These guys behind the parts counter answered a question I had after the Spokane branch blew me off (the Spokane place flat out lied to me so they wouldn't have to do a look up and gave me bad information). Thank you for taking the time to check my two Freightliner VINs to see if I could put one hood on the other. I know it was time that you guys took that you could have been making sales, and I so appreciate that you were willing to answer my questions so I could get moving along on my project. Your customer service was really amazing.

Aaron and the other guys in the service department were friggin great to work with my semi blew a fuel line from injector rail to main and these guys didn't push us away at all they brought a mechanic in from the shop and had him look at the video found the exact parts needed with the parts department and had all the parts the next day going to Hermiston Freightliner was like a breath of fresh air and step back into time with how nice people are it really reminded me of growing up in the 80's and 90's when people cared.In our home state of WI we would've been a number and would've had to wait.So Cheers to you guys and my hats off to ya! Thanks Again

this is a great place to break down if you have a choice lol. they figured out my truck problems and fixed them in a timely manner. exceptional mechanics here and the service manager is very cool. they will give you updates and statuses, even pay for cab fare to and from hotel, plus got a good lounge with all the necessities. also from Google maps it may look like this place doesn t have trailer parking or sufficient amount of space, but it does.

Not Elite. Check in 7hrs later we closing. Nothing like wasted time. Not even a word that they not going to get it in shop. Not even after 2 hrs, 3hrs, but at 7hrs we locking up. Service manager did reach out ,we talked they agree communication error. This dealership did try to compensate for their next dealership. I am sorry ones issue not the responsibility of the other's. Thanks for trying to resolve all.

Very friendly staff and they were helpful when I came to getting a room while my truck was in the shop, I dealt with John mostly and he was very good at keeping me updated on my trip.

I'm not impressed. Sat here 1/2 a day before they pulled it in check it out . Spent the rest of the day fixing it they pulled it out.i thought I was finished only to find out I have an air tank leak.then they told me they couldn't get it back in until next day. All this time I have to sit outside cant go into driver's lounge because of virus but yet I can talk to the boss outside without a mask hope I never have to come back here again

I was extremely pleased with ME Freightliner! Joaquim was the tech who replaced my air compressor and replaced a couple of sensors. I had to be towed in over the weekend and they got to it quickly. John, the Service Manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Aaron was who I spoke with over the weekend and he was another friendly person to speak to. Thank you guys for getting me rolling again quickly!

TruckingMy truck broke down on Friday 9/11/2020. I called for a tow truck while I was waiting for it I called the three repair shops close by (one international and two freightliners) in order to find the location that will get me on the road the fastest. Freightliner of Northwest was the one with the shortest time to diagnosis and according to them I will be on the road no later than that Wednesday 9/16/2020. I made my decision to tow my truck to their dealer base on the information provided by the service adviser. I called on Monday 9/14/2020 to check on the status and I talked to Erin which inform me that my diagnosis was scheduled forTuesday afternoon he also specify that (John) the service personal that I had spoke to had left him an email to confirm it I knew what I heard. On Tuesday 9/15/200 By 2:00 PM I received a called the diagnosis is done I need a new clutch my question was when will it be done I will be on the shop finishing on Thursday. I called on Thursday morning (9/17/2020) and spoke to Erin which inform me that the repair is not yet started because they don t have the men power to start it. I am waiting on a truck repair that you can even start because you do not have the men power according to Erin I do not know when the truck will be repair....I think you should have the amount of work you can handle be honest with your customer .Now I am not sure on the quality of service and repair that your dealer will provideIt is a week I do not when my truck will be repair

Erin and John are awesome. Great guys to work with. Repairs are done right the first time and rates are great. I recommend them .... 2 thumbs-up

Had to sit a full day before they could even check out my truck, once it finally got in the shop it only took the "mechanic" 30 min. To "fix" the issue claiming it was a loose clamp and he swore to me he ran a pressure test on the radiator and it will not leak. I just now had to add a gallon of water to my reservoir because it leaked out somewhere! Exact same issue before the truck went into the shop! His mechanic skills are worthless and he should be replaced! As a driver this kind of thing costs us money! We can't afford for rushed solutions like this!

Great staff had major repair done at this shop yes it takes time yes it cost like every other Freightliner dealer there were simple mistakes made that caused me to have some down time, but they honored there work and got the repair paid for and completed and back on the road the same day. I can't express how important it is to have a shop stand by there work!!

Be prepared for all ur refrigerator and freezer stuff to go bad!! They turned our batteries off and all of our stuff went bad!! We told them and they didn t care!! Had to wait for 20 mins til a shop guy came back to give the truck a jump! They should have to reimburse us for the food they ruined!!

John in the service department was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I felt My ac repair was completed in a reasonable timeframe and was priced fair. John informed me of other issues with my truck but wasn't overly pushy about handling them on the spot. I really respect him for that. Traveling in our RV. The cab ac compressor locked up, shredding the belt, shut down the engine. Called Dalene. They had a compressor in stock. They worked with us very well! We are on the road again. Thank you, Dalene,John and Dan.

I was so blessed to have had problems with my truck in this area. I was amazed at how fast they put me back on the road. The service is unmatchable by any other Freightliner Dealership I have been to.

Very nice people! I had to wait for my truck to be fixed and when they knew it wouldn't be done that day they shuttled me to a nice motel. A++ service in my opinion.

Unable provide service for aftertreatment problem for 3 or 4 days. Going to limp into McCoy Freightliner with power and speed limited on this 2020 Cascadia with def leak.

Only freightliner around that can get me the parts I need for my old cabover. They take the time to find what I need. So I drive to Oregon from Texas to get my parts.
