reproduce the error (the paperwork said they 'couldn't reproduce the error', but that's because they just put it on the lift and looked at the rotors) they said the 'rotors look good' but recommended new calipers...for $1000+. Which is, patently ridiculous. So, either they are incompetent and couldn't identify the known and common problem with the rotors OR they are dishonest and not willing to make things right. Either way, that's terrible service and also has lost trust with the customer.(Note: Lest you think they *might* be correct in their assessment, I took it to two other places that 1)were able to reproduce the shudder by getting it up to speed and then braking, and 2)identified it as warping of the rotors.)Just so you know, I'd rather pay and take it to someone else rather than go back to Les Schwab and have to argue about a warrantied item that they just don't want to make good on. I've waited in their waiting room too many hours to go back.The claim that their high prices includes their excellent service has failed to prove true. The service rendered has gone downhill and the prices have stayed higher than everywhere else - chain or local mechanic/store. Dealing with tire problems is stressful enough. I will be avoiding more stress by using another tire/brake specialist.

Was the very first customer in the store in the morning. They helped about thirty people before they started on my tires. when I asked how much longer they said I was next when I asked again how much longer they said it was being worked on but they hadn't even gotten my tires out of my truck yet so they lied. then they they put the wrong tires on. Not only this but they were rude to me until I asked for a manager. A 10 minute tire change turned into an hour ordeal this will be my last trip to les schwab it's ridiculous. After another twenty minutes they finally tell me they don't have the tire I need. Huge joke and a huge waste of my time!

Little longer wait than expected but great atmosphere to have to wait awhile tv, popcorn,corn coffee and walking distance to multiple places. Great service awesome attitudes.

I would have given it 4 stars but the lady at the counter was extremely rude. I made an appointment online to get my battery installed and I went on my lunch. My intention was to leave my car there and go pick it up after work she was adamant that it would only take just a few minutes I have 30 minutes for lunch. She really didn't want me to leave it there so I said like 10 minutes and she just kind of grumbled So I pulled my car around it took 25 minutes. And that wasn't even the upsetting part it was when I walked in to pay she was sitting there literally talking s*** about me to another employee. Very unprofessional I have been a customer there for years but I or my husband will never go back there.

They are always professional and very fast with their service. I am really surprised that I have not paid one dime to them since I have been going to them to swap out my tires. I purchased my tires elsewhere however I come to Les Schwab to get my tires balanced and put on. They also come to your door to give you a jump start when needed! I wouldn't go anywhere else :-)

We limped in on our spare...we needed four new tires. We were from Oregon and always use Les Schwab at home. This location got us done and back on the road fast! We are Les Schwab loyal customers!
