I've been to Hermiston Quicky Lube many times over the past 3 years for various vehicles, commercial and personal. Always had good and friendly service, with no issues.Had one of my personal vehicles in for an oil change and fluids in December, a Nissan XTerra. In and out quickly as usual with the good service.Jump to today, 2/10/2024. I open my hood (I rarely drive this vehicle) to jump a dead battery, and the engine shroud is gone. It was on before I had my oil change, and now after, gone.I went to the shop, showed them my last receipt, and stated the issue, which is, one of their guys left it off and didn't put it back on after the oil change. Incidentally, the shroud doesn't even need to come off.I talked with the owner/manager and he stated it was virtually impossible for them to make that mistake! They simply don't make those mistakes was his posistion.I was and am truly at a loss. I'm not trying to put one over. His guys made a mistake and he refuses to even acknowledge that they did.I have 4 vehicles and I simply won't use them again. I know the customer isn't "always right", but in this case, they made a mistake and refuse to acknowledge it.

They are always quick and take care of my vehicle so I would recommend if you need a quick oil change

Fantastic Service. OMG. I'm from out of town, traveling cross country. And, needed an oil change badly. I went by Reviews, and was not disappointed at all. In fact, i was blown away, professional, yes! Personality oh yeah!!! If i lived here, this would be my go to. Sorry for long text. I just had to.

Quickly lube is the best place in town I've found for oil changes. They're fast, friendly, and inexpensive! It's a nice change from what I've delt with in the past. No appointment needed, just pull around and hop in line.

Brought my own oil and filter, so I only needed to pay for labor ($35 with military discount). There was a line at 10am, but didn't last more than 20-25 minutes. Staff are respectful and attentive to your questions despite being busy servicing your vehicle.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Best place for an oil change I've ever been. The guys work well and communicate with each other. They'll do exactly what you ask if you just need a tire check or complete check-up on fluids. These guys know how to take care of you.

Last time I went there I told them I didn't need a air filter and I said when I replaced it. They still looked at it and the guy with the oiliness nastiest hands just palmed all over the filter and stuck his fingers IN IT. Then he asks "would you like a new one" so of course I said "well ya I didn't but now I do". Still ended up paying for it wasn't worth the debate tbh. But that's basic stuff man you shouldn't even directly touch the filter to be honest just the rubber around it.

Very Professional. They had all 3 bays working, when I went, but you could hear all the guys talking to each so each new what was going on around them. When they talked to the customers, they were paying attention and answering the questions. Great job

This lube shop is excellent! I waited for about 15 minutes before a bay was available, but after that I pulled my truck in, told the nice man what service I wanted, and was out of there in another 15 minutes. One of the things I appreciate the most is that they didn't try to sell me services that I don't need. At other lube places I've been to, they'll always tell me that I need a new air filter even though I've just changed the air filter myself a month or so beforehand. Also, if I did need a new air filter, I wouldn't need one that was priced well above what I could purchase it at Walmart for. Anyway, this shop doesn't push that sort of stuff on me, which is one of the things I appreciate most about having my oil changed here.

Absolutely the worst service job I've ever seen. Hood was left unlatched, grease zerks were untouched, wrong oil put in even after I called prior to service, and also stated my preference at arrival. Tomorrow I will check to see if skid plate was even removed so as to access the oil filter. I got charged $102 dollars for a job I could have done correctly.

Friendly staff and great prices! Everyone here was very informative and knew what they were talking about. Much better than the jiffy lube who quoted twice the price for the same stuff.This place is right in the average for prices on their oil change whereas jiffy exceeds even the highest average price by 40 dollars.Don't be fooled by jiffy lube a "coupons" they are loaded against you from the start.

These people believe it or not are actually competent at their job. It's hard to find these days. It sucks having someone else change your oil but warrantees. Gotta have em.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I arrived there before all the other vehicles and one of the workers there told me switch another individual garage spots because I arrived before him, so I did as I was told, after switching, all the other individuals that arrived after me they got their oil changed first, while I was still waiting for an oil change, after waiting for over half an hour I decided to leave and not wait, stay away from this place they have the worst customer service, I will never come here again.

Did an oil change pre-COVID when we moved to Oregon. January/February 2020. Just decided to do the next oil change myself because I had to do one for my other car. When I took off the shield I noticed there was about a quarter inch gap in the oil drain plug and I could hand loosen it all the way off. Tons of oil leak down there. Turns out over the last 6 months or so we lost a quart and a half of oil. Car has 22k miles so we didn't check the oil regularly. Thank god it was leaking slow or we could have had an engine seizure or overheating. Couldn't get my filter cap off even with vice grips it was put on so tight.I am sure this kind of thing is not regular, but it happened and it is incredibly unfortunate. They are nice people with very friendly personalities. The quality of the work is just not there.Service: Oil change

Stopped by for a quick oil change during a road trip with my brother. They failed to properly replace the oil plug and this caused the engine to seize. Now they refuse to do anything to remedy the situation that was caused by their negligence, and the car is needing a whole new engine. Stay clear of this place, they do not check their work and do not care to make up for it afterwards.

Rude on the phone when asking questions about oil changes seeing if they will flush system didn't understand what I meant and got upset with me then hung up phone on me

They were 50.00$ cheaper than the jiffy lube down the street. And they were reasonably priced, took them maybe twenty minutes tops. Car runs like a top. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!Edit: changed some spelling errors.
