My experience with this company was great. I had an RV break down the day before Thanksgiving. I called them, and they said they could tow it. Dale, the driver, showed up and was a down to Earth let s get the job done type guy. He helped me get my RV to my place, and went above and beyond assisting me in getting it right next to my barn where I can work on it. You guys saved Thanksgiving for me and my family with your superior service, thank you so much!

I had my car towed from Hermiston to Portland and I was very pleased with how quick and easy the process was. The driver called me and updated me on his arrival and was there within an hour of me calling for the tow. The driver was nice, professional and got it there in good time. I d definitely recommend this place for any towing needs.

D&R came to the rescue today when my son accidentally locked he s keys in he s car. D&R s staff was super friendly and helpful. They arrived quickly and unlocked the car. Thank you!!

Got out to my location relatively quickly but didn't seem to be very helpful in regards to helping me figure out who could help me with the next steps after my car was totaled. You'd figure a local towing company would be able to point out of state drivers in the right direction

I agree Mr.Greene Horrible attitude from the driver as well.Came to help me unlock my truck and was greeted with cussing about personal problems and smelled like alcohol.was told 75 on phone but then it was 95 when he showed up.Sure great service for some but not for all.very displeased they didn't seem to care at all.

My semi truck broke down in La Grande, Oregon and needed to get to Hermiston for repairs. I called a few local heavy duty tow companies in both La Grande and Hermiston, however, D & R was the only one able to help me in a timely manner that didn't break the bank. I was informed there would be an approximate two hour wait, which was fine with me considering other companies told me I'd have to wait until the following day. I would have to say it was a great experience. They were courteous and did the job right at a fair price. Thank you D & R!- Paul

Don't know what there is to say about a towing company, but I'll give a review, they did their job they were friendly they took my insurance card. I have no problems with him at all

I called and was told they would be at my vehicle in 45 minutes. To my surprise my vehicle was loaded and moving before then. The driver even put it down in front of my garage door.

My brother's car lost a tire and needed a tow. We called the towing company to pay the fee and the lady on the phone was continuously rude and would continue to hang up on us while we were trying to pay. She would not work with us and when we asked the driver for help she hung up on him. Then the driver nearly ran my brother over and blamed him. At all costs do not use this service.Service: Car towing

I left my semi truck keys inside, they came right away.I opened the truck before he got here offered to pay over phone they declined.( very much appreciated) still found the tech here and paid him for his time. AAA used this company for my roadside assistance request. My car broke down at the HAC an hour before Super Bowl and no one would respond to a tow request so I waited until the following day and called AAA. They told me that a truck would be at my vehicle in 45 minutes. 20 minutes later, as I m getting ready to go to meet the tow truck, the old man driver calls me saying he s at my car ready to tow it and wondering where I am. I told him I m not there, he s 25 minutes early and I ll be there in a couple minutes to which he says I don t know why people don t stay with their cars, this truck is burning gas sitting here blah blah blah I cut him off and set him straight, hung up and drove to the HAC. As I pulled up he was just finishing hooking up the car and all I did was put it in neutral and follow him to the shop. He was an a**.Service: Car towing

The People were very rude and unprofessional. Was hung up on multiple times and the woman I spoke with had a ton of attitude. Not my first bad experience with them either.

Called them for a tow, around 20 miles, they we polite and fast. Driver was clean and personable. Equipment was dated but everything seamed to be well maintained and the trip left no damage to my vehicle. The cost was $115. Your price may very. They do take cash or card!

I had to get a tow in the middle of a trip eastward. One can't help but be nervous when waiting on the side of tye road with your car smoking. They showed up quickly and got right to work. They were super nice. Definitely use them if you are in need!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Driver changed ETA multiple times. Was almost 2.5 hours from time of call to when driver said he would arrive despite being told an hour previously. When driver called it sounded like he was taking his sweet old time to get around and get to it.He was polite, but if you re ANY sort of rush you re better off pushing your car your the nearest repair facility as opposed to wait for this company to show up.

By far the friendliest, most reasonable towing company I've ever used. And they don't take hours and hours to get there, are also open before a lot of towing companies. I was broke down with my family so I really was hesitant but I am very glad I called them.

This company was very professional! I had a blow out on the highway near hermiston and the first question they asked was "if I was okay"! Great people and family ran, their driver was quick to respond and had great social skills to make the ride to the tire store more enjoyable. They even have great rates for local tows! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in chase of more tow related issues! Give this family buisness your business!

Dan picked me, my 7 year old daughter, and my truck up in the middle of the night as we were traveling to Portland. AAA called 7 people before they found D&R. Dan called me right away and arrived 40 minutes earlier than expected. After we dropped off my vehicle he drove us to a hotel, and told us to call him personally if we had any problems. Thanks so much Dan and D&R towing!

We had our car break down outside Hermiston and our insurance company had D&R come out to tow us in to town. They were very prompt and friendly and even gave us a ride to a hotel after delivering our car to the dealer. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow service.

So nice :) my car broke down in the middle of nowhere on basically the hottest day ever. I was really worried about my dog over heating while we waited but They arrived WAY faster than what I was initially told He then towed me all the way to Portland! Thanks for saving the day!!! Side note, my driver was quite handsome and he brought his puppy with him!

Very fast with unlocking my van door. I would recommend them to everyone. Very friendly. Their prices are high but then again I never checked around so the price might be fair. Thank you D&R.

Really bad customer service. Threatened to leave me stranded if I did not move my bike out of the break down lane to where he had parked in a rest area 30 feet away. My bike had a flat front tire so very difficult to move and he made no effort to help. If you offer a break down service you work in the break down lane and exercise due caution. Afraid of getting hit, then don't offer the service.He had no hazard warning lights. He also drive over the speed limit while on the freeway and in a residential area, drove with one hand on the steering wheel, and literally turned his head around to face and talk to his wife and kids who were sitting in the back while he was driving.Threatening to leave a stranded motorist to suit your convenience is beyond FUBAR.

Very prompt and courteous service, got my geezerglide (Harley) safely back home and didn't break the bank. D&R raised the bar for a tow company in Umatilla county and I'll gladly call them in the future.

I called to see if they can tow vehicle to Pasco to the Mazda dealership since I had lost keys to it. He was asking if it turned on I told him no it doesn't since I have no keys. He was being so rude and said "it's really hard to" and he just didn't finish what he wanted to say and just told me " I don't have a person to do it, just call somewhere else" VERY RUDE!

Best thing going with my experience is a driver, Don K.He came to tow me around 0930 to a les schwab store in Hermiston OR.Dons attitude was great!
