Dealer misrepresented loan restrictions. Will never do business with them again.Update from reply: Mostly true, but Owner continued to list high, in an attempt to make money on it twice. Plans changed, yes, but regardless, we wouldn't have bought if we knew you couldn't live in them. You were well aware of our intended use and said NOTHING.

So very happy with our experience at Comrie RV in Hermiston. Kelly took the time to help us find exactly what we wanted and that wasn't easy. We looked at other lots and were quickly pressured into buying something we didn't want or need with gimmicks and high pressure tactics. Not at Comrie. All of our questions and concerns were addressed respectfully. When it came time for financing Kelly was able to get us several financing offers to choose from and we were able to choose the option that worked best for us. They provided us with a full hour-long walk through so we were comfortable with how to operate every feature on our new RV. They made sure our hitch was set up and adjusted correctly and we were able to get the additional accessories we needed from the service center for a reasonable price. We have been using our RV for a few weeks now and we couldn't be more pleased. A huge thanks to Kelly, Paul and the rest of the Comrie team. If you are in the market for a new or used RV or if you need parts, accessories or repair service for one you already own, stop in to Comrie RV in Hermiston! You will be glad you did. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Ken from the service department made a on site service call to work on our refrigerator in our fifth wheel he was polite professional and worked to solve the problems till he got it working great service and Wendy at the service desk did a great job of setting up the service thank you to both of you l will gladly be back again

Very friendly staff and very small parts inventory. They have a few of the necessities like water hoses or some light snd etc. Although I wasn t in the market it looks like they have a pretty decent inventory of RVs for sale.

Comrie is The best place to go for sales and service on your RV.They are awesome , exceptional and knowledgeable! The Comrie Sales and Service Team and And especially the Service Manager, Dawn , takes an "urgent care" attitude and approach and they are more than competitve, open and honest and have a listening ear and the expertise at diagnosis and fixing whatever problems you may have and sourcing the parts quickly with competitive prices! The whole team of Sales, Service and Parts at Comrie is top-tier and second to none !!

I had exceptional service today from Comrie. I was traveling back to Canada and my slide would not come in. Dawn tried hard to fit me into their busy day and get a tech to come out and help me. Problem solved and back on the road. Thank you

Needed to order (2) New Norcold RV refrigerators. They quoted me a fair price AND the refrigerators came into their store the next day! They also have a great selection of parts in their on-site store.

DO NOT WALK, RUN!!! as far and fast as you can from this place!!! We took our trailer in to be gone through and asked what the price would be for a check up on our trailer of 9 years. It is in excellent condition, it has never been used and wanted to make sure everything was working properly. We were quoted $89.00 I also wanted a wash on the trailer. I also wanted to make sure the roof didn t leak. We also wanted the door latches fixed on the outside of the trailer. I called 2 times and never got a estimate on the bill. Finally My husband went down to pick up the trailer and pay the bill. I finally got a hold of a service person and she told me that the bill was almost $ 500.00. I informed my husband and he said how can a $89.00 service check come to that much? He went down to talk to the owner and he was about as helpful as a tick when we finally nailed him down. He also was suppose to call us back and he never did, so my husband went down to the owners office and when he finally spoke to him, he didn t know anything about the situation or us trying to get a hold of him. after we called a number of times and was told he was busy!! Now the wash looks like a two year old had done it! And he charged us over $138.00 for the wash alone, for that price we would have done it ourselves. The latches were never fixed! They didn t have a light bulb for the inside of the trailer that needed to be fixed! The list goes on!! The staff was VERY rude with my husband when questioning them about the bill. The topper was they couldn t find the propane cover for our trailer so they decided that they would give us one...they are nothing but a rip off big time. Go somewhere else if you want to buy or repair anything on your RV s! I am so sick of companies like this taking advantage of the public this way! Buyer be ware! I would have given them a 0 but couldn t!Just got trailer home.I asked my husband to check the roof and the roof was NOT fixed either! We had to pay $438.00 to get the trailer back. My husband took pictures and showed it to the owner and he checked with the service department and was told it was a new crack. My husband said REALLY! A new crack in a two hour time since we picked up the trailer? We were told to bring it back and they would fix the crack. My husband said no, give me a tube of the silicone and I will fix it myself. Checked the back bedroom area of trailer and all the batteries were taken out of the carbon dioxide detector and was left empty no new batteries. NOTHING was done!! Except trailer wash which was horrible. We are taking this to the attorney general and better business bureau. We are so DONE! Please buyer beware!!!

