This place sucks I had them do my brakes and they kept changing the price and when I went to pick my car up they told me my ebrake line was broken even though it wasn't broke when I dropped it off and when I took the mechanic to my car and showed him how to pump the ebrake handle to prime the ebrake and showed him the ebrake was not broken and he was just stupid. Don't take your car here they are winging it probably watching YouTube videos to fix your vehicle

I asked around for a qualified, reasonably priced mechanic and I kept hearing the same name: Vo's, Vo's, Vo's. Not only is this a great shop, they're ridiculously fast and friendly. I've been trusting VO with my auto repairs for close to 20 years, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. He does quality work for close to half of what other shops charge and he also does everything he can to save you money. Like troubleshooting issues before coming in and his turn around is quick! No 1 week in the shop. You'll have your car back the same day or shortly thereafter. I've had my car towed 30 miles to him and still saved money. He's told me before that by being affordable and taking good care of his customers, it will bring him more business. That's 100% true. I send everyone I know to him. Plus, he and his wife are super nice people!

I called about my radiator and they said they can't help me because they can't get the part. The parts are available everywhere and easy to get. I told them I'll go get the part if they don't want to and then they said no your car is too old.It's unfortunate they looked for a reason to no work on my car even though it is easy to work on, not too old, and parts are readily available.So much for the good reviews.

My wife and I have used Vo's for 20 years. They are the best mechanics in Gresham. Very fair and they seem to be able to work on any car. For the past 4 years they have worked on a BMW 328i. So they are flexible. Fair prices too.

I have been doing business with Vo for nearly 20 years. His work is great.He is honest, his final bill is equal to or less than his estimate.Today, He helped me out of a time crunch problem i had even though he was busy and short staffed.I can not say enough nice things about this family run business!Thank you Vo

Car was over heating. We replaced it three months ago by another person . Called here to ask for help. They found found out the thermostat wasfrozen. They did an amazing job. Very honest My friend sister passed away and came in town for her. They helped him and they fixed it same day. Vo and his wife are straight shooters and they have helped me out so much this past year on my aging Subaru. I am rough on my car and have put a lot of miles on it since purchasing it. They are fair and practical and they consistently have made sure that they can help me prioritize what I need to get done. Please give this small auto body shop your business! You won t regret it!

Been taking my cars here for years. He's super honest which in itself makes it significantly cheaper then anywhere else I've gone. Prices are a little higher now that he's in a new building but it makes sense since the facilities seem a lot nicer. I can't say it enough, having a mechanic that you actually are able to trust that doesn't try to use fear to upsell you on every filter, blinker fluid top off etc is so important. Will even tell you if it's cheaper for you to find your own used part for them to install. Only possible negative thing I can think of is there is a mild language barrier at times over the phone but maybe it's just me either way I don't care I'm still coming back

Based off of what friends have told me about their experience, and also did not post a review, i would like to make a suggestion. When a customer comes in an asks for a specific repair, do that. Feel free to suggest other repairs you might think or know to be required, but by all means do not remove every fuse that isnt required to start or drive the vehicle. Give your suggestion and/or recommendation and respect the customers decision after informing them. Dont take it upon yourself to do what you want without the owners knowledge or approval.

They got me back on the road quick. Replaced my alternator and did a great job given the fact that Volvo's are a pain to work on. Highly recommend these folks! Owners are super nice!

A friend recommended this repair shop because they like Vo so much. They were right to recommend him, as he is an incredibly well-informed, respectful, decent person who will give you proper treatment and provide automotive repair for a fair price. It s always stressful to experience car trouble on a road trip, but he made it especially stress-free for me. Check out Vo. He s the best!Service: Electrical repair

called a week ago to make an appointment to get a quote for fixing our rack and pinion, told to come in on the 5th at any time of day to get our car inspected and a quote for the repair cost.we just went in and were told "oh Vo's on lunch" so we asked when would be a good time to come back, "oh no not today, we're booked"so we basically made an appointment and waited a week for nothing. unbelievably rude. huge waist of time

Vo's Automotive is the absolute the Best place to take your Vehicle for any problems. For close to 27 years I have taken my cars, My Daughters, and now my grandkids cars to Vo's. Before retiring I was an independant car dealer and have literally had Vo's work on over 100 different cars and trucks...I would say 95% of mechanics out there will do what they can to get your bill as high as possible but this is NOT the case with Vo. You can drop your Auto off there and rest assured that you will have excellant results and were charged for nothing more than what was needed.... Vo's Automotive is pretty much a 1 of a kind Business... A+++++++ ALL THE WAY!!!!.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been going to Vo's for YEARS! Many of my friends and coworkers also use Vo's. I have never heard anything but people singing their praises.. my personal experiences have been great. I am always treated fairly, with professionalism and honesty that seems to be rare in this business. Also, I am never left without my car for long. They provide fast, friendly and professional services and they do it right. I have NEVER had a complaint about the work, the workers, the owner or his wife. I can't stress enough how much I love this place! HIGHLY RECVOMMEND!!!

