I had the BEST experience here. Better customer service than any other automotive repair shop I ve been to. I had a bad ignition coil and they fit me in same day, had the part delivered from a parts shop down the road and had it road ready in about an hour. Not only was the service impeccable, it s impossible not to feel at home amongst the staff. They are down to earth, friendly, and real. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend, and will be a loyal customer for as long as I live in the area.

We broke down along the freeway and had our car towed to the shop. I called him around 2:00 in the afternoon and by 4:30 PM we were back on the road. He was super friendly and was honest. He had every opportunity to charge me more but was more than reasonable with what he charged. I almost feel like I was undercharged. Highly recommend this shop if you want to deal with someone who knows what he s doing and you can trust. Thank you!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I noticed some noise and extreme heat coming from one of my rear tires. Suspected that it was possibly a rear brake caliper. I am new to town and decided to try Les Schwab who told me there was nothing wrong. Considering one side was extremely hot while all the others were cool I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car here and they did an amazing job with very fair pricing. Turns out both rear brake calipers needed to be replaced. They treated me very well and made me very comfortable especially being a female walking into an auto shop. They stand behind all the work that they do and we're very quick and easy as well as friendly to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a shop.

I was passing between states during the night, en route to Idaho for a vacation when my car began to lose electrics on the road. I became stranded off the highway near Hermiston in the early morning due to my car s alternator failing. When the tow truck arrived I requested to have my car brought to Fix-All.It was here that the owner was extremely helpful in making the time get me back on the road and in time for me to return home before the upcoming work-week. I didn t have an appointment, and was very stressed about the situation. However, within about 30 minutes of us meeting he not only had an order placed for a replacement alternator, but had the broken one removed and the car prepped for the new part. The whole exchange was very generous, and in my experience; shops that are as personable, communicative, and otherwise excellent as this are very rare.Five stars. Saved my vacation.

I had problems with my car, starter wouldn t turn at all on the Home Depot parking lot on a Friday afternoon. Called a tow truck and the driver brought me to Fix All Automotive because it was close by. They were very helpful in offering at least to look at the problem, without guaranteeing that they ll be able to fix it. And that on a Friday afternoon in 95 degree heat after already working for 9 hours.An hour later I drove off of their lot after they found and fixed the problem. And all of that for just a small fee!Amazing human beings that saved me a lot of trouble and from being stuck in Hermiston for several days and not able to get home for 4th of July. I can't say enough about this business. We were moving from WA and my wife's alternator died. Roadside towed us here around 1. We shuffled things around included 3 already annoyed cats. Came back the next day and explained the situation. The owner moved us to 2nd in line, apologized for the price of the part and got us back on the road in a few hours. Thank you! Good to see there are honest, reputable shops out there who go above and beyond to help people. Go give this guy some business, even if you're not broke down at 1 in the morning.

I called a day before, asked the guy if he had anything available for the next day? He quoted me 90$ for an engine diagnostic. He said he had a 10:30am appointment for the next day. Brought my car in and couldn t get ahold of anyone for 20 minutes after banging on the door. He finally opened then he told me that he won t be able to look at my car for another week and also said the diagnostics was going to be 130$. Unprofessional and rude. Will not recommend them to anyone. If they are like that then I don t want them to work on my cars.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Our windshield wiper went out on us in boredman, and we got stranded in the snow. I quickly searched around for a reputable shop and regarding the reviews i decided to go with fix-all. I called the owner of the shop and explained my situation to him, and he was super understanding. Even though my vehicle wasnt going to be there until after hours he went OUT OF HIS WAY to leave his family for a few hours and meet us at his shop. Not only did he do that, he even drove us to a hotel for the night. And picked us up the next day. Ive never had such an amazing experience with a shop or the owner before. If i lived in this town i would 100% be taking all my business to him. Thanks again fix-all.Service: Electrical

My fuel pump went out driving from Montana and I was stranded in the dessert in 108 degree temps. While waiting for the tow truck, I desperately started searching for places in the area within a hundred miles that was not booked out for two to six weeks. Thank GOD I found Cody! He went above and beyond what most people would do and had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. The hourly rate was great and the shop was clean and organized. If you re in the area and need work done I highly suggest that you call fix all before anywhere else.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

This guy is great. I had an issue with a skid plate coming loose. Normally something that I would fix myself but since I live in a different state I came here. They took care of it for me very cheap and quickly. Saved me from ending up in a hotel another night with his great service.

So I drove from nevada to Hermiston to visit family for a week.On our drive to Hermiston we experienced loss of power to my vehicle multiple times.I was very worried that myself my 6 kiddos and our 3 doggies would not make it. Fortunately we where able to make it to Hermiston ,not being familiar with the area I turned to google for a mechanic. I am so very grateful that I went with the fix all mechanics.Not only where they able to squeeze me in that day multiple issues where resolved with my vehicle. To say they where friendly is an understatement they made me feel right at home talking and joking until my vehicle was ready. I am so very grateful for everything they have done to get us home safely.i would recommend 10 outta 10 times and now know if I am ever in a jam I know where to go. I can not thank you enough.

YES, THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO! Here s why: My husband and I broke down heading home to Astoria. While waiting to be towed, we started looking at nearby repair shops and their reviews and I m glad I found Cody at Fix All. It was the Sunday after the holiday weekend so I thought no one would answer my call at this point. I thought we d be stranded for a few days before someone could get us back on the road.When Cody answered his phone, he was warm and reassuring. He let us know he could get us in first thing the next morning. He went above and beyond by making sure he went that evening to get our keys to take it inside the shop so it wouldn t be left outside, made us his first appointment the next day, and he even picked us up at our hotel when our truck was done. He didn t take advantage of us and the work was great! Thank you to the Fix All Team!

First off; he stayed after hours for me until I could get towed in.. was very helpful and cheerful on the phone, very nice from the jump He got me in that night &out the following morning after fixing my alternator at a very reasonable price... AND he even was so kind to offer to take me to &from the hotel since I was stuck from out of town. THANKS CODY

I was driving from Portland OR to Salt Lake City UT when my alternator died and I broke down about 10 miles away from Hermiston. I called around and Fix All was able to squeeze me into their schedule. I wish I had a mechanic like him in my hometown. Perfect mix of professional and friendly, he had me back on the road and I was able to finish the last 8 hours of my drive that night.

Cody fixed my master cylinder (Replaced the bolts) in a very timely manner. I would recommend him for any mechanical work and will most definitely use his services in the future.

I recently broke down on the highway near Hermiston.While not open, I caught the owner doing his books in the office.He took the time to help me diagnose the issue and I was able to fix it myself. He was very helpful and got me back on the road!