Summer of 2020, purchased a new RV from Comrie RV. During the walk through of the unit I noted multiple issues that needed addressed before the RV was "to be delivered". 7 miles away. Long story short, none of the issues were addressed which were all interior cosmetic things, the trailer was also not delivered as promised. Ended up Having to find other means to transport the trailer myself. Then the rainy season starts, rain water is leaking into the bedroom and soaking the floor, and a luggage door just falls off on the ground. Called the service department twice and dropped the door off with them to be replaced. A week later 10 minutes before closing time my call was returned saying the storage door had been ordered. Great. Still the rain soaking the carpet issue. I sent multiple pictures and had multiple conversations about the issue with Paul Comrie, the owner. Problem has still not been resolved and he has no recollection of the conversations about the rain leaking in the bedroom. So far ive been charged 2 service calls to replace a water pump that they determined was the issue. After replacement of the water pump, there is more water leaking in more places than there was before they started. Its now been leaking rain in for 2+ weeks and nobody seems to really thing its that urgent to fix. Maybe someday they will get around to it I hope before my RV is ruined by water damage. Guess we will see. Long story long, I would not recommend Comrie RV to anyone ever. They will take your money and not fix anything and provide 0 customer service in my experience.

I'm a very discerning customer. I read through reviews for facts. Too many people complain without any justification. So when you're thinking about Comrie RV, here are the facts about my experience:Above and beyond service. Had a propane furnace in my new toy hauler fail to work when it got down below freezing at night. Comrie was the only place within 75 miles that dropped everything to squeeze me in for immediate service. It was a complex problem that was only partially solved due to faulty parts on my end. The next morning when I called about scheduling again, the service tech Robert offered immediately to drive out 53 miles to fix the wrinkles. I have nothing but outstanding things to say, not only about the quality of service, but the remarkable caring about a customer's welfare. Above and beyond. Far above. (Not only that, the repair bill was about a quarter of what another place would have charged.)

We are a mobile repair and restoration service and have done repairs for Comrie RV for approximately 3 years. Our contact is Wendy Huber, who is outstanding at what she does. Wendy coordinates our repairs for us and handles the appropriate paperwork. She is always personable, professional and efficient. All the folks at Comrie RV are helpful and easy to deal with. We highly recommend Comrie RV for all your RV needs.

Only a 1 star because I can't put a zero! The service department was to make my slide out like new. It had broken free from frame in bottom corner. It had settled as well so needed the pad it slides on replaced, the side rollers, and cable adjustment. Also then i requested they add rollers to relieve stress. They ended up seizing my gear box some how, they never removed slide out and replaced the parts the were suppose to and said they would. They actually removed one of the side rollers so now its metal gouging into my frame. All they did was add the rollers and adjust the slide which still does not seem correct. the rollers a high school kid could do in 2 hours in his driveway. They had my trailer for a full month. never did the wash and wax, on systems check never tested everything due to weather when they had it for a month and plenty of days to do so. They then charged me 1900 dollars in labor for max 6 hours of work. When checked in we had reviewed the issues and explained everything to be done thoroughly. I had to call them multiple times to check in and was told they would do all this stuff and never done!

Paul took the time to go over every detail of our options before we decided on an RV. I thought I knew what we wanted and needed. My fianc� had different ideas but as Paul took the time to explain everything about RV'ING and RV living to us, encompassing the possibility of being in the hot desert or much colder Montana- we feel confident in our choice. Could have been very costly mistakes but Paul cares about his customers, community- his neighbors! Wouldn't hesitate for a second to refer family, or friends to them. Also, KELLY is awesome too! She is more than happy to show you around, answer questions and make you feel at home. Either one-you can't go wrong!

