Everything about our buying experience at Weston Kia was fantastic. We had determined we wanted a Carnival EX and we're struggling to find one in stock locally. Weston had one, and agreed to hold it for us while we drove from nearly an hour away. When we arrived it was waiting for us indoors off the showroom (and out of the wind!). Two and a half hours later and we were out the door with our brand new Kia! No pressure. No hardcore up-selling. The whole process was easy and the sales team laid back and friendly. We also appreciated the clean and appropriately appointed showroom. Definitely a place we can recommend!

Huge thanks to Weston Kia and their salesman Russ. We had been in the market for a new car for a while and couldn t decide if we should stick with ford or try something new. I m very happy we went to Weston Kia because if we hadn t, we would have never met this amazing salesman named Russ. He wasn t pushy, let us take all the time we needed to look over the vehicle, and gave us our space so we didn t feel over crowded or felt like someone was eavesdropping while my wife and I looked over the vehicle. If it wasn t for his attitude and professionalism, we may not have bought the car. Can t wait to see how this new Kia Telluride does!! Thank you Russ! Had a great time working with you!

I have been a customer of Weston Kia for 15+ years and found their service department stellar, but not anymore. It has been very difficult to get an appointment to have an oil change or any other services done, no one answers the phone or returns your calls. They are quick to sell me a vehicle and send emails requesting referrals, but not so quick to address my vehicle service needs. Unfortunately, my last few visits and non stellar service has made me feel like an unwelcomed customer and a bother, so I will be taking my business elsewhere after all these years.

Absolutely LOVED my first brand new solo car-buying experiece at Weston Kia. They really went above and beyond to show me that they valued my business. They listened and took extra steps to make the process easy and as comfortable as possible. Every person there was respectful, courteous, and professional. Their commitment to excellence is palpable. Highly recommend!

Top-Notch Service from Russ at Weston Kia! I recently had an awesome experience with Russ, a fantastic car salesman at Weston Kia. I bought my first car, 2016 Kia Soul, from Weston Kia back in 2016. Was super happy and loved that car, and I thought I would return to upgrade. In 2023, Weston Kia seems too big and WAY too cocky. No deals, no wiggle room. Save your time. No alternative options offered. Once they mind up their mind, I was yesterdays news.I went to Power Kia and got a BETTER deal than I went in for. Clean, transparent, friendly and they delivered for free. No fuss. Awesome experience!

Not impressed at all with the service department. We have tried multiple times to make an oil change appointment for my mom's Kia Soul. We never get return phone calls and when we try to schedule it online or through the app, we get a message that someone will reach out to us to make the appointment. It never happens. Even though this dealership is literally a mile from her house, I guess we will have to drive 20 miles out of our way to a dealership that actually responds to service requests.I realize places are shorthanded, I myself work in a service department. However, good manners is to contact the customer back when they try and schedule work.

Amazing experience i am currently rebuilding my credit. Of course its case by case depending on most recent non-payments. At Weston Kia not only they will strive for you, as your advocate and provide you with different options that best fits your needs. Thank you for the hard work and dedication. As a sales service agent you spend on a daily with us customer and provide excellent, and outstanding professionalism service. Keep up the wonderful job! Weston Kia is the pinnacle of car dealerships. From a clean exterior to interior, the presentation is top notch. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, with the high light being my salesman Russ. Superbly knowledgeable about cars from inside and out, and very well at articulating it to me (cars are NOT my first language!). I couldn t be more happy with my decision to go to Weston Kia, and I am going to come back specifically for Russ when I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Kia vehicle from Michael Motzer at Weston Kia, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the dealership to the moment I drove off in my brand-new Carnival, every aspect of the process was smooth, professional, and customer-centric.The first thing that struck me was the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. All of the staff at Weston were all warm and pleasant, making me feel comfortable and at ease from the get-go. Michael, in particular, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping make sure that I was satisfied with my choice.As a Black woman buying a car on my own I thought I knew what to expect but I was completely shocked when Michael treated me with respect. We had agreed to a price on the phone that both of us thought was fair, but I had seen videos on how dealerships will bait and switch or add on ridiculous fees, especially if you do not finance through them. I was legitimately shocked when Michael told me that they do not play those games at Weston and that he was honoring the price.Weston genuinely cares about creating life long customers and I, now, consider myself among them.I would also like to add that Nikita Blinov in finance was such a sweetheart and even though I didn't need their financing he was still very helpful.Thank you so much Michael and Nikita. I love the Carnival!

