While visiting the area for a bow hunting trip with friends, my car broke down basically in the middle of nowhere while I was by myself. After a hike and a kind neighbor with a land line, I was towed 65 miles to Brannon's Auto Repair, closest to my elk camp.After working for mechanics for some time (but not being one myself), I was hopeful that these gentlemen would treat me fairly and help me get back on the road, as soon as possible. But being in the industry, I also had my reservations, since they knew I was is desperate straits.This shop and these gentlemen saved the day. The guys here went out of their way to grab the part and get my vehicle fixed in the same day, which is truly incredible considering the dearth of available auto parts in this part of Oregon. They knew I was in need and they stepped up and took care of me the way I would take care of my customers or my family.They were kind, professional, charged me far less than they could have, and got me back on the road and on to my much needed vacation. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for making a not great day turn into a situation where I was helped to remember there are good and kind people all over the world. I was on my way to an early morning hunt when my alternator failed. After daylight, I was able to make it to Brannon s Auto Repair. Marty drove me to my RV where I waited till the repairs were completed. He then delivered my vehicle to me fully repaired and I was able to make the evening hunt. He placed a priority on my repair, was courteous, professional, and actually drove to another town to get a new alternator. Highly recommended!Service: Electrical

Came in from out of state with a badly damaged front suspension. Brannon was able to get the car in quickly, diagnose and fixed very quick. Still heard a noise after test driving to find a rear wheel bearing out also. Heading home Saturday and know I won't have any worries of more repairs. Very friendly, professional and above all excellent work!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Totally wonderful customer service! I was several 100 miles from home and my camper was at Morrow when the water pump went out of my pickup downtown Heppner..Thank you for getting me back on the road in less than 2 hours...you and your guys are amazing!

Way to go Marty ! I'm so thankful that you were able to get me back into my vehicle so quickly when I locked myself out (after a medical issue a couple of years ago). And then when I insisted on paying you, you wouldn't even take any $. Thank you !
