Sales personnel are amazing. I came in with a list of everything i wanted, and i went home same day, with everything i wanted. My trailer is made in Portland, OR, i got the split tailgate, spare wheel and mount, hitch jack, extra duty axle, polyurethane finish, and lifetime warranty on welds and construction. 15" wheels, and treated fir decking. Office gals were super helpful.

Very professional company and great employees. Shane was the guy who sold my trailer. Very fair on price and great quality trailers. I got a 2022 12'x77" utility with a spair. He made sure to get exsacly what i wanted. Primer with grey powder coat. Got in and out of there fast as well. They gained a forever customer. If you need help with any trailer needs ask for shane

Absolutely amazing service! They are short handed so have some patients it will be worth it in the end. I had to drive 2 hours and had already made a couple selections of trailers that would fit my need. They still took the time to show me other options and took into account what my needs were. In the end I purchased the trailer I had been looking at on the website but their selection is unbelievable. Please if you are in the market for a trailer I highly suggest Diamond K!

Doors break the lights: I bought a GR stock trailer from Diamond K. GR Trailers could improve by actually using trailers so they know what is needed. When the back door and side door on my 16' stock trailer doors are opened, it breaks the rear and side marker lights. There were no bumper stops to prevent this from happening. When I found out that the back one gets broken, I informed the dealer and the manufacturer sent a new light. But then I find out the side door breaks the side marker and they never sent me a replacement for that one. Nor did they send me the stops to prevent it from happening. It has been months since I contacted them about this. And that is not all. They don't put tie hooks to tie horses in the front. All stock trailers should have tie hooks. If one ties on one of the side bars, then the horses are too far back and one can't close the center gate. I had to install tie hooks. And one more thing, the license plate goes in front of the light for it! Oh, that makes sense! I won't be needing anymore GR trailers.

Quick to take your money but customer service is lacking. Owner will walk by you and not help you or acknowledge you. I waited a long time to be helped even though I was told my trailer was ready to be picked up. To top it off the 7 way plug was too short to reach my truck and the owner came over to look at it and walked away without saying anything. I'm tired of poor customer service and the same excuses. The saleman I dealt with was extremely nice and apologized before I left.

Tried really hard to get a truck box for my truck. Got every excuse why they didn't get back to me. Even stopped in person and got a few questions were answered but no follow through.Ended up getting a Hillsboro brand one off Hwy 99 south of Corvallis. Much better quality for sure.

These guys are awesome! I love my new MaxxD dump trailer. Tyler and Tracy even helped me figure out why my trailer lights wouldn't work, and fixed them. Thank you so much!!! Definitely worth the drive from Portland!

I can't say enough about the support we get when calling Diamond K Sales. Our initial sale was great and the after support for upgrades, extras and warranty work was second to none. I ve just dealt with Laura on the phone so far for my work and she has been exceptional from the beginning! Even knowing that our conversation would not result in a sale she has gone above and beyond in helping me with the questions I had and making sure that I was taken care of. She is genuine and leaves a lasting impression on what customer service should look like. I would highly recommend going through Diamond K Sales any time!!!

Great experience while there, asked to order a under body tool box. They said they needed to contact the supplier and would e-mail me the next Monday. No e-mail, so I sent one to them, never got a reply. I called and spoke to someone, they said they'd call me back and never did. I called the next week, "oh, you are the one that wanted the white one ". They even knew who I was! Said they'd have the guy call me back. A month later I'm going somewhere else and that goes double for buying my trailers.

We love our PJ dump trailer that would purchased from diamond K trailers in Halsey Oregon.The staff was wonderful to work with and made our purchase a relaxing and simple process. I will send all my friends and family interested in any type of trailer to see them. Sincerely Ron and Bindy

Top notch, I had to talk to them a few times and got some mixed results on the phone calls, but in the end it worked out really well, Bought some underbox truck boxes from them and had their installer across the street install them. I am most pleased with how the transaction and installation was done. If I had to do it again, I would probably just drive in and talk to them face to face, they are pretty busy in and out of the office so face to face would be the best.Thanks Diamond K Sales!

