Mike is awesome! Our slide out was installed wrong at the factory, we were beyond the warranty and Mike went to battle for us. We ended up getting some $ from the factory to help with the expense of the repair and our slide out works better than ever. Mike also got the repair done quickly so we didn't have to cancel a trip we had planned.Mike does great work. I cant recommend him enough! If you are needing a repair don't hesitate to call Mike he is our guy for everything now he knows his stuff!!

Scheduled an appointment for an install. Mike & his team never showed up and never called to reschedule. Tried to contact via phone, either line just rings busy or states the Verizon number no longer exist. Poor communication & very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

They are irresponsible and lack professionalism! Mike Apodaca come out to view the coach for insurance estimate he said the estimate would be ready in 5 days which was fine. After 7 day I tried contact him no less than 10 times! Never return my message! We then call from another number and he answered!!! Long story short he lied and made excuses and never got the estimate to the insurance or myself. Util today more than 1 month later no one has heard back from him!

These guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!I was originally referred about two years ago by a major RV chain because the chain couldn't fit me in same day. My refrigerator had gone out and the chain said West Coast will always try to accommodate if they can. Absolutely correct. Although West Coast had a full day and couldn't fit me into an actual spot Carter said swing by and he would do his best to access the problem and see if he could at least get it working so we didn't loose all our food. We took it in and both Carter and Mike were great. The problem turned out to be minor so they were able to get the refrigerator working, fixed a small leak on one of the hoses, and gave me a screen to protect my exhaust from bugs entering. When I tried to pay they wouldn't accept. They said they were happy to help. I called back over the next months to ask questions about other problems and Carter is always super helpful and knowledgeable.I live quite far from their location but because of the service we'd received the first time I decided to make the trip when I had a major problem with the slide out on my RV. Again, Mike & Carter were incredible. The work was done fast and they were super friendly. They did everything to accommodate me letting me staying on property since I'd driven so far. Most recently I decided to put in endless hot water and of course I chose to make the trip up to West Coast. Wow! These guys set the bar so hi. They are knowledgeable & friendly taking the time to help me decide what I needed. The install was fast and they explained how everything worked.Every time I get work done with these guys I am extremely impressed. On top of everything I've mentioned above the prices are reasonable and fair and they stand behind their work. If you ever have an issue they will work with you to make sure the problem is resolved and you're satisfied. Thanks to Carter and Mike and everyone at West Coast Custom Coachworks.

My Norcold fridge in our new coach was not sealing properly. I called Norcold and they have a couple certified technicians in the Eugene area. I called West Coast and they were able to come out to our RV Park space and fix the problem quickly under warranty. I was only responsible for the service call fee. Mike came out, saw the problem right away and fixed it quickly. I can highly recommend him for mobile RV repair. I scheduled another visit with him to install some new digital thermostats I've ordered to replace the crummy analog ones in our 5th wheel. And then subsequently Mike came out and installed some new bathroom sinks and faucets in our luxury 5th wheel. And on yet another occasion this summer of 2023, my microwave died and after I ordered a new one online, Mike came out while I was on a trip, accessed my hidden key and installed the new unit over the range so everything was working when I got back from my trip.

We had a brake problem and call for mobile service by West Coast Custom Coachworks. They looked at brakes, explained what needed to be done, gave estimate and we scheduled to take our motorhome to shop for work. They did exceptional work and on budget, even thought they discovered that our coach had been build making the brakes more labor intensive to fix. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. We are very please with the work done. Then we had a leak, they got us right in as we had started living full-time in the RV getting ready for an extended trip. Again very satisfied with work done. We then had some more work done, including a complete solar system installed, and ran line for our DISHTV. Mike and Carter are great, they explain everything, if there are additional charges it is explained as occurs. This is a 15 year old coach, and needed work done to get us on the road. We will be forever grateful for West Coast Customs. and look forward to working with them again for more improvements. Thanks Mike and Carter.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

If I could give a million stars I would. I have a 2016 tent trailer that was stuck in the up position and Mike came out late (dark) and helped get the trailer down. The best feeling in the world was watching that trailer go down. I then towed it their shop the next day. They were absolutely amazing the entire time my trailer was there. I was super stressed out about cost, what all needed to fixed and the length of time it was going to take. They communicated with me the entire time the trailer was there, never did anything without contacting me first and helped me with the warranty process. I definitely felt like things were being taken care of and they were friendly and professional. I will for sure be recommending them and using them for any future repairs. They even called me the next day after picking it up to check on things Thank you so much West Coast Custom Coachworks you guys ROCK!!!!

