I would recommend to stay away from this place. Charged me $100 diagnostic fee without giving me any type of cost profile beforehand.Additionally they wanted $1,200 for a job that I was quoted $700 for elsewhere. This place is an absolute rip off. There is a reason why they have such a low number of stars. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

I called and was told currently for Friday they did not have any appointments but I could drop it off or I was welcome to sit with the vehicle and they could work it in. Right away, walked in, the gentlemen that was sitting in the right corner (my apologies, I didn't catch you name), tells me it might be 15 minutes -30 minutes to pull it back. Immediately, maybe 5 minutes , Derek, came around front and I told him it's just better if I show you. They had me in and out of there with in the hour. Thanks again!! Price was definitely worth it! Customer service was A+ , definitely will be going there from now on!Service: A/C system repair

5/2/22 came in with AC problems in my Expidition. The technician diagnosed the problem , reported to me then took me out to my vehicle and showed me the issue explaining the need repairs. The work was done quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Today 7/ 22/ 22 I returned with a different issue in AC. I was the told the issue was not AC but a fan clutch and I was advised not to run the AC until the fan clutch was replaced or it may cause even more severe and very costly repairs..That is the heart of customer care.Service: A/C system repair

Very terrible customer service. I took my car in here once... Got it fixed then the same issue happened again a day later. Took it in again and the same thing happened. After the third time it was fixed for good. Got charged each time I took it back even though they did something wrong. I payed a total of 850 bucks to replace coolant hoses and the water pump. Will never go here again.

After replacing the majority of the parts in my A/C system for my Jeep I brought it to this place to get leak tested and charged. 20 min later the guy calls and says I need to stop back by. He tells me that the line is blocked and there is a "filter" in the line and that all needs to be replaced (line and filter), he says I also need to replace my fan clutch because it's not cooling the engine enough. After talking with him he makes it sound like he can do it all for 300-400$ (replace everything and recharge the system) Which is a decent price for the work to be done and I schedule an appt for the following week.When I walk in the door for my appt they hand me the bill for 600$ saying that they couldn't get the parts for as low as they quoted me. After checking around for prices I found that they were trying to charge me a 50% + mark up on parts and they wanted to charge me for over 2 hours of work at 80$ an hour.To start with the work shouldn't have taken more than an hour (they tried to tell me that it took all that time because of the fittings which really aren't that hard to disconnect) second - I am a skilled craftsman and I don't get paid 80$ an hour.After stopping at a local parts store I found out that this place has a history of trying to gouge their customers. So I called a recommended mechanic who said that the filter in the line is the only part that needed to be replaced not the whole line and if my Jeep has not had any issues with overheating I did not need the fan clutch. Which could easily be replaced at a later time if I had trouble overheating with the a/c in operation.After its all said and done the total cost of parts is 2.20$ His labor is 50$ an hour and it won't take him an hour to replace the part and charge the system.This place has lost my business not only will I never stop there again I will do my best to make sure others are aware of his dishonest business.

We lucked out and got squeezed in after they had cancellation; we are so grateful! Got us in and out super fast and the AC is blowing ice cold. Thank you Auto-Kool :)

I called to ask if they did a procedure on my car. I talked to Roy. He was extremely knowledge. He said they didn't do what I needed. He listen and told me what it could possibly be after months and months of trying different things.

I just got my air conditioner fixed at Auto cool. I don't remember what was wrong with it but I'm happy with the results. I would definitely use them again.

Had some issues with some water inside on the passenger side went on and gave them a shot 10 min. in and he had already solved my problem a little pricey but happy to have this peace of mind now

Fixed the AC in my jeep, definitely works. Professionally fixed. Reduced two stars because of the way customer service is conducted. Very rude, condescending.