Wow! Life saver! My RV's cab A/C stopped working, rather blowing warm air. I tried to recharge it myself but it only got the clutch to engage, then disengage, so it wouldn't cool down. I knew I had a leak. I was on a tight deadline to get it fixed as we were going camping in 4 days and it was going to be 90 degrees so it would have been a miserable drive! I called several other places and they couldn't help in time. I went to this place and while their faculty couldn't handle an RV technically the owner talked to me and I think he could see I was desperate to attempt to get a fix done ASAP. He helped me pull it in to his facility as best as we could fit it and he did a leak test on the AC unit. Found the leaks and replaced the valves and leaked tested again, found it was fixed. He recharged my AC and I was back in business! Now I could tolerate driving it in this 90 degree weather! Mind you he did this work based on me just driving up and having no appointment. He literally squeezed me in between other cars he was working on and he was short staffed that day. I can't say enough positive things about this place. By the way the cost was absolutely reasonable. I would have spent more on two recharge cans of AC freon from an auto store. I will be returning! If you want an honest answer and honest repair done to your car for a fair price, then you need to give Vo your business!

01 Acura CL Type S. Fast service, great work and everything was great afterwards. Price was very reasonable. Replaced timing belt and water pump same day with high quality parts. What I woild have used myself. Would have done this myself but had hand surgery the day before so it was physically impossible for me to do this. I woildnt trust any other place besides the dealership. Highly recommend Vo's and will be going there again when situations arise where I need to.

If you take your car somewhere else you are getting ripped off. I can not say enough good things about Vo's Auto Repair. I took my car there once because I thought the power steering pump was dead. Turns out it was just a belt. They could have charged me for a new pump etc... but instead they charged me for the part ($5.00) and 20 MINUTES of labor. The car was done fast and right. They are wonderful. I've had lots of other work there and have been equally impressed every time. If there is one bad thing to say, I would like to see his English improve as communication can be a little bit challenging. They more than make up for it in service and quality. Awesome shop.

Phenomenal work!! Went in for brake pads and had no idea my rotors were shot as well. Other shops wanted around $300 just for the brake pads but Vo's did that and the rotors for less. They even were patient while waiting for parts to be delivered and finished the job as quickly as they could. I really appreciate their great work and budget friendly prices.

Just got my intake manifold replaced (2011 Golf GTI) for 1/3 of the price of competitive shops. I know it's high quality work since my dad has been going to Vo for the last 15 years and he is always pleased with his work.Quality work, Unbeatable Prices and all done in a timely manner.Very pleased with the service and believe they have found a life-time customer! :)

I have never been to an auto shop that was unfailingly straight with me on what actually does or does not need to be fixed... Vo's Auto is the exception. They always err on the side of frugality which I deeply appreciate (although they will do whatever work you ask them to do and they will do it quickly and well).10 years of my loyal patronage and I'm sure I'll be giving them many more!

Brought my car in for a clicking noise in my engine that was getting progressively worse. I was told the noise was coming from my motor mounts. They quoted me the price of 420.00 dollars to change out two of my motor mounts. After the service was done I drive off their lot just to hear the same annoying sound. I drive straight back tell them the sound was never resolved. I have a mechanic ride along and leave the vehicle another day. They don't call. I call them and they say that I have to much oil in my car and that they THINK it is a timing chain issue. What is funny is that THEY replaced my timing chain, belt, and tensioner two years and 20,000 miles ago and a 1000.00 out of pocket. I bring all my concerns up and absolutely no concessions are made and they just argue their point. I feel like I was taken and I won't do business with them. Poor customer relations! Update: I towed my vehicle to another mechanic to resolve the matter and he found out that I had practically no oil. All they had to do was put oil in my car. If they cared they would of taken me seriously and looked into it. Also it would have been little out of pocket to make a happy satisfied customer. Pure negligence....

There is no mechanic more honest & trustworthy than Vo. Many times he never even charged me for things he did. Very reasonable rates, excellent work & you know you will always get the straight scoop with what's wrong with your car. I've been using Vo for years & will never go anywhere else again.Can't say enough good things about him.

Vo watches out for your money too. Though at first disappointing , he recommended we wait to fix my car because of its mileage. They were extremely helpful. I'm one of those people that knows NOTHING about cars. No I mean literally nothing. I never feel stupid or taken advantage of. They work on my car pretty much "same day" and the prices are extremely reasonable. The work was done well and for a reasonable price.