Approx 11am Wednesday October 18th I went to Weston Buick Kia off of stark and 223rd . Walk in. I came to buy..I was in the show room for a few minutes where I made eye contact with 3 Salesmen . Not even a single hello or we will be right with you was said to me .I waited for my family member to use the restroom and again I made eye contact with sales manage, a green pea, and a dinosaur .When my family member came out of restroom I said to my family let's go check out Honda. I stood between the silver Corvette and the SUV Buick in your showroom.Nothing.... no trying to stop up us from leaving or anything . It was quieter than a church in that showroom .I'm currently sitting at Tonkin Honda down the street. The salesman greeted us on the lot.He did his job and wasawesome . I'm buying a Car from him and Tonkin .Weston has a great reputation and your service department is awesome . Today the Sales team dropped the ball . Get back to the basics, guys .Devin

We bought a 2018 Mercedes Isata Motorhome from Scott and his team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used RV. Everything was thoroughly inspected and cleaned. The technician, Ryan, spent two hours teaching us EVERYTHING we needed to comfortably use our new to us RV. From operation, to generator, to winterizing They pride themselves in customer service and they did not disappoint. We had a couple little issues that they took care of without question and have been helpful if we've had questions. Thank you Scott!!! Absolutely LOVE our RV.

We had the most amazing experience buying our first brand new car at Weston Kia. We worked with Joe and he was amazing! We had looked for the perfect car for over a month and we dealt with a few dealerships and they don t compare to this one! Joe was able to get us approved within less than an hour and even before going in to the dealership! Once we went in to sign the paperwork, we were out of there within an hour. He explained every detail very well and was very responsive when my husband and I had questions. These guys made everything super easy and did not waste our time! I m happy with our purchase and with their amazing customer service! They truly make you feel like they care! Thanks guys and thank you Joe for all your help!

Bought a car here for my daughter last week and she loves it. A young man named Russ helped me and he was very knowledgeable. I told him what kind of car my daughter was looking for and he knew exactly what to show me. Overall he really elevated my experience shopping here and I would recommend anyone who s looking for a car to check this place out.

Our service advisor is Nathan and we ve actually had an awful experience. I have never been so disappointed in a service, especially one I paid so much for. My car was in for a check engine light check. They had my car with ZERO communication for TWO WEEKS. I never got a call back when I called every time. Then 2 days after getting my car back the check engine light is on again. They ve now had my car for another 5 days, we had to call to get an update and they finally told us it would be ready tonight. We show up to pick up the car and they inform us there was nobody in to work on it. They have had our car for a total of almost 3 week and their solution is to try back and get a rental car. EXTREMELY upset, and would never recommend that anyone visit this location for services.

Karar was amazing and super helpful throughout the whole process! This was my first time buying a car on my own he was super personable and friendly the whole time. He didn t pressure me into something that I didn t want. I was very apprehensive coming into a dealership, but by the time we left we felt like we had made a great decision coming into this location. Russ is a game-changer! I went to three other dealers before meeting Russ. They were all rude, and I felt like they just wanted to make a quick sale. Russ on the other hand is a different story. From his in-depth car knowledge to the smooth buying process, he's the real deal. Transparent, friendly, and efficient. If you want a stress-free car purchase, Russ is your guy. Highly recommended!

Awesome courteous service advisor Nathan not only met my needs but exceeded my expectations while making the price of my service the cheapest of the 3 Kia dealerships that I called. Extending savings with top tier service and highly knowledgeable service from my service advisor Nathan has me willing to recommend their service center over any other in the region and I have been to quite a bit of them. I will be returning for all my Kia service needs in the future.

Very friendly group of people. We dealt with Brad and it was a total stress - free environment. He communicated everything very well leading up to the date of taking delivery of the car, which was nice because my wife and I were from out of town. Everything in the car was gone over with us before we left the dealership. He showed us the service department even though we live 3.5 hours away. The overall experience was a 10/10.

From my first call for a service appointment, care was shown all the way. Texts and calls kept me informed of the progress. An offer of transport to and from the center is more than the dealer who sold me the car. They are great!

Karrar was absolutely great to work with when buying 2 cars with my parents. He was respectful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience really quick and efficient.