My 2019 forest river travel trailer was taken to Comrie for warranty repairs on 10/31/2018 and it was there for 3 weeks without any thing being done.When I called them as they never did call me see get a update they said they were swamped with other work.I told them that I needed to pick it up, then they finally started to look at it. They never fixed all of the issues except for replacing the awning fabric. When I went to get it they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid the over inflated repair invoice because they didn't get factory authorization prior. They dented and scratched the side of the trailer when they replaced the awning and they denied it. I will never go there again for any reason. Beware.

Went in to. Possible buy a RV. With an awesome cost reduction and a excessive trade in value I researched before buying. The ending result I would pay the true full kbb/nada value of the RV and get nothing for my trade in. On paper it was awesome in truth it was a rip-off. Pays to do your homework.

I full time. I just bought a 2015 open range 5er from them. Prices were competitive, Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy. They set up the final walk through so could also pull in my old unit and " move" into the new one at the same time. They even delivered the new unit, as my drop in hitch was not here yet. They installed a stacked washer and dryer, max fans. The work Rainy did, looks good, professional. A slide motor and drain need worked on, replaced under warranty. They even arranged to pick my unit up and deliver it back after warranty work while I was at work. I recommend Comries, Nicole and Paul. Thanks guys!!

The people at Comrie RV really helped me out in an jam. It was Memorial weekend and my refrigerator went out. I had a supply of very important medication that requires refrigeration. They were very busy but came right out and fixed it. They were so friendly, helpful, and great prices for their services. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or fix a RV. Comrie RV is the best!

We bought a Toy Hauler from Kelly at Comrie RV in 2019. The sales experience was excellent and their service since has been as well. I'd highly recommend this outfit to anyone interested in a camper and great, friendly service!

I haven't been able to use their service yet, so this review is simply to say that they must need more help in the Service department since when I call to schedule a service call, I am always told that someone will have to call me back. I know they are busy, but so are we the customers. I need to make a call and schedule my service so I can move on to other things. It shouldn't be that hard to have enough people to take calls to schedule appointments. What makes this even more frustrating is that my furnace quit last winter, and they closed due to bad weather so we couldn't get it fixed then. We ended up in a motel. Then a few weeks later they still couldn't take a call to schedule an appointment, so I decided to wait (I have space heaters to run when it isn't super cold) until later summer/early fall. I just gathered up money to schedule the service, and thinking they likely have a couple of months before the really cold weather to fit this service in I called today, and again, they can't take my call.

The absolute worst customer service from there service department. Absolutely no communication to the customer. In sted of asking the owners for purchase papper work to submit to the manufacture so recall could be delt with. no they have the manufacturer try and track down the transfer of ownership 4 days after appt and drop off of the RV. Then they can't tell you an approximat time the parts might be in or when they'll be able to work on it. I've submitted warranty work at auto dealership you usually have an idea when submitting for parts of how long it takes to arrive and if they can fix it in that time frame and you always give worse case that way customer not upset but nope just got short snubbed answers of we don't know we can't help whith that answer along with shoulder shrug thus given the impression that they didn't want our business. Then they called husband and told him they canceled our parts and when are coming to pick up RV because I called her out on her attitude and pore communication That's fine took it to competitor in Pendleton it's home in 7 days fixed no problems.

I've done business with Comrie's service department several times. They replaced the skylight over the shower stall in my 5th wheel patio hauler. There were only 2 available in the USA & they found one for us. I've needed other parts/accessories. They always come through for me. Recently I broke the ladder up the side of the rig (still ain't figured out how I did it but...) & they ordered it for me. Give them the model number/vin number of the rig and they're bound to find what you are looking for.

I had a great experience with Comrie's. They had what I was looking for, and Kelly took care of everything for me. The only downside would be that they don't have a service tech working on Saturdays.

I should have believed the reviews! I contacted Comrie RV for a service call for a couple of different issues. They had their service guy call me later that day. He said he was busy and couldn't promise but thought he could get to us later the next afternoon. That was a week ago and I have still not heard from him. No-one is that busy, could at least make another phone call. Not very professional. Hermiston needs some good service people, they would get rich.
