So Cassidy Battery is our go-to place for diesel p/u batteries, snowmobile batteries, 4-wheeler, rv trailer batteries always good batteries. Unfortunately a battery I got last July 23 was a lemon. We tried and tried to deal with it. It totally died and we finally took back to them. And they did a full replacement for me! These folks stand behind their products. They didn t want me stuck on the freeway, I grew up with a couple uncomfortable situations like that.A big shout out to Brian & Josh for taking care of this lady. My confidence is restored. Props to you guys! We will still be faithful and loyal to you. Thank you

Service at Cassiday was amazing, they were fast and super polite. They didn t even charge me when most places around her would charge a lot just for a screw!

Really quality service! My wife and I were driving from Portland back to Nampa Idaho when our Alternator likely failed . We ended up getting the alternator replaced in less than an hour. Really friendly workers and overall quality service

I've been here a few times seeking batteries. The two times were for new car batteries and today was for new batteries for a UPS Power supply.Every time I've been there, a technician has been out front to greet me and ask me how they could help me.Prices are very reasonable for being a small local business and I'm planning to shop more often.

We were stranded in the hospital parking lot with a dead battery. Called Rick the owner and he came out and gave us a jump. Went to Cassidy battery store and got the best service we can recall and also excellent pricing. Could not recommend this business any more than I have. Best place on town, don't even think of other auto stores for a battey.. thanks Rick

This experience was one of the best I've ever had. I walked in the store and was met by sales staff right away after telling him what type of battery my motorcycle call for he said their is a better option for that bike. It's much easier to install, last longer, our customers who we have given this advice to almost always stopped later and thanked as for the advice. However, after checking the price difference that is where I receive my biggest surprise not only did it cost less but had three times the warranty.If that's not a reason to go back for battery needs, what is ?

I went to Casiday Battery looking for a specific part that I was not able to find anywhere in town. I was greeted warmly by Brian, who took the time to not only give me very helpful information, but did me a real solid when my options for the specific part I was looking for were limited. Thank you Brian! You're awesome dude. Casdiay Battery has very helpful staff and are very knowledgeable. This is by far the best battery place I've ever been to in terms of helpful staff and customer service. Text book example of how to help customers!

Took my truck in to have the battery replaced. Brian and CJ had the old one out and new one installed in 15 minutes and was $60 cheaper than two other places I had quotes from. Will definitely return and highly recommend them!

From the first time that I set foot in this place I knew I was going to be a lifetime customer. The owner and staff are amazing and their batteries have outlasted any other batteries that I've bought elsewhere. They're worth every penny. They also make custom battery cables.

Great place, Rick has been here for years. Great prices and they stand behind their warranties. If you need batteries or alternator or starter tested this is the place to go.

This business has batteries , alternators and starters . Better value for way less money ... Service too ! Rebuild your alternators,generators and starters for a fraction of the cost of new or remanufactured...