Called three different times trying to see if they had a flatbed in stock that would fit my truck. And three different times I was told that they would take my information and call me back. This ever happened. Needless to say my experience with the customer service here was poor. I was ready to buy if they had a flatbed that fit my truck. But they would not call me back, and inform me on their inventory. I will be taking my business elsewhere. A every frustrating experience.

we purchased a trailer from here and would never recommend using this business for anything... unless you have a serious hankerin for bad customer service. Royal(the owner) got our order wrong which thankfully we caught. When I drove down to get some paper work squared away(because he couldn't be bothered to call back) the office lady was new so she needed help... dude wouldn't even look at me while I talked to him, just stood there eating his freakin carrots, scribbled his signature on the paper and walked out. we need a tilt deck and an enclosed trailer and we will not be buying from these guys again.

Called them in September of 2021 for a flatbed for my 2021 Ram 3500 and was told Derek would call me back. Waited over a week, still no call. Called back and was told the same thing.I called again in November of 2021 for the same flatbed and was told Derek will check our yard and call you back . Waited two weeks into December and STILL no call back.It is now February of 2022 and no one from Diamond K Sales (including Derek) has called me back!I ended up going down to White City, OR and CBarC Trailer put on a CM truck bed flatbed on my truck and they were awesome to work with.Please keep in mind, my company has boughten two $15,000 PJ trailers from these guys and they still don t give me the time of day. I ll be buying my PJ s somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.

Really nice people. They were really busy when i showed up that day but staff would find a moment to help with any questions i had. I got a good deal and was very happy with customer service. Before i took off they did a finale trailer check and made sure wheels were torqed down, tires aired up and all lights worked on the trailer. I will tell anyone lookin for a trailer to try Diamond K Sales 1st!

Picked up a today trailer today drove 80 miles to get what I wanted. What a great place I was so impressed with the staff and their inventory. I have been looking for a while and found the perfect trailer here. I have shopped many places over the years and by far this is the best I have ever been , worth the drive even coming from another state.

I spent over $14,000 on a trailer. When I received it there was a dead battery for the power tail, 2 boards were warped and the trailer was filthy. Derek said he would register the trailer with the DMV and bring us the plates and replace the boards at no charge. After more than 4 months and 7 phone calls including talking to John, and leaving 2 messages for Royal, still no plates and no boards. Finally I drove the 40 minutes and talked to Royal, expecting him to just do what was promised. Instead he said I had to pay for and file with DMV myself. Not what I was promised. HE ALSO SAID HE WOULD BRING ME THE BOARDS, but said he could not install them because he didn't have the correct tool, REALLY!?! He owns a trailer company. How am I supposed to change the boards if he can't. That was over a month ago and still no boards. I have never dealt with a company that is so bad at returning calls, communicating with customers and doing what they promised. There appears to be a major lack of integrity within this company. I would recommend giving your hard earned money to someone else.

I have had very professional but enjoyable experience with Derrick and all of the employees at Diamond K. I took a while to find just the right trailer for me and decided on a 8'x16' gooseneck/dump bed trailer. From the owner to mechanics all were very enjoyable to talk and work with. I received everything that I was looking for and more. I would refer Derrick & crew at Diamond K Sales in Halsey,Oregon to anyone and everyone. I was and still am a customer & not in any other way connected to them. R/S KEITH NEILL Gysgt USMC ret.;( ;( ;(It has been a couple of years since the 1st review as seen above. I have bought 2 trailers from Derrick with one a 5 ft x 10 ft. dump and the other the 8 ft x 16 ft. dump. All payments up front. I enjoyed good service. A couple of months ago Derrick and I had discussed the length, weight requirments and tie down rings etc. for a new 26 ft.utility trailer for my ranch. The first call a few months ago went well but I guess Diamond K Sales is to big and don't need my bussiness .For what ever reason the need to be professional or even polite has been lost to Derrick. When trying to actually get the 26 ft. heavy utility trailer ordered I could never get any answers. The last time that I talked with Derrick {after 4 to 5 attempts via office folks] he made some comment to me about "why don't I go play with crayons" or something to that respect.I payed up front for both trailers and it would be the same for a $26,000.00 trailer. I am sorry that his bussiness ethics have changed and with that so has my opinion of doing business with Derrick AKA Diamand K Sales.r/s Keith Neill GySgt. USMC ret.

From the time we got there the sales people and owner was friendly and helpful thruout the entire process. They helped us with a complete checkout on the trailer including a thorough explanation of all operations on the trailer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer of any type.
