I went in today at about 2 PM PST. I am very happy with the customer service that was given at this establishment, especially from the store manager Eric. He was very polite and handsome, and had a great smile. He smelt like really good cologne and had a very slick haircut, if you ever go too our local Autozone make sure too get a good whiff of him. The brake pads they sold me were great too, fit like a glove (and smelt like him)! Only bad thing I have to say is that I didn't get to smell Eric one last time before I left.

Michael, Sherri, and Hulfrano did an amazing job helping me find parts for my truck as well as information and part numbers. They were friendly and kind while helping me sort through the potential vehicle issues I was having. 10/10 customer service and will be coming back to this AutoZone for all my vehicle needs.

I went in to AutoZone several weeks ago and needed oil for my car. I didn't have a clue what type I needed and how much I needed to put in. I very courteous young man named Joe, I believe it was, got all the information about my car and quickly got exactly what I needed. For any of things I might need for my car I will definitely look for him to help me!

One of the techs here named Zain installed a new headlight bulb for us since ours was out and we had a long trip left to go in the dark. Our car (a Chevy traverse) is super hard to change anything on and he spent over 45 minutes getting it in for us. Amazing service.

At around 11am I called Autozone and asked if they had the part I needed. The woman that answered the phone told me that they didn't have it but it will be in at 4pm. I came in at 7pm and they didn't have the part, I was upset and asked what the manager was going to do about the lack of follow through and the manager started laughing and explained to me that I could go to Orileys and get my parts, while being laughed at by the manager one of the other workers joined in. I took a photo of them and will tell everyone I know about how I was treated. Good luck doing any business with autozone in hermiston.

Associates were kind of rude, my elderly aunt called to see if they would put in headlight bulbs and they said yes. Went into the store and they basically called her a liar and said that was never saud. Went to Orileys and they went above and beyond.

I went in and purchased spark plugs and ordered spark plug wires. I was told the spark plug wires or being the next morning at 8 a.m. and someone would call me. I did not receive a phone call but I went in at 9 a.m. because that's when they open. When I showed up at 9 a.m. they were not open and there were several people including myself in the parking lot waiting for someone to come open the doors. At 9:17 to young men finally showed up and open the doors for business. Upon asking for my part that should have been delivered already that day I was informed that it would not be there until afternoon because they don't get deliveries until noon. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy returned everything that I had purchased their went across the street to O'Reilly's and purchased everything on the spot.

Great staff. Helped me exchange 2 parts that arrived faulty. Let me try out other parts in the parking lot and a multimeter without purchasing or renting to help diagnose the issue before spending more money.

Antonia Leal is the manager of the store and she is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and helpful people we have ever met. Made it here after our battery and alternator pooped out on a cross-country family road trip and she helped us get back in working order even while tending to many other customers. She was also very kind and sweet to our 2 year old who loves her. Thank you Antonia!!

I took my car battery into get charged they lost it because they left it on the counter next to the register right where I dropped it off and said they charged it but I got home with a dead battery

Sold me garbage after market brakes that lasted less than 3 months. I learned my lesson my buddy who s a mechanic warned me now I know to buy breaks from Kia. I will never do business with you guys again. I m now getting my breaks done at les Schwab metal on metal. My friend who a mechanic says you guys are known for selling garbage now I know

Good service. As long as you don't listen to the employees. Some of them know what they're talking about. But most of them offer advise that isn't accurate unfortunately. But all around they're very helpful in finding parts and tools you need. You just need to know what you're looking for.

I went in to get a new battery for my key fob, the woman that helped me was super helpful and nice and made me feel like i was at home, just down to earth and very sweet. Her and her Co-Worker James are very inviting and knowledgeable.. I will always go to autozone. Its rare to have such great customer service these days. I appreciate it thank you guys! Whenever I need auto needs you will be my go to store.

Every time I go here I have a pleasant experience and I always leave with what I came in for. By far the best AutoZone I've ever been to, and I've gone to AutoZone locations in 7 different states over a period of almost 20 years. Keep up the good work!

I was today at this store 05/28/2020 at 6:45 to buy a water pump and I had a young guy to help me on the counter and behind the counter there was the manager and a 3rd person when the guy helping me was trying to get support from his manager to ask questions about the part I m trying to buy manager ignoring him and helping people on the phone I was there for more than 20 minutes on the counter waiting and I do feel bad for the guy helping me because he apologized today was is 2nd day and he ask his manager 2 diffent times for help and we got ignored,What kind of Stuff Support or New hire training!?Or Customer Service!Is this new hire has better future anywhere else!?-5 stars

Seems every time I go to autozone I end up with a bad experience. This time it was the store manager Kyle was very rude. And as far as i am concerned Lazy, disrespectful, if this were my employee he wouldn't last long.When I arrived, one of the employee attended my needs, as I called ahead to reserve and secure a blower motor for my vehicle. I was sure to check ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed. And asked if they could pull the part to have it ready when I arrived. The employee assured me he would pull the part and I gave him my name and phone number on request. When I arrived nothing was ready as if I never called. The manager was standing alone to the side with some sort of part in his hand.another employee was on the phone to a customer and the employee of whom I talked with on the phone took care of me. He pulled the part and started checking me out, when the phone rang. Now what I don't understand is he acknowledged he had to answer the phone right at the moment I was getting ready to run my card. So after ten minutes on the phone. I began to get irritated as the manager Kyle was still standing to the side holding the same part he was holding earlier not working with any noticeable customer at the time. The other employees that was on the phone had hung up. And I thought he was going to help finish my transaction but instead went right past me and attended to a customer that just entered the store. I made comment that I'd like to finish my transaction. The manager spoke up and in a very rude tone of voice comment words that I will not soon forget and will surely take my business across the highway to O'rielys.I am through dealing with such rude children at the counter. Most everytime I go into that store I end up with a bad experience with the manager and or employees. They are of a generation that do not know how to communicate with customers in a kind way and they are unable apparently to handle a simple multitask.Where do these kids come from and and what ever happened to good work ethics.

Even when they don't have the parts that I need to get they're still nice to talk to and joke around with.Went in looking for some shocks they didn't have them in stock so I want to cross the street they did but I hate O'ReillyWhat happened to my multi colored hair buddy?

Terrible service and poor quality parts. I bought an oil pressure gauge once and part of it was bent and had stripped threads right out of the package. The manager, she told the cashier right in front of us that if we tried to return anything again to not refund it. Only thing I will buy from here is glass packs.

Really great people there! I had a breakdown and they let me tow it to the shop to buy parts to fix it in their parking lot. Talk about great guys! Five stars all the way!

Honestly, I just checked out the reviews after dealing with the worth experience In the retails with the store mngr on daily basis I deal with the biggest companies in USA and Corporates but it happens while I'm short on drivers so I take it as fun with my wife to cross country but it seems I have too be wearing my suit next time when I go to Autozo to avoid getting kicked out while I'm spending my money there since Mr Manger want feel himself with the controlling & being unprofessional yelling at me while i ask him questions make feel uncomfortable i wouldn't recommend this store to the community since they never look into it while someone else write a review and the owner ignored it