I wish it ended as positively as it began. Mike was responsive, kind and caring. Weeks turned into months of no returned calls or information from Carter regarding my hydraulic line issues. They abandoned me as a customer without any explanation. I would suggest that any customer get clear on the plan of action and accountability timeline before giving this company your warranty repair work.

Mike and crew are amazing. They are busy, but were able to work new awning topper installs for me into their busy schedule. They arrive when promised, and were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend this company.

Mike installed a new 12 volt AC in my Ram Promaster Van. It was a new unit to WKCC and came with no instructions. Thus, it took 3 visits but he persevered and left my van in better shape than it started with and in time for me to get to a family wedding. I am so grateful for his diligence and careful work. I ll be going back with my van needs. Thanks, Mike!Service: Electrical

Before I write a review of West Coast Custom Coachworks it is important for me to state that I NEVER write reviews, but I would be remiss if I didn t tell you about my recent experiences with them.I m taking a one year trip in my new RV. My heater had broken and I was unable to find any company that would be able to fix it before July. It s May now.One of the major companies gave me WCCC number. I called and explained my situation Carter explained that they were overwhelmed with work, but given my circumstances he d be happy to look at it as it might be fixed by replacing the computer board which they carry in stock.I arrived the next day after having slept in my clothes after an extremely cold night. I met Both Carter & Mike, the two owners of the company. Mike tried one of their computer boards, but unfortunately it didn t fix the problem. He called the manufacturer of my RV and he, Carter and Debbie from NEXIS RV s began a process to attempt to fix my heater. To make a long story short, what everyone thought would be an easy repair, turned into a four day process of the manufacturer sending a new furnace to them, which didn t work. Carter then found the correct unit at one of their distributors and worked along with Mike to get the manufacturer to pay for this furnace. Finally the day came to install everything and they noticed that the distributor had sent an important and incorrect piece which if they had to wait until after the holiday weekend would cause e to have to spend yet another three days in a hotel. While Mike worked to install the furnace, Carter drove 90 minutes each way to get the correct part which the distributor should have sent in the first place. The reason I m explaining in detail what happened is to show the kind of integrity both Mike & Carter displayed while fixing a problem for someone they ve never met and will probably never see again. Both of these men are truly special within an industry that is, at the very least, impersonal. They took their valuable time to make sure that the repair to my coach was completed properly not only to my satisfaction, but to their EXACTING STANDARDS.After everything was done, Mike noticed that the screws that held the white plate to the outside white wall of the coach were silver and didn t look good because they contrasted with the cover. He went to his stock and retrieved 4 screws with white heads so that the finished product was PERFECT.This is the reason I felt compelled to write about West Coast Custom Coach Works. An RV s not a small investment and repairs are often time consuming and expensive. Both Carter & Mike are the kind of professional technicians and businessmen who are rare in today s industries. If you have reason to need to get ANY KIND OF REPAIR to your RV and you are within 100 miles of this company, you must find a way to get your vehicle to Mike & Carter at West Coast Custom Coach Works. I am certain you will be ecstatic with the final result.

We have had to call two different times. We live in Washington and having a mobile service option is a life saver. Excellent service before, during and after the work was done. Very reasonable charge for the work done too. Two of our slide outs blew a motor, one with gear damage, and they were both fixed perfectly. Our bed frame also needed repair and they got to that too. They worked late to get everything done and saved our Thanksgiving. Honest, friendly, and excellent technicians.

Mike Apodaca and West Coast Custom Coachworks saved the day for us after we blew a tire on our travel trailer. 4 of us were alongside the road googling and fiddling with tools and strategies to getting the trashed tire off, when Mike and his family came to our rescue. We didn t even wave him down or have to call him for help. He just saw a family in need and stepped up to help. In no time we were safely back on the road. His kind deed was not repayable, as he wouldn t accept our money. He explained that he just wanted to help and could see we were in a bad position. Thank you so much Mike! We definitely know who to call in the future for RV repairs! Your generosity and kindness is rare and so greatly appreciated!

