Thank you Alec for being an amazing help! It took us quite some time to install our own stereo w/steering wheel controls and back up camera and Alec was there for us the whole way!! He was so patient and kind and will recommend him to anyone!

I needed a kill switch put in my car to satisfy my insurance since I'm driving a kia!! Alec has went above and beyond to help me. He provided great customer service and communication. I really appreciate all the extra effort Alec has put in!! Thank you Stereo King

Our experience today with stero king was professional, kind , respectful, and straight forward on fixing are car alarm issue . I would recommend them . Very quick and pice was far. Thanks Alax and steve .

I was helped by Jason and one other gentleman at the counter, they were the best. Very friendly and efficient. I bought a Groupon and I usually get people rolling their eyes but they were actually happy. Once my car was done Jason called me and when I picked up my car he showed me how to use the auto start then he had me do it while he watched me to make sure I understand. They answered all of my questions. Best customer service ever. I will be coming back to get a few more things for my car. Thank you Jason and your team for such great customer service and we will see you soon.

Customer service was good, price was good. everything was good, until I picked up my car, And got it home. They broke my back seat, basically just floating there. Of course they said they didn't do it, But said they would pop it back in place. The tabs are snapped were it gets screw down. My advice, walked around the car with the installer. Do an inventory of your car before you drop it off. Now I have to go by part of a backseat.

I called ahead to make sure the store had the stereo (other materials) on hand to replace my old car stereo. I got there just before opening on a Saturday morning. When I went in only one of the 4 employees was wearing a mask and when I spoke to the one person who was masked I was told that it would take 4-5 hours. No masks and crazy long install times = trip to Car Toys (even though they're more expensive). Not a good experience.

They installed a 2-way alarm system with remote start on my car, removed the old alarm, charged me less than they estimated and got it done in half the time they said it would take. It has all worked flawlessly since and my dad had them install a deck in his truck about a year ago and he loves it. I came back a few weeks later because a light in my car had stopped working and they found a loose connection that was unrelated to their install but they still corrected it at no charge. I highly recommend this place!!

These folks installed my Kenwood 710G and antenna mount on the rear hatch. Excellent and thorough attention to detail. Pricing was a bit high but worth it. All items installed in perfect condition and as requested. Exceeded expectations

Great place nice staff. Very professional. Help me out and didn't make me feel stupid when I didn't know what some stuff was. Don't go to outrageous audio. They are Unfriendly. Inpatient t, rude and try to charge u extra for stuff u don't need and out dated stuff. Thanks God stereo king saved the day. Was mad leaving outrageous audio. Went in to stereo king was greeted nicely and made my day better you guys are awesome.

So I spent just over $1000 on a new set up. Everything from the deck to amp and subs. I would think that when they forgot to give me my wireing harness and I had to drive back to get it, that they would have given me the harness for free. It's a $15 item and in my opinion good customer service after a new customer first time in the store spends a thousand dollars you could afford to give them a little something! That would have made me a customer for life! Unfortunately now I will never return. And it's a bummer cause I'm ready to add another JL w3 12" sub and another punch 500. Basically another $700 I'd be spending. Now I have to order it..

Lots of car stereo businesses throughout our lovely City and one of my favorite places to go for my car stereo needs and repairs is Stereo King on Stark Street going out towards Gresham. I have always been treated like royalty and I have always left with car stereo equipment and installation and I didn't break the bank. These guys are very skilled and are very very good at what they do. I have read some negative reviews but I don't believe it because most certainly you can easily blow your budget with some of the truly outstanding equipment that these guys sell. And that's what they're doing... Selling. I have been to other car stereo facilities and businesses and they are very slick Leah run and have lots of lights and inventory and most certainly a car stereo unit blaring some loud music. Stereo King is low profile. You walk in and you most certainly know what you want in your car and they have a ton of inventory........ and I highly recommend Stereo King Gresham. I have their equipment in all three of my cars and I recommend them to friends all the time. You certainly get what you pay for these days and these guys at Stereo King dual a very very nice job of not breaking the bank and staying within your budget.

Best shop in town. Excellent customer service, excellent knowledge. Always happy to listen, help, and deliver. Easy choice if youre are looking for an honest, reliable outfit. Nothing but good here.

I just bought a new Fiesta ST, and wanted to upgrade the sound system a bit. I've always had distinctly positive experiences with this Stereo King location, so I popped out to see Jason and Jeff, to see what we could do to bolster the sound quality in the car.Jason took plenty of time in explaining different options for my particular vehicle, and made some suggestions based on what I expressed being important to me. Jeff echoed Jason's product recommendations, and they both jumped on the installation to minimize my down time as a self employed customer. Eventually the store got busy, and Jason returned to the front while Jeff completed the installation. One thing that always stands out to me about these guys, is their respect for my vehicles. I'm not a wealthy guy, but do take care of whatever I own or lease-and these guys really seem to share that mentality. Jeff's work is flawless as usual, and it occurs to me that service like this has really become fairly rare.I couldn't be happier with their product suggestions-the stereo sounds great, and the pricing was very competitive. I wish I ran into employees like this in other businesses, but such is life-just gotta value the positive experiences where we can.

Came in early on a rainy Sunday morning and had my subs and amp installed within a couple hours. Knowledgeable, honest, and effective. Also, willing to price-match reasonable competitor offers. Installs are clean, relatively affordable, and done by licensed professionals. Recommended.

