Good service you get from a smaller shop . They do get booked up fast so get on their schedule for routine work . They got my car in and out in 2 days for a no start no run issue . They have a fenced in area if you drop you car off during business hours or they have after hours drop box , but then your car stays out in the open lot until they open in the morning .

I had a nail in my gas tank. Orient Auto got my 2022 Telluride fixed up in just a few days for a great price. Thank you for the excellent service and care of my vehicle! Will always be a customer of Orient Auto!!

We have been using Orient Auto for over 30 years and have sent family and friends with high recommendations to use you as a local company never had any issues. But, after picking up our car last week I was truly disappointed when the front desk would not allow the use of the $100 off coupon to be applied to service of $1000 or more (which you sent to us), as it seemed like it was too inconvenient to work this in. I hope the customer service gets better, as now we are getting emails from you regarding service for our other cars.Respectfully,

Had a leak spotted and fixed on my Tacoma, as usual im happy with Orient Auto , they do excellent work, there always the same people im dealing with not a rotating crew, very reliable , dependable, and honest.

I had a great experience with my last service experience. The staff is friendly and effective. Things were done in a timely maner and the communication was great. I also find that they don't over charge for everything like some places I have been in the past.

Recently had my '09 Honda serviced at Orient Auto. Everyone there is super nice & helpful, communication was great. The entire shop is clean & organized and all service work was spot-on. I'm so glad I picked this shop and I'll definitely use them again.

Outstanding everything!!! From friendly and knowledgeable front office folks, to top-notch-techs, to quality of services, to clean-and-organized facility, to competitive pricing - I truly don t believe you could find a better shop! I am extremely picky about those to whom I trust my car health because I carry my grandkids in my vehicles. That statement should say it all!Excellent service, as always! As always, the people were kind and communicative both prior to and after the appointment. I know very little about car mechanics, but still left feeling confident and as though I understood what is going on and why. I ve been going here for years and will continue for more years to come. Could not suggest Orient Auto enough!

I got some work done recently because my car was misfiring. They fixed for $1100, but never mention the cause was likely that I had a bad timing chain until after the fix was done. They then said they could diagnose the timing chain for $475 just to look at it not included in repair cost.I got it diagnose for $75 at lomeli's it was a bad timing chain cost about $1900 to fix. If I had know repair would have cost near this point ($3000+) originally I would not of repair the misfire and just sold the car.

Last week I took in our 2014 Toyota Sienna van for a regular maintenance visit. I did have several questions about specific services that would need to be done some time in the near future. Orient Auto let me know that when the services I had asked about were needed, they would let me know. They even explained to me that some of the services I had inquired about were not needed for our van. I not only appreciate the quality of the workmanship in the service they provide but I also appreciate their honesty and integrity which they demonstrate to each customer. Orient Auto is the only place we will take our Toyota van for service.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Based on my first experience I ll give it 5 stars . Here s why:- Donna had great communication from the time I received a quote and while my vehicle was at the shop.- Reasonable costs; the dealership quoted me higher.-The shop was clean and staff were professional.Overall, I would recommend Orient Auto Service to family and friends!

Took a Mazda to have a new carburetor installed and the lines hooked back up.. about $1500 later we pick up the truck.. carb should of been tuned for idle etc.. they didn't do any of that.. literally put on 4 nuts and sent it off.. I will never take another vehicle for service to them..