Nice guy who does what he can. Being short staffed isn't easy so I have no problem waiting a little bit and not get upset when other things come up that are more needing of his time. However, if you think you'll get a break by helping him out with his issues, think again. His trailers wheel bearing went out, he got it onto another trailer and got it back to the shop. I came by to check the progress off my trailer and he needed to get the trailer off the rental trailer to get it back in time to not be charged another day. I went home for my own rotohammer and bought an anchor for the concrete to help pull the trailer off the trailer. So saved him about $60-$80. Didn't really help my bill. Wanted to charge for all the connectors he used on my trailer after I went to Napa and bought him the wire he needed to wire the brakes on my trailer. So the 2-3 hrs he spent on my trailer I spent an equal 2-3 hours driving to his shop several times and helped him with his personal trailer. In other words, don't expect to get a deal by helping. It is wired nicely though. HahaI wish he could get help at the shop.Update 1-29-22 only one of the two axles brakes work.Update 2-1-22 it was a loose connector. I have fixed it.There will be no more updates.

I couldn't be happier with the expertise, time and care that Carter took to get my motorhome back on the road. We live out of state and contacted West Coast Custom Coach to get our rig road ready for us to drive it 700+ miles. We were involved in every decision, all the small details with the tune up and got daily updates on the progress of the project. He even went out of his way to make sure my wife and I made it safe from the airport to his shop. We now considered Carter and his crew friends and would highly recommend them to anyone.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I would give them 100 stars if possible. They absolutely saved us. We bought a brand new year round livable 5th wheel. After delivery we discovered electrical and dumping problems along with an awning arm bent during delivery prep. The RV location we bought it from refused to listen or fix anything. West Coast spent hours wiring, replacing and generally taking care of us. I can't imagine having anyone else take care of our little home.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Number one in customer service. Mike and Carter are two of the most experienced RV service people that we have ever worked with. Great personalities and very concerned about our situation. Quick response and able to assist us with needed warranty work. We are very happy to have found the best RV service in the area. Thanks.

I can't recommend West Coast Custom Coach enough! On two occasions in the past four months, I've called with emergency repairs on my live-in RV. Mike and Carter have gone out of their way to take care of the repairs the same day. They're fast, efficient, professional and reasonable. I will definitely call them for anything I need in the future!!

My husband and I recently bought a used motorhome. We live out of state and needed someone to make sure everything was on the up and up before we flew up to Oregon to drive it over 700 miles home. Right from the very first phone call letting them know what we needed, we were treated professionally, promptly and like a old friend. Carter went above and beyond not only doing the services that they could do but also getting our coach to the various other shops to get it road ready. We feel like we got the "family and friends" treatment and are so grateful that they took the extra time and effort. Thank you Carter for going out of your way for us, we appreciate all you have done!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes

September 14, 2020, I want to ad to my original review since I can t seem to write a new one, which I m giving another 5 stars. We just had Mike and Carter install solar panels on our new to us motorhome. We were on a time crunch to get this done and they were able to fit us into their busy schedule and made it happen. While they were here, they both checked out our motorhome to see if there were any issues that we needed to address. When we back back off our trip we will have them back out to fix the other minor issues they found. This is our first motorhome, we ve always had 5th wheels in the past and really appreciate them going the extra mile for us.July 2020, We d been dealing with several different RV establishments, won t say any names, and none of them could figure out the issue on our new toy hauler. They came to us in a timely manner, figured out the issue and fixed it. Since they were able to resolve that issue, we had them do some other work for us. We couldn t be happier with the service we received. Both Mike and Carter are very friendly and have the know how. They are now our go to RV place.

Our furnace quit working. We contacted Carter, and he and Mike came out to Triangle lake to repair it. They ended up taking it back to their shop. They repaired it and did bench testing.Mike came back out and installed it. It works like new. We would highly recommend them for any RV or manufactured home repair. Very professional.