I went needing a new keyless entry for my older car. They fit me in the same day I walked in. Everything was done in 40 minutes and for considerably less than car toys. None of the customer service people pushed me into buying anything I didn t say I wanted. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I have to admit I was not very impressed at all by the service I received from Stereo King... They rate way below the options I could pick from to give my review. The employees treat you like crap and anything you say they just blow off and do it their way which is usually not that great of workmanship and costs you way more than what they quoted you originally. I had a alarm system put in by them and I asked them if they knew what they were doing since it was a different brand than what they have in the store. They ensured me that they knew exactly what they were doing. 6 hours later I got my car back and the alarm was working but not to the standards they said it would be... A month and a half latter my whole Alarm System Brains were fried and nothing worked. This all happened from the way they installed it which was completely half A**ed (I found this out after the fact upon examining it myself). Most of the wire connections were put together in a scary way, and was surprising that it even worked. Worse of all they had a direct wire running from my battery to my alarm's main sensors and brain. If I would have known they were like this I wouldn't of gone to them. I am done with this place and am NEVER going back!! I hope people see this and think twice before going to them for anything.

Love the guys here jeff and jason . They do an amazing job. They have always given helpful professional advice. They've been there as long as I can remember. I trust there word they've never left me unsatisfied.

I went to outrageous audio first and all they wanted to do is sell me the most expensive amplifier they had. I then went to Stereo king Gresham and they started asking me questions to make sure I got the best amplifier for the type of subwoofer I was going to use. They are also super friendly and knowledgeable. I will differently be back.

Bought a basic pioneer stereo, had an issue that was probably a loose face plate, the guys quickly found all to be well with the wiring. I decided to upgrade to a Bluetooth deck which they did in maybe 20 minutes. I came back a few days later with another issue with a stuck faceplate. They found out the trim didn't fit and fixed it. I appreciate that they worked quickly and treated my little issues like they mattered, because they mattered to me.

I just left Stereo King. Went to have an alarm installed on my company work van, I was quoted $187, which seems reasonable. About 45min into the installation a worker came and asked if I wanted door pins and that my price now would be $200. As I was paying I was told that my price was actually $417....they charged me an extra $200 for two door pins.When I explained that I was told $200, they said that NO it was $200 for the door pins, if I only wanted to pay $187 for an alarm why would I double my price for two door pins??I've brought my person vehicle there numerous times and also company vehicles. They just lost a valuable customer.

People working there were super friendly but when I thought about buying my car alarm there I asked to give a lifetime warranty and they said one year or you can spend $59 to add three more years to our warranty when several other places give you a lifetime warranty so if you're planning on keeping your car longer I would probably go somewhere else

Had my stereo done about two years ago. A few days ago my stereo died for no reason. Me being me I was to tired to take care of it turned out it was just a fuse in the engine. In and out super quick. Super professional. I would definitely recomend !

beyond happy with the deal I got from Stereo King. I have a Honda Accord 05 and the dreaded stock stereo failed. (I am not alone)First the light goes, then if you start hearing random speaker booms and it goes off and on all the time you are about to lose yours too! Honda doesn't seem to care and I heard they will replace the faulty stock stereo with a new faulty one for a mere $600.00. Not in my budget. Honda accord has two options for after market Stereo kits.. leave the bad one in the dash and install a new one under it. I really didn't want that look. I wanted to swap out the upper part. A little more money to replace the whole panel. After shopping around the quotes were about as much as Honda. But I kept trying to find a better deal for what I wanted. Thanks to the manager to Stereo King he made a few phone calls and matched the price I found for the after market kit and got me a really good deal on the install I wanted. Beating the other stores by over $100.00 and installed it the same day. This was my second install from these guys and every time I shop around both times I ended up here.

Stereo King is my go-to car electronic toy store. They helped me choose a replacement dash bd system for my Tundra. Walked me thru the choices and did the install on the spot. I couldn't be happier. They also sold and installed a dash system on my sister's F350 that's a vast improvement over stock. Also, they did the wiring for my ham radio (that I supplied) and a back up cam. These guys are good.

I would strongly recommend this location to anyone. The staff has been great from sales to instalation and warranty. For the ones looking for cheap products this is not the place (try walmart) but if you are looking for quality with a reputable company... Stereo King is the place. Special thanks again to the staff and management for the great customer service and we'll see you soon for our next purchase and install.

Installation and sale was good, but watch out for that 90-day financing option(the finance company charges you 10 percent up front, even if you pay the total within 30 days, and you don't find this out when you're filling out the application---you don't find out until later).

Went in around 3pm to look at some speakers. I saw some I wanted took them up to the front and I asked the gentlemen there how much they were going for. He told me they were on sale for $70. On amazon i saw them for $57.99. Was hoping they would price match. He told me he could do $65. So I decided to look elsewhere. When I couldn't find the same speakers anywhere I came back hoping he would sell them for $65. At this time the guy had left l, this time is was some other guy. Just for kicks I asked him how much it was. Comes back and tells me they were $100... Really? He would even do the "Sales" price. This is how a business... goes out of business. Keep at it guys your doing great. Never going back.

Rip offs do not shop here they charged me $99 for a part that cost $40. Unfortunately I had a friend buy the part for me and now I can't even return it since all sales are final I am very unhappy with their "nobody beats the king" slogan since It is not true. A bunch of con artistsOutrageous audio could have hooked me up way cheaper thanks for nothing Stereo Queens
