Sergio and Ricardo were top notch- very friendly, efficient. John the manager took my initial call when i asked if they were open and if able to do oil change and flush. he could tell i was stressed and asked me if i was okay. I had a problem with oil sensor reading low while traveling far from home, despite oil level being okay and no obvious junk in the oil on dipstick. my husband wanted me to get oil change and flush before trying more expensive option or having truck towed. i explained what was going on, they got me in right away and said they hoped along with my husband that a change and flush might fix issue, but couldn t promise anything, obviously. they ran flush just a bit longer and carefully examined oil. Thankfully, it seems to have resolved the issue. i ve traveled several hours and no oil or engine light, truck seems to be running better. i literally could not have asked for more.

*** HIGHLY RECOMMEND *** management (John) was on point! Absolute stellar customer service start to finish. His team greeted me with smiles, helped me with my vehicle, offered me coffee & warm area to wait (that is clean & neat). Explained the prices, showed me my filter & why I need to pay attention actually walked out after my service VERY grateful for Jiffy Lube being part of our community and a solid option for my car s needs. I m very thankful we made the switch to bring our commercial fleet here few months prior. Beautiful experience. Thank you!!

They changed the oil quickly. My only complaint is the waiting room. It isn't very big and I had to stand. Oh, and they moved my seat super close, the guy was a bit shorter than me, but why move the seat? You drove it 12 feet.

Had oil changed today, used synthetic on a kia optima cost was $106.00. After leaving called quickly lube hermiston cost would of been $64.95 called jiffy they said it didn't matter they charge more all the time, Do youself a big favor and don't ever go to jiffy lube, long time hermiston resident 67 years don't like being ripped off.

Went here for an oil change on a gmc acadia. $130. The long-haired white guy said, " Cabin and air filters look good." Even though I pulled my cabin filter a week or 2 before this so there wasn't even one in there. Go to the other oil change place.

Brought in my own oil and filter after being able to find where the filter is (not covered in the Haynes service manual for some reason) and deciding I don't want to deal with having to install blindly and risk cross-threading. Everyone I dealt with were polite, didn't really have anyone to wait on so was serviced almost as soon as I got out of the car.Service: Oil change

I went in to jiffy lube today, July 28, 2022 in Hermiston Oregon, for a routine oil change. After getting it serviced I drove approximately 50 miles and noticed my oil temperature rising above the normal level. I referred to the original owners manual to see my cars requirements and it calls for a very specific kind of oil (0w-40). When I checked my paperwork from jiffy lube, it turns out they drained and filled it with 5w-30. 5w-30 has a substantially different viscosity and was not correct to use within the range of temperature in the climate currently where this took place. I immediately drove back to jiffy lube, explained what happened, and requested an oil flush which Is necessary to ensure none of the incorrect oil is still in my car. They refused to reimburse me or do a flush and I was forced to purchase an additional 8.5 quarts of the correct oil for 58.41 after having already payed 144.95 for 8.5 quarts of the wrong oil, service fees, and an oil filter. After talking to the manager on the phone they proceeded to put the correct oil in for me without charging a service fee for installation. However they still refused to do a flush meaning there is still a percentage of the wrong oil leftover in my car that could very well potentially damage my engine permanently. I requested a refund, flush, as well as a 3rd party mechanic to inspect the vehicle to make sure no damage was done to the engine. They refused all of the above so I m currently taking further action and will post updates as I feel this is something people should be aware of.Service: Oil change

John was extremely rude and has no sense of customer service. The experience at this jiffy lube was horrid and I do not recommend this place. If not for johns horrible customer service, and the managers unwillingness to do the right thing for the customer, l wouldn t be writing this review. I just think it should be known that this business is a complete nightmare to work with.Service: Oil change

Last time I went here, they did the whole "This is your cabin filter" scamShowing me a dirty filter despite the fact my car not having one at all.After the car left the shop it was accelerating on it's own, turns out staff "forgot" somthing, this behavior was negligent and dangerous.Don't go here. Ah, I'm not really sure they deserve a totally bad review. My transmission was pretty trashed and they gave me a transmission flush, which is probably what kept my truck alive for the 800+ miles I needed to drive. It's currently in the shop getting a transmission rebuild, which is Uber expensive, BTW. However, my experience at this particular Jiffy Lube was their employees may have been a bit inexperienced. It took three of them to get the radiator cap off. My truck showed more signs of trouble after my visit than it had previously. Also, when calling to schedule an appointment we were told they were out of transmission fluid so we would have to provide 13 and a half quarts ourselves, which we did, at around $52 and we were still charged full price for the transmission flush.

Friendly, efficient and professional. The technician gave me the status on my vehicle's needs but did not pressure me to purchase items there. This is why I return to Jiffy Lube-- oh, and also the helpful coupons!

I spent $160, and although there are flyers on the wall stating $20 discount for spending that much, they refused to uphold the offer. When I entered my truck after the oil change there were oily hand prints on the steering wheel, passenger and driver doors, on the middle console and the leather passenger seat. There work was sloppy and slow and overpriced.

Our skid plate came loose late on a hot Saturday afternoon as we were driving across the country, and even though Jiffy Lube doesn t normally do that kind of repair work, the Hermiston JL guys understood when we called them from the interstate that we were in urgent need of help. They told us to come in and were able to fix the problem in literally ten minutes. They are real champs.
